Property Ratings at Abbington Heights
I wish I could could zero or negative stars. I am writing this review on every website possible. Horrible. They sure make you feel wanted (sarcasm). They do everything they can to make you want to leave. The stairs are falling apart and they replace it with wood! Fire alarms go off for two hours and finally the idiot maintenance man shows up without the keys to the fire alarm box. Like really? This place shouldn’t even be standing. I have called codes once and I’m probably calling again. This place is ridiculous! I pray for the day I fall through because of broken stairs. I WILL SUE. Trust me. Everyone needs to stay away! Far away. The security gate didn’t work when I got here, they fixed it for a couple days but then it stopped working again. The other gate I’d padlocked shut. People do like 30 through the parking lot. Took 2 months for them to finally get my mail box fixed, because it had no door and they kept blaming the post office but it’s THEIR property and THEIR responsibility. Someone was robbed the first day I lived here and they did nothing to improve security, because they don’t care about you. They constantly send letters stating the rules and these are ridiculous y’all, which makes you feel very unwanted. They MAKE you pay for valet trash, it’s not an option. But they only collect trash last 8 pm and you HAVE to leave the garbage can outside and the trash in the can, otherwise it’s a 50$ fine. So what happens if you have the trash can outside, what do you do with any trash you have inside? Well too bad. This place is a joke and the staff are incompetent.
When I first moved in, the apartment was DISGUSTING. I wish I could post pictures of the condition of the apartment from when I moved in. I overlooked the absolute disregard for cleanliness because I had already signed the lease and moved in sight unseen. BIG MISTAKE. The only thing that was clean about the apartment was the carpet but who knows what lies beneath. Throughout my year long tenancy, I have contacted the office multiple times regarding dogs off their leash causing a dangerous and unsanitary environment for all residents and their pets. Nothing was ever done about the off-leash dogs so i just dealt with it and tried to avoid the areas where those dogs commonly were. The maintenance guys see the dogs off leash all the time and nothing is ever done about it. More recently, an issue has arisen because a neighbor in my building did not have their dog on the leash. It was brought to the office's attention but, once again, nothing was done. The situation escalated to the other neighbor threatening me. It is practically impossible to get a response from the property manager unless you happen to go to the office and surprise her. Regardless of the method of contact (e-mail or phone call) you can expect to wait OVER A MONTH to get a response from the Regional Manager who is content sending a snide, condescending response without even proofreading it. I'll admit i was quite naive when I moved here thinking all property managers had honor and couthe but I've been made wiser by this experience. There's a reason it's cheap. You get what you pay for from the management. The only thing worth being here for is the square footage and that's not even worth it.
I've lived here for a year and I'm getting ready to renew my lease. The office staff is very friendly and professional and they actually care about you as a resident. Any time I've had an maintenance issue, they've attended to it that day. They spray for bugs every few months and I haven't had any issues. The best part has been having the pool this summer with my kids. There are lots of kids in the neighborhood for them to play with and the other residents are very nice. It's certainly been a good year and I look forward to another one.
I have lived here since jan and have no complaints.....if i need maintenance they come right on time, if i have a question and have to leave a voicemail they call right back, same as the on site security! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to apply... Matt is seriously the BEST!!!!!! he makes it a pleasure to live there and is so helpful!
I'm a new resident and I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy the apartment is. Of course before moving in I did a walk through with management, but did not realize how much room I actually had until my furniture was moved in. I love the apartment. Another pleasant surprise was how quiet the neighborhood is. Parking is wonderful and maintenance is speedy. I honestly think moving to this apartment complex was one of the better decisions I've made this year. I'm more than pleased with my new place. My spacious and comfortable apartment. My home!
