Misty the mgr was very patient and answered all my questions and did everything she said she would do which gave me confidence in renting site unseen , and since I've been here ac went out,had water leak from upstairs, dishwasher, refrigerator, everything that was taken care of as if I were the Tennant on the prop.

The staff works together from hearts that genuinely care about doing the very best for the community of people who make Abode our home.

The Abode Apartments complex is a safe, secure, quiet, clean place to live. The office and maintenance staff are quick to help and respond to my requests. They are polite, efficient and professional.

The only thing I had as an issue was the AC in my apartment. Misty was the best apartment manager I've ever had. Incredibly helpful and understanding.

I have been here for almost 4 years and I love it!

The community is gated and quite. The office workers are friendly and they listen to your needs. The maintenance staff friendly respectful and polite

I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want the manager not completing her work. There are so many issues going on here that it hasn’t been fixed. Gate constantly doesn’t works and hasn’t been fixed over a month. It seems your awarding the tenants with a party and prizes instead in fixing problems. You take more than 1 hour of lunch your hardly there at your office. People have no respect in driving. In the entrance people use it as their exit and in the exit they use it for both. There are random people coming in and out and checking the area. Poop is still found in certain areas. Laundry area gets dirty at times. Also people leave there clothes for weeks. The parking lot it sucks that you can’t have at least your own space to park your vehicle. Misty there’s absolutely nothing you’ve improved. It has been chaos and a huge mess. Liz and Steve thanks for making this place worthwhile. Everyone respected others and everything was organized when Liz was in charge.

I would recommend this apartment community because maintenance, whether during the week or on the weekend, are always so professional, courteous and timely.

It is a safe, quiet community. The complex is designed and laid out to meet the needs of the tenants.

Would: fast service/ maintenance, friendly and welcoming leasing agent and manager of complex, good price, okay neighbours wouldn't: had my license plate stolen from complex, broken gate frequently, lost/stolen package incident, kids playing in front of my door on doorstep

Misty is awesome and the maintenance personnel are cool. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood, really no issues here.

I would definitely recommend this community to family and friends because of the low cost of rent, location, prompt service, and community pleasantness.

Great place. The office is outstanding, and the maintenance was the best. Only left because we bought a house.

I feel so at home here. The buildings and landscape are pretty year round and the people who live here are friendly and care about one another. I especially love Liz and Steve and Jimmy. They take their work very seriously and do all that is possible to take excellent care of each person as though each one is the only household they serve. Their spirit is kind and beautiful and makes a bad day good and a good day excellent. I have already signed my new lease, and so look forward to my 31st year in my favorite community here on earth. Thank you for caring about what happens here and about how I think and feel about it all. I thank God from deep in my heart, and I thank you for my sweet home.

Office staff & maintenance are excellent but the apartments/townhomes are old. The upstairs flooring would squeek too much when you'd walk. Otherwise, everything was good...

I would recommend anyone to this apaRtment cause its a Nice and quite place to live

Liz is awesome. Due to changes in my life I decided not to move , however this would be my first choice if things change. The property is well taken care of and as an apartment locator I bring customers there quite often. Thank you Liz!

There are so many wonderful things I value about the staff and the residents and their children.

Everything was great and I?m excited to move in I?m looking forward to staying here and calling this home.

Spacious units,great managent and maintenance good neighbors

Apartment complex is older and some things need to be redone but their could be more done to compliment the residents that have stayed there for a long time and are being bombarded with extreme rent hikes with no viable reason behind them.

Ived here 6months and no problems. Any maint. Issues taken care of right away.
