This building is very appealing from the outside, BUT you meet the staff you will regret being here. Staff is very rude when it comes down to your concerns and needs, way too many restrictions, no open parking TO tenants. EX: if you rent a garage you can only park in the garage if not you will be towed, even though YOU ARE A TENANT. Pet policy is ridiculous, when it comes to breed and weight. Neighbors are nosy, you have no privacy. Please do not move here even if it LOOKS like your dream place.

I am about to finish up my 12 month lease but I absolutely recommend this place! Didn’t have any issues with neighbors and very pet friendly. They power wash our stairs and landings when necessary and keep up on the landscaping! Decently priced for a decent area!

We had multiple maintenance requests from the first week we had moved it. Clay was absolutely amazing and quickly got everything resolved...even when on call in the middle of the night. He is always happy and does it all with a smile!! We were really thankful to have his help. Living in an apartment is tough, but when you have a maintenance team that works long hours to make sure their residents are happy and taken care of is a rare find.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Gorgeous apartments, great location and maintenance is fast and super friendly. Ronan and Ian came late at night to disable a chirping fire alarm. They were so nice and helpful!
Well my first review was too long - so i have to summarize (that is how bad this place was) 1. constant noise from neighbors above: running/jumping/screaming - all waking hours; numerous complaints to apt complex mgmt and nothing was done - i complained on and off for at least 6 months 2. upstairs neighbors kid throwing garbage, food, toys, and other random items off balcony, which landed onto mine - littering it and making it unusable. This also was hitting the car that parked below (that person complained and the apt complex blamed me) - however i had also complained about this issue previously to the apt complex mgmt 3. upstairs neighbors dog peeing off balcony - also making my balcony unusable to me as well as not allowing me to have my windows open ever because the smell was so strong and disturbing 4. valet garbage service is a joke and is unreliable. Neighbors putting out garbage at wrong times and you have to look at it for days on end because it isn't picked up and the mgmt office won't enforce the rules about when the garbage is supposed to be put out. 5. mgmt office putting out notices about parking but not about noise or garbage violations. 6. mgmt office won't talk to you verbally about anything because they "need it in writing" but then won't enforce anything. They also admit to "sending a letter thru mail about violation" which confirms they do not confront the issue head on, totally avoiding it altogether. 7. time and time again, the apt mgmt proves they only care about money and not about the tenants, they protect the rule breakers and not the rule abiders. At one point they had 60 vacancies - SHOCKER 8. they did evict someone once, a pile of mattresses, garbage bags and other trash laid around for 3 days prompting an in office visit from me and an email. They finally cleaned it up on day 3 after my seething email of how trashy that made the place look and how anyone seeing that would keep driving instead of renting from them.
Look. I get that we all like to have space to park in our own home. But the towing here is OUT OF HAND. the amount of guests and remnants that are towed on a freakishly regular basis is apalling. Don't move here if you have a car. Better yet, don't move here if you have friends who have cars. Between the sky high prices and the lack of parking with crazy towing (surely the complex is getting a cut from the tow companies) this place isn't worth it. Go somewhere else. Parking aside. Nothing but complaints from constantly broken facilities and slow maintenance.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Moving here was the biggest mistake in my life. Things seemed fine in the beginning, but I should have listened to people who wrote reviews on this place before. Where do I even start... Apliances break all the time, and you have to find time to physically go in and request help. And when they finally get to it, they replace things with super cheap materials, so everything breaks again. They advertise parking, but they don't offer adequate space, so if you come home late, you will find yourself with nowhere to park cruising around the property for hours. There's no off street parking. They charge for "mountain view" without telling you when you are signing the lease, and my unit did not even have one! And then they refuse to recalculate your rent, as "you've already signed the lease with this price ". The leasing office only cares about new people, once you are in, you don't matter. Their favorite word is "unfortunately" and they are as useless as a fifth leg to a dog. There's roaches I see here occasionally and apparently the office is not concerned with this. Some units are set up to use electricity at a higher rate. One of my neighbors gets a 300$ xcel bill every month, and after asking the front desk to look into this, she was told "unfortunately....". The management is set up to srcew you over any chance they can get. Don't move here people, you'll regret it if you do.
Ok, this place is gorgeous. Great apartments. Very spacious. Better than any surrounding communities.The neighbors are all very nice.Problems come in with the fact that while they seem to have great amenities they either are not available most of the time or are broken.And Im not going to sugar coat it, the parking is a joke. There isnt enough parking per resident let alone guests. You can tell they hope to get more residents to pay the extra $120 for a garage but unless you have a really small car, dont count on fitting in one. Our guests are told to park in front of the clubhouse for visitor parking but there is never any available since residents all park there. This is a major problem for guests with small children, pregnant, or with disabilities. And the thing is, these things are all easily remedied but I dont believe the management WANTS to fix them. That is the biggest problem here. The management is very uncooperative with tenants. At times they have lied to us and were downright rude. Yeah at first they are decent until you sign that lease, but in the end you find them very condescending. They all act like they are so much better than everyone else and cant be bothered by you. When you pay as much as you do for these apartments, you expect at least some decent customer service - some basic respect and understand - but frankly, I get better customer service at Wal-mart.
Just moved in, but the apartment and facilities are terrific. All the leasing work was painless and quick. Location is very conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping, and access to Denver. Unit was spotless at move in, well designed and maintained. Looking forward to a comfortable stay here.
When you drive up to the leasing agency at Acadia at Cornerstar its a very typical scene. There are average folks doing average things on this average complex. The amenities are very typical of most complex's. They have an average swimming pool with a not so average fire pit. The location on the complex is not in your average location. It is next to every single store you could possibly want all in walking distance. The actual apartment is very average. It has an average balcony, average living room, average washer/dryer, not so average walk in closets in each room. What an average place.
Great place to live, lots of food and entertainment options within walking distance, close to highway. Well maintained community
