Hi, I has a very bad experience with the lady whom I spoke to inquiry the property. I has little research on website and I possibly lease this property for 12 months. She was a terrible, she don't know how to deal with customers and she didn't show her professionalism with me. I would suggest management please review her work give more orientation or training to fit on that position. Hopefully management would find someone who has good attitude and more professional. Seriously do not move here. I’ve been here 3 yrs and it has only gotten worse. Management is disgustingly poor. I don’t even know if there’s a maintenance team. There’s been squatters in the buildings. They have really bad plumbing issues since the first day I moved in. Nothing gets fixed. Mold has grown on my ceiling in the bathroom because of leakage above me and it has been about 4 months and nothing has been done. Take your business elsewhere.

Please listen to the reviews. I moved into Prosper Fairways because they were cheaper than other places near by, but I promise it’s not worth it. Spend the extra money to live in a decent place. Crime is at an all time high. You hear gunshots atleast 4 times a week. The staff is super rude, and work orders do not get fulfilled. Prosper Fairways needs to be shut down.

The list is so long but for starters there has been 3 property management/ owners in a year. Nothing gets fixed and there isn't even a way to contact the office now. People let their dogs go out on the balcony to no regard of who lives above then or below them. I mean my 3y/o daughter got dog urine all over her the other day because of the people upstairs just throwing their puppy out on the balcony. There is trash EVERYWHERE. The violence is beyond dangerous and the county nor the city do anything about it.

My experience here was awful. There are an insane amount of roaches, maintenance came to fulfill ONE of my work orders and yelled at me to just throw a lime in my clogged garbage disposal then left. They never came to respond to my dishwasher being broken or both of my showers not working. The walls are incredibly thin, the place is not well kept at all, and the "pest control" people do not actually do anything. I have checked many times after they left. People will steal your packages and management will NEVER answer your calls or emails. After so many issues, I finally just had to end my lease. I felt unsafe, uncared for, and overall disgusted. They refused to listen. Expect to hear gunshots every night. Oh, and no matter what--your security deposit will be kept. These people do not care about you.

Avoid renting here at all costs! Since moving in, this place has been a nightmare with a constant barrage of noise due thin walls and a pathetic excuse for insulation not even able to dampen the chatter in the hallways. Dried blood was left in the common hallway for days before being cleaned and disinfected, diapers can be found littering the parking lot and are left there for months out in the summer heat, and the units themselves are something out of a dystopian nightmare. Thick smears of paint are plastered across the cabinets to hide the wear of the years, the rusted hinged peaking through as the paint flakes off. Even the rusted drain in the tub was painted over to try and hide this negligence. Maintenance requests are often left unanswered. Save yourself the headache and rent from another property owner.

Didn't have the best experience at this apartment. The apartment is in an unsafe neighborhood. I had a roach problem in the apartment. The gym that they promised to be open soon never opens. They give you discounts to move in and then charge you out of the wazoo for fees at the time of move out. They give you every reason out of the book of why you don't get back your security deposit. Lastly, they dodge your calls, emails, and voicemails.

Ross is very helpful and professional and maintenance has been great everything else is terrible the property manager is never there and the assistant is never available i called to speak with either the property manager or assistant and krystal told me they were both out when i called back the next day i was told the property manager was in a meeting and to call back in a hour but when i called back the property manager was gone for the rest of the day i put in a work order which was completed and two days later they sent someone else for the same thing the management is never there to know whats going on with the property and if you have a emergency dont count on the managers to know about it you would be surprised if the managers actually work there

The gym hasn’t been opened for over 2 years now, which was never disclosed to us upon signing the lease. They keep making promises to fix it along with a “grand reopening” party, which opened nothing except their wallets to more money. The floors are nice but apartment hallways need repairs and it’s got a cockroach problem.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Moved in on the first and its been awesome every since. The staff is EVERYTHING! Very friendly, professional, and caring. When I came in the office, I was going through so many things in my personal life and didn’t have anywhere to turn. Not only did Ms Jasmine make sure my move was seamless, she gave me personal advice that I’ll keep forever. I want to stay here forever. Lol.

I moved in 3/15/2019 and the staff was excellent you could tell that Jeremy was new but he is a great employee. A little upset they don't have a plumber on call but other than that for a speedy move in everything was good.

Don't do it! Reconsider! Haven't been here a full week yet and I can already see this is one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made! Moved in and my keys didn't work to get access. Apartment hadn't been cleaned. Looked like a leftover paint site. The property managers Marquisha and Abigail will smile and grin until there's a real problem. The "under new management" sign belongs in the trash. This property has been managed by DLP for YEARS. Read these reviews and believe every single word honey.

Signed a 6 month lease, moving from out of town. The unit that was given to us was supposed to be move-in ready. The apartment was in the back of the complex, there was garbage and an open cup of noodles spilled on the carpet in the hallway. They claimed to have just exterminated but there was a dead roach sitting on the closet. Mold in the dishwasher, dirty cabinets, you get the picture. Their response to this blunder was that they will have someone clean it, which we declined because the unit was supposed to be clean before we arrived, so we did not trust them to do it this time around. When you have a feeling like that, you should run for the hills, but we unfortunately didn't. Keep reading, it gets better. We were shown one of their "model" units, they claim to only have used for showings, but the holes in the walls and water stains in the bathroom said otherwise. We still agreed to take the unit, and officially moved in, in April. From the months of April-July we had the exterminator come 3 different times. As flies, pill bugs, water bugs, roaches, spiders, beetles, etc. Seemed to get in the apartment without the sliding door or windows ever have been open. Their initial response to our complaints was "This is the south". As they figured we would take that as an acceptable answer. We had a leak in one of our outlets which caused the baseboard to start to mold. They charge you an extra $75 for rent as soon as the 6th hits but it takes weeks, if they even respond to your maintenance requests, they can avoid them because they change management just about every month. Oh and the club house and fitness room is a lie, they haven't been opened for months, and pools are unkempt. Save your money and go else where.

