Property Ratings at Abode at Reids Cove
My husband and I had an amazing experience working with the team at Reids Cove to find our perfect home. David and the team went above and beyond for us starting with our first tour. My husband and I were in the area only for one day and after touring many places (and none worked out) we found Reids cove online and decided to call even though they were closing. David answered, met us at the property, and stayed multiple hours passed closing to show us every option we would have to choose from and to make sure he found us a home with everything we wanted. After touring with David and having all of our questions answered , we knew we had found our home. We returned a few days later and signed a lease. The team was also extremely accommodating in that we had a very quick move in date due to my husband starting a new job. On move in day Charde worked with us to make sure everything was in line and to answer any questions we had. Moving in went very smoothly and the whole leasing team was in close contact in case we needed anything. In our short time living at Abode at Reids Cove we have very much enjoyed the little community beginning to form. The townhouses themselves are stunning, airy, and bright. We have had no issues with any appliances ect. I would say the most important thing for us when finding a new place to rent was an accessible landlord/leasing team and Reids Cove totally exceeded our expectations. They are not only easy to get ahold of but extremely easy to get along with, they are all kind people who are willing to help with whatever you need. If you are looking for a beautiful new townhome in an awesome location, with amazing people I would 10/10 recommend Abode at Reids Cove. Bonus: They are pet friendly and my corgi loves it here too.
I came by for a tour and David was very welcoming! He introduced himself and made us feel at home right off the bat. I would recommend to scedule a tour with him because the pictues dont do it justice! Stunning finishes! High quaility EVERYTHING from top to bottom!
