I moved into Abberly Grove around 8 months ago. I absolutely love it so far. The office staff really do treat you like family. I've interacted with Shannon and Chris and they are the absolute best. They helped/accommodated me with anything I needed. All the buildings/public areas are always kept clean. I love how the Pool was kept opened until the end of October. The gym has 24hr access. The apartments are very well maintained and look fancy while also keeping a simple look. The maintenance crew is always on point. Any time there's something that needs to be fixed they take care of it as soon as they can. I love the easy access to both highways 440 and 540. Really can't say enough good things about this place
I have lived her for about 6 months so far. I was initially skeptical due to the proximity to some of the bad areas, but I was very surprised to find that it felt welcoming and just as safe as several other, more expensive, apartments in Raleigh. The staff at the office, and the grounds keepers, are the nicest community staff I have ever met (Ive lived in apartments across NC for almost 10 years). Shannon and Chris have always tried to help me in any way possible, and the one or two times I needed maintenance, it was done within a day! I really can not say enough about the Abberly Grove Community. They are as straight forward and helpful when you move in as they are when its time to move on. You won't find an apartment complex as safe and conveniently located anywhere else in Raleigh without it costing hundreds of dollars more per month.
For such a decent sized apartment complex, the group that keeps it running are always attentive regardless of request and “keep the door open”. I’ve never had to wait for a reply back or get a voicemail recording when having to get in touch.
These were my first apartments - back when it was Auston Grove.. The leasing staff made me feel very welcomed into their community. Anything i need, they helped with. I never had over a 24 hour wait with any maintenance. I left after my lease, went to another apt complex for a year, and now I’m back! This place is that amazing! More amazing staff and a safe community!
Living in Abberly Grove Apartments have been a very positive experience. All the staff from the property manager to maintenance have been amazing. When I call or visit the leasing office, I am always greeted by my name and staff members are very helpful with any of my needs. Shannon, one of the leasing consultants is fantastic! She has great customer service, professional and willing to help. And it’s always a pleasure to be greeted with a funny joke from Chris which puts a smile on my face even when my day isn’t going as planned. It honestly amazes me how personable the managers are. Lastly, my maintenance needs are always completed in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are friendly, polite and very professional. The property is clean and well maintained. I would recommend Abberly Grove Apartments to anyone searching for a home.
My family and I have been living at Abberly Grove for 8 years now. This is the best complex around. The office staff (Chris J., Chris C., Shannon and Chloe) goes above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that we need. They are very kind and understanding as well. The complex is always well kept with routine landscaping and power washes. The amenities that are offered here are top notch. The maintenance staff has been excellent and they always do things right the first time. Derek, Larry (even though he's a Cowboys fan), Quincy and Chancelor are an awesome team that completes our requests the same day. The apartments are clean and in great condition. I've recommended this place to friends and family with the latter moving in too. Thank you Abberly Grove.
Management at this location is best I've ever seen or heard of. This is the place to live if you want quality service and responsiveness.
Excellent place to live. We moved from out of state and the Abberly Grove staff has always made us feel welcomed. Apartments are in great condition and if you do have any issues they attend to your needs quickly. Great communication and very helpful with notifying you of packages that arrive at the office. Located near major roads to get to and from work with ease. Near downtown Raleigh and close to multiple super markets. Happy we picked this apartment complex for our transition.
What drew me to this apartment complex was the fact is was off the main road hidden by trees. If you didn't know it was there, you would most likely drive right by it. Due to that fact, crime is minimal here. I like most North Carolinians am a recent transplant from the North, and comparing what I'm getting for my money, versus back up North their is no comparison. I initialy wanted a 2 bedroom apartment, but once I moved in, I was so happy with my 1 bedroom as I didn't have to figure out what to do with all that extra space. Management and staff are great and very accommodating. From the moment I signed the lease, to every step of me staying here, they have been great. One instance, my kitchen light went out at 3:45pm. Along with that and a couple of other repairs that was needed which were not high priority, I submitted a work request thinking I would have to wait to the next day as it was so late. 10 minutes laters, maintenance was at my door and repairs done within 15 mins. I have no complaints for my apartment. As for location, it's 20 mins from downtown Raleigh, convenient to both I 440, and 540, as well as 495. There is a Walmart in 2 different directions, a supermarket within walking distance, and various shoppes and restaurants nearby.
I love my apartment is really the best apartment,safe but really expensive to maintain and the rent is really expensive
Auston Grove is a great community to live in. The community is clean with good amenities such as a car wash station, movie rentals, swimming pool with grills and a newly renovated dog park. The staff here is always wonderful and helpful. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and correctly.
The apartments are clean and well kept. The common areas are very clean. I do wish the residents were better about picking up after their dogs. Otherwise, the staff is very kind and respectful.
So far the rental management has been super friendly and courteous. Any issues that I have had have been resolved immediately! Most of all I love my laminate flooring especially for my fur baby. I haven't been here very long but I hope this treatment continues!
Auston Grove has units and ammeneties one would expect from today's apartment complexes. I'm not going to rewrite the information you can find on their website, which I would recommend visiting, but I am going to emphasize what really sealed the deal for my wife and me... The staff. What sets Auston Grove apart from all of my previous apartments is the genuine courtesy of all of the staff. From our first initial phone call, a member of their office team made time to meet with us without an appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted as if we were family. I know this is expected for potential renters, but this same enthusiasm continues today. I walked into the office to get a package that had been delivered. When I told the manager my apartment number, he knew my name. I had not even met him yet, but he already knew my name. Everyone is the office is committed to making you feel at home and a part of the community. When my wife and I had our first maintenance issue, I filled out a request online at 04:30 in the morning. The maintenance staff was at my door within 30 minutes of their office opening. They were so nice and professional as well. This is what really makes the difference for us. If you're looking for an apartment in this area, do yourself a favor and check out Auston Grove. Check out their website, and then come meet the staff! You'll see what makes living here so great!
Auston grove is the best apartment I've ever rented. Every staff member is helpful and friendly. For example, we went on vacation for a month and left our air conditioning on! All it took was one email to have someone turn it off for us! They even collected out mail! Any maintenance reports we have had to file are always answered promptly. Once we filed one for our air conditioner at 4 am and they were there before 9! The gym is small but actually pretty nice and never crowded. They have a lot of great cardio equipment and all you could ever want for strength! The part I like most is that they allow large dog breeds and they have a pretty awesome dog park with an agility course! It's perfect for newlywed teachers on a budget!
