This is not a safe community. There have been active emails for months about car break in and now WHOLE CARS are being stolen. The community has no cameras a part from there gym & pool area. Making it clear they are really just looking out for themselves. Go with a different “Luxury” apartment.

We chose to rent here at Abberly Green since we were building a new home and needed flexible length lease and allowed pets. The complex has a dog park and playground which we used frequently! It is a great community to walk and get to know our neighbors. The maintenance staff is very friendly and is on top of any issues. The office staff are so friendly and they offer package pick up. Our apartment was the cleanest apartment we have ever rented, could not be happier! We have a 2 bed 2 bath unit with a garage underneath. Perfect apartment situation for having pets who like to run across the apartment

After moving from owning a house, I don't know if I will ever be able to let go of having such an incredible maintenance crew and office staff that are always on top of anything that I need taken care of. The grounds make us feel like we didn't give up the neighborhood feeling we had before, the amenities have added a lot of quality to the life of my family, it's pet friendly, and the location is close to the highway and every store you could need. We were able to get a ton of square footage, so the transition was easier from house to apartment home. My favorite thing of all is my patio though. It's large, so we didn't have to give up our furniture and the views are great!

I moved my family into Abberly Green a year ago and we have experienced a spacious floor plan, beautiful grounds, fantastic amenities, and an attentive staff and maintenance crew. It's been a huge relief coming from home ownership in MA to apartment home living in NC where there are so many people working to make our life easier with a great community! We love the events and how pet friendly it is as well. If that wasn't enough, it's located in a phenomenal school system that is one of the top in the state and it's been an absolute blessing to see my daughter thrive in it! This will be our home for many years to come and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

AWFUL company and complex! STAY AWAY! This place is filthy, dirty, and maintenance is extremely poor. Our house sold faster than expected and we needed a temporary place to live until we found another house to purchase- so we signed a 3 month lease at Abberly Green Mooresville. Moved into this community a few days ago and the carpets and the unit were disgusting. Looked like the carpets had been there for years- in addition to the unit being beat up and overall poor condition. Apparently there have been animals in our apartment unit prior to us (considering the carpet have to be originals!), and have caused my allergies to flare. I’m not even able to stay in the apartment currently because it is making me so sick. How they’ve handled the situation is a joke- along with their “regional director.” Whoever is the regional director needs to be fired! I can’t even get that person’s name and contact info. This place is deplorable. I’m sure they could careless because we only signed a 3 month lease, but we are paying top dollar because of it. You would think that since we’re paying such an over-inflated cost they would have given us a halfway live-able apartment unit. No wonder they wouldn’t let us see it before we signed the lease and moved in. No one in their right mind would agree to live in this filth. My first college apartment was in better shape than this place if that tells you anything!

I lived at Abberly Green apartments from September 2016 to July 2017. My experience was nice while living at the apartment complex until I had to terminate my lease early. The office staff did not communicate well the requirements needed to terminate my lease. The office staff was dishonest and withheld information. It was very disheartening to have experienced the lack of communication and dishonesty of the office staff once I moved out. I could have chosen any apartment complex to make my home, and to be treated the way I was, I regret making my home at Abberly Green. It was not until I moved out that I was told I needed to do certain things. The specifics were not communicated to me when I initially advised the office staff that I would be terminating my lease early. If you have to terminate your lease early, please have the office staff explain the process and explain what is required of you in full detail.

We lived there for two and a half years. You can't beat what you get for the price. I've lived all over the United States and this has been my favorite apartment complex. They take great care of the apartment complex, and every single employee I ever spoke to was super nice and helpful. We moved to another state which is why we didn't renew, but I love it and miss it already. If you are looking for a quite clean apartment, this is a place you want.

This spacious three bedroom apartment with attached one car Garage, comes complete with three bedrooms and two full baths, also fully functional kitchen with new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, the Living room opens into a large balcony overlooking the serene wooded area and local lake. The Garage is spacious for storage as well as able to fit those full size trucks if you need to. Small Dogs are welcome and pet suppository bags are located around the complex if you feel the need to walk your pets and forgot your supplies. The complex also supplies a valet trash service for your convenience. As well as a child park next toe the Carwash station.
We moved to moores like from Charlotte and wow was to complex a breath of fresh air. The leasing office is always so nice and neighbors walk around the community every evening. The apartment itself is great. The layout makes the one bedroom feel bigger than it is. My lab even seems comfortable! Great choice!
Abberly Green is good for the price. The staff have always been very friendly. The pool is well kept, but I wish it was deeper. The gym, pool table room, and other amenities are great. Compared to other apartments in the area, however, my only concern is that it isn't walking distance to anything fun. Other nearby apartment complexes are walking distance to great shopping and eating. However, Abberly Green charges as if they have that luxury. It's a great complex, nice apartments, but I wish it had restaurants/shopping in the walking area.