Frankly, I was a paranoid weirdo when I first started scoping out an apartment for myself. About two months before move day, I would find myself driving through complexes that I'd deemed affordable at night and parking in some just to see how the general community was. I'd show up on weekends to see if there were 8 million kids wreaking havoc in the middle of the road or people just chilling in the parking lot blaring music. I found Abbington Heights and all of my worries were abolished. The staff was helpful and informative and I absolutely love the maintenance crew! I had a leaky window and they came by to fix it early the next morning when I'd sent in the online request late at night. Also, who doesn't love an apartment that already has a washer and dryer in it? The grounds are always well manicured and the dog park, pool, tennis courts and volley ball courts are always clean. I've enjoyed my apartment so much, I just renewed my lease for another year! It's the perfect amount of space for my dog and myself and the natural light that I get from all of my windows is PERFECT! You don't feel cramped or stuffy when you're in the unit. I also appreciate that I can keep a really low electricity bill! ($50-$70) When it snowed last winter, the drives were salted promptly, but since I'm originally from Louisiana, I chose not to drive... instead, I WALKED to Kroger! It is literally across the street! This apartment really has it all! Practicality, affordability, convenience, a thoughtful staff (Who occasionally will host lunches and breakfasts for the tenants) beauty... It's seriously like a little town that has been tucked away from the city. I definitely recommend Abbington Heights!
I'm a Sophmore in college who just moved into my first apartment in August. I chose the Abbington Heights because they were really nice and affordable. They have great staff and also many great neighbors. The apartment complex is controlled access which means that it's gated and I absolutely love this. I'm so glad I chose Abbington Heights and I would tell anyone who is looking to lease an apartment to lease here.
The maintenance men here are great. Whenever I have an issue they come right away and get it fixed!! The leasing consultants are also nice and resolve any issues
I needed to move to the Nashville market for a new job. Toured several properties in Antioch, Abbington Heights was the best. Located right off of the commercial area of the city, you've got everything you need within a 5-mile radius: restaurants, multiple grocery stores, even a gas station as a neighbor! The grounds are very nice and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Architecture of apartments instantly add character, even to an empty room. You should definitely check this property out if you like to make informed decisions on your next home!
Beautiful family apartment, very cozy and spacious. I love it because it's quiet and near the highway. I can walk to most eateries, the movies and the grocery store. I've been living here for over 4 years and I absolutely love it. J. Williams

This is where you want to be if you are looking for a home! "Apartment" sounds like a temporary living situation. With its bright and sunny floor plan, smart use of space, beautiful landscaping, large pool and volleyball court, this apartment has been my HOME for 24 years! Convenience should be listed as an amenity since it is located in the middle of a retail area with popular restaurant and shopping choices, including instant highway and bus line access. The best part is that the property is tucked away on a quiet side street, with a friendly, helpful, supportive staff.
I have been living in Abbington Heights for 2 years now and the customer service is excellent. Any time I need maintenance to fix any thing they are quick, fast, and friendly. I wouldn't rather live anywhere else!
Great place to live really quite im not in a new upgrade but i here their great and maintenance is great as well they respond quickly
No complaints, I've been here a year now. My old place I had issues with skunks and possums all over the complex, the worst thing over here is some kittens. I had a couple issues with my apartment I took months to actually report and when I did it was fixed within a few days. The place is very spacious, it was my first apartment but definitely not a first apartment type place unless you have a bunch of things to fill up all the space you're given. The ladies who handle things in the office complement the community as well. For the price its worth it and definitely will be looking to resign my lease if they don't mind dealing with me another year!
I have lived here since April and it's amazing! it's quiet, paying my rent is easy online, the parking lot is always clean. my apartment is nice and spacious! I def will be renewing my lease when the time comes!
Abbington Heights has beautiful curb appeal. The moment you drive up you see the well manicured landscaping. The complex is within walking distance of local restaurants and grocery stores. The amenities are awesome, a beautiful swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, bark park and 24 hour fitness center. It's really easy to get to the interstate from my apartment and only 20 mins from downtown. The office staff are really friendly and always eager to help not to mention they have great snacks and monthly resident activities. This apartment complex gives me a true feeling that I am home!
I happen to love my apartment, the size is large enough that, my furniture is not stacked. The location is super 3 minutes from my job. And my landlord is on top of lawn care and apartment repairs. Have lived here for 3 yrs with no plans to move and my rent is affordable .
This apartment complex offers a large community of apartment buildings with many amenities including a volleyball court, swimming pool, gym, and dog park. Located a few miles off of Highway 24, these apartments are a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville with many restaurants and bars within walking distance.
