I have been here for almost 6 years. Long story short I may have no AC (b/c the maintenance team says there isn't anything wrong with it) but I guess I've never had to deal with bugs and the lawns and pavement are being redone.. The price is a little expensive for what it is but pretty much everywhere in Columbus is that way it seems.
My experience at Abbington Village has been wonderful. My apartment was very clean upon moving in. The office staff have been so helpful, maintenance is quick to respond and get the job done. All staff members are very kind, personable and professional. The grounds are kept very clean and landscaping is well maintained. Defiantly recommend Abbington Village for your next home!

Love this place, is very quiet without problems. The staff is excellent and very kindly. When you call for any problem in the apartment they resolved it very quickly. Thank you for keeping this place safe.
I love living here with one exception. We have been told for the last three years that the major potholes and repaving would be fixed. It has done some major damage to my car. This is my only complaint. I wish it would get fixed the right way once and for all.

It is very quiet and peaceful here. I love the community. My only complaint is parking but you do have the option of paying for a garage.

Be sure to know who you are living next to. I wake up and go to bed with the smell of marijuana. Not everyday but about 3 to 4 days out of the week. The pet clean up is not enforced. So I have to let my 6 yr old know to watch where she steps. These places are overpriced compared to others that have central air, a park or pool. I've lived here since 2019 and I think things like the cabinets, carpet and blinds need upgraded. The area and school district is the reason I am still here.

This place needs improvement from soffits down to pot holes. Winter time the windows sucks with cold air n snow coming into apartment . Toilet have to be flushed at least three times before body materials leave down . Everyone comes in to dump their garbage in bins which leave no place for tenants. Etc

We met the new manager last week. She is very nice and is very helpful. Maintenance is excellent ever since we've moved in here 5 years ago, if anything ever happened to those two guys this place would be in serious trouble. So far I think we've made the right choice for living here. It meets all my needs and my wife's needs.

I moved in 3 years ago. I absolutely love it here and will sign a another year lease. The ladies in the office have been wonderful to me. The maintenance is top notch. My neighbors are great. I love the location of my apartment. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

Would not recommend living here at all. Office manager never answers the phone and when a voicemail is left no one returns your calls. They decide when they want to call or email you back. Ive had issues since the day we moved in.

I love living here despite the vandalism. Gina is wonderful. Maintence is professional and super friendly Plan on living here for a long time. This is my third year here.
The staff is excellent I call let them know what my issue is and Gina gets right on it she actually gives me a call to make sure everything is working great. The maintenance man was very friendly fixed my problem and also asked if there was any thing else I needed and had me review hes work everything went great and smooth very happy with staff
I feel that with a little elbow grease Abbington Village could be one of the finest communities around.
I have been here since 2003. In general the complex has been pretty well maintained. It is starting to show its age outwardly.
Maintenance people are very friendly and get work done professionally.
I have lived here since 2014 and have not had any major problems. The staff has always been professional and helped whenever I needed it.
Terrible management, terrible space for the prices we pay parking is trash
