Happy to be here at Archerway Apartments this place perfect! A professional office staff with a property manager and maintenance crew who are respectful and kind. If something needs to be done inside my apartment they call and schedule an appointment with me, no one just comes in without me being notified in advance first. The property is safe,quite and clean. I have my own private parking space,clean laundry facilities, great neighbors,great lighting at night in the parking lot,centrally located, spacious units that are well kept and most important of all to me is peace and tranquillity!! Come visit you will like it here, aslong as you enjoy living in a clean peaceful safe apartment complex. M.S

Management never enters a home without notification. Residents are given a monthly calendar of dates pest control and inspections are happening unless it's an emergency and then we do everything In our power to contact the resident. The laundry room is cleaned every morning. Residents play a key role in helping pick up after themselves maintenance requests are handled same day if possible and it's up to the resident to notify the office if we have not gotten it fixed .
Asked for maintenance to come and fix several things MONTHS ago, still have not fixed anything. You pay to be imprisoned in your own apartment. Every week there is a new rule about what we can and cannot do. Can't even use the amenities without having consequences. (A.k.a) Pool for example. Took them too long to open it and not even 2 weeks of being opened they closed it due to no one signing and returning a piece of paper. They don't even consider the kids that are out for summer that want to have fun and use the pool. I thought it was an amenity and we can use it whenever we want to. I am paying rent and I can't even use the pool I am paying for. The management don't care about their tendents. The land Lord catches attitudes with who ever gets frustrated from all these rules. Absolutely not worth it!

First of all, thank you for taking time to write, but honestly, we do all work orders within 24-48 hours so if something took over 2 months you really should have called us again. Things can slip through the cracks. As far as the pool goes, we had several issues that opening season, from people not turning in the pool rules sheets, to the pump being broken which is why it closed down. Again, calling the office and speaking directly with me can eliminate a lot of things. As with anything, yes, we do have rules and community guidelines for all residents to follow, which makes our property a very safe and good place to call home. we do care about all our residents and want to make sure your stay with us is a pleasant one. Wow, so many things to address. First off, if we failed to take care of a service call, you only have to call and remind us, some things could fall through the cracks, You are never imprisoned in your apartment, you are free to leave at any time...if you're not happy we apologize, we do have guidelines and rules that people are to follow and yes it's very unfortunate that so many think rules do not apply to them making us take a stand, for those who returned their sheet they had access to the pool regardless, I guess you didn't know that as well, we do consider the children at all times, we ask that parents pay attention to them and not allow them to run around the property destroying our things, jumping off our building roofs, etc. It's a far more complex job than I guess you realize when caring for so many and making sure it's a safe environment for all involved. If I catch attitude, again, I apologize, what you send out comes back 10 fold both good and bad sometimes attitude begets attitude. I can tell you're not happy here I wonder who you were and hopefully you've moved on. We wish you well wherever you may go and hopefully you won't have any of the above problems with anyone else. I care more about my residents than any property manager I know, you are all very important to me - again, a simple phone call could have cleared all this up. Management comes in your place without any notice, and constantly change their answers to something. Dealing with a manager who is unprofessional is too much to handle with for a year. I shall not name any names, but it is obvious to who management is. It is not worth it.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'd be happy to address any questions you have and sometimes answers do change as to the way a question is asked. We do have specific guidelines we have to follow. We never enter an apartment uninvited only by work order request, package delivery, or asked to take care of something specific for a resident.

If you'd like to call me and discuss this I'd be happy to As far as coming in your apartment without notice, that is not correct at all. A monthly calendar is given the beginning of each month letting you know the Pest Control day we will be in your apartment, maybe you didn't understand that when we went over your lease at move in but we make that perfectly clear. We realize we can't be all things to all people which is why it's so nice to have so many wonderful choices on the Southside and other great properties to choose from . Great new look for the apartments that have been upgraded, saw before and after and very pleased. Management is easy to work with when you communicate. Does not have the amenities like gym and pool that some higher end complexes have however w/d and hardwood sold me.
