Motor replaced on dishwasher Rick did an excellent job replacing the motor on my dishwasher. And the part came in two days so he was very prompt and cleaned up the mess.
Rick comes thru again Rick did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing my dishwasher. He’s also a good listener and very empathetic kind person.

The best staff ever I love living here. Every day is like being on vacation. The staff are wonderful. I had to have my blinds fixed and within minutes all was accomplished. Like I said, the best ever.

Wonderful amenities Abby was very informative and what she wasn’t sure of Melissa answered. Abby showed me several options that interest me. Unfortunately I was ill and didn’t spend as much time with her as I would have liked. I wanted to go home to bed!! I’m looking for apartment in December so am a little premature. My current lease is up February and I give 60 days notice. The only negative I could see were the long hallways.

Great place to call Home Love this place! The Academy is very stylish, located by the river, close to the city, but you can enjoy some peace. The management is fantastic! They listen and take care of the residents.

Best Maintenance Men Ever Living at the Academy on Fourth is like being on vacation everyday. They are so good to their residents.. I would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely loved the 3+ years I spent living here. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to do everything they can to make Academy feel like home! The other residents are super friendly as well. I made many connections here that I will keep even after moving out. They have resident events to help you meet your neighbors and feel like a community. If you have a dog, this is definitely the place for you. There are a ton of friendly pups that live here that love to socialize and they keep treats in the office if you ever bring your pup to come visit the staff!! I could not recommend living at Academy enough!!
