Negative star!
The manager is rude, they don't do repairs unless the unit is vacant. Black mold in the bathroom. Sewer leaks into the apartment!! Mice, roaches and spiders everywhere! DO NOT COME.

Everybody living here wants to know why such a high false rating. Tell them the truth how yall never fix a dang thing here. Unless it’s a vacant apartment they ain’t fixing NOTHING. Peoples car get broken into. People are living in deplorable conditions. They say they will come fix and never do. The maintenance team is trash. Anywhere but here is better.

They did a fantastic job here. The leasing center is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and the staff treats me with a smile and are really looking to make sure we are all comfortable here.

Would definitely give this place an A ! It's not easy to find a place that's clean, has nice amenities and also has friendly staff but this place is really the full package! So happy I found it.

New Ownership
We moved into the property just a week before new ownership took over, We were a little nervous at first, In the past 60 days, the leasing center has been updated and is one of the nicest I have seen, every morning before work I pop in for coffee and candy. Just this week they made a play and BBQ area sparing no expense, Laundry center renovation I am told is just a week away from completion, Sports tickets and gift cards every month in a drawing just for paying on time, New ownership and management give us all the time in the world and fix anything we need. Mrs. Young & Mr. Lockhart seem refreshed and are doing a great job.