Don't waste your time or money dealing with these unprofessional people. Patiently waiting on October 15 so I can go. Iii

I'm coming up on my third year and will be looking elsewhere. This was my first apartment and it was decent in the beginning with a friendly staff and the area was quiet enough. There were some issues when I moved in but I was assured they would be taken care of within the first few weeks of living there (broken closet door, broken blinds, ect.) but nothing was fixed or replaced, even after multiple maintenance requests. It is a decent amount of room compared to a lot of other 1 bedrooms but with limited storage. The price was great for what you got when I first signed my lease but it has gone up quite a bit (I don't even have one of the updated units which I was told I was getting originally). There is very little insulation so the heat and air runs constantly and is rather loud, so expect a high energy bill. They can't seem to keep a management team, they have been through at least 5 in the past two years. The gym area was reopened when I moved in but was not kept up and has been closed for some time now. They advertise 3 pools but one never opens and the other 2 are rarely open. A few improvements have been made and hopefully the new management team will be better but I don't think I will be sticking around to find out.

REVIEW IS LENGTHY BUT WORTH THE READ!!! I WOULD NOT recommend The Views on Longcreek. So prospective renters, with options, please save yourself the headache. I've been a resident for almost six months due to emergency relocation. There is no way that this is the life my family and I deserve to live. Please be advised that DLP, Dream Live Prosper, Apartment Community is falsely advertising the following ammentities: -24 hour fitness center -Apartment upgrades, to include but not limited to granite inspired countertops, ceiling fans, and mosaic tile backsplash -courtesy officer There is on site laundry, but the way the washer and dryer operates, you may want to rent or purchase your own or utilize the laundromat because the machine will either eat your money or stain your clothes with brown spots. Also, it states that maintenance is on site; however, please note that doesn't mean they are available and your request will be fulfilled in a timely manner. Preventative maintenance is not done on appliances. When asked about A.C. filter changes, I was informed it would be handled by maintenance, but I haven't had one yet. Also, my A.C. went out, called their 24 hour hotline 3 times and still haven't heard from anyone at the property. Follow-up is extremely important in customer service and satisfaction. It illustrates that the company is not only courteous but respectful and considerate, qualities that I would definitely expect but unfortunately aren't reflective of Dream Live Prosper Apartment Community. Integrity is also important and due to the false advertisement it is evident that DLP lacks it. Please do not be fooled by their claim of recent changes in management because the site was taken down to be edited; however, DLP chose to advertise in the way in which they did. The appropriate thing to have done is listed things as coming soon, if not yet completed, and notate that certain features are available in select units. If you want to dream and prosper while living the life you deserve to live DO NOT move to The Views on Longcreek. You've been warned.

The apartment complex itself is large and not enough staff to run and maintenance it. It has been through so many mangers in two years I crazy. They don’t want to replace things. They rather patch things up and fix over it. You can hear the neighbors like for real as if they are in your apartment with you. For the money they are asking for these apartments they can do better. Some of the 3 bedroom apartments have only one full bathroom. The master just have a shower which is crazy because nobody wants to stand a take showers all the time in your masters bedroom. Need to stop renting out apartments and focus on fixing the entire complex up that includes the old apartments and the so called Renovated.

The pictures posted on their website are extremely deceptive albeit effective cause I sure was fooled. Take it from me, drive through and see this place for yourself before you step foot in the rental office. Their website boasts of "package receiving" but the staff has a habit of loosing packages and lying about it. I was told today that even though staff may sign for UPS packages, the driver may still drive away with your delivery. What kind of sense does that make? None. So after being lied to by the staff I submitted a claim to UPS. UPS provided me with a copy of the signature which turns out to be a office staff member of The View who has lost my package! Even though she has proof that she signed for said package she continues to deny that it was ever delivered. Needless to say, I'm out of my money and out of patience. I intend to write a formal letter to their corporate office and I hope it's taken seriously.

I just moved in a month ago and I regret it already. My carpet was dirty, the cabinets had trash from the previous tenant and my fridge had maggots and I've yet to get a new one. A leak sprung in bathroom and green mold was growing on the ceiling. I had to stay on their backs in order to get them to fix it properly. They promised me an upgraded apartment with all the bells and whistles as shown in the model but have yet to fulfill that promise. The management is aware and "so sorry" but hasn't made any real attempts to fix the issues involving the appliances. The exterior of my building cracked and the wood stairs are wobbly. This was the worst bait and switch I've seen. The pictures online are not real.

I have lived here for 4 years. This is the best place to live. The people in the office really care about you . If you need anything done they are right on it.

Apartment was very spacious and loved the locations of the apartments. Applicances were not cleaned prior to moving in, instead they just painted over the dirt in the showers and etc. neighbors were nice and friendly and it is also a very kid friendly environment . Had minor problems with insects but that was taken care of. Overall I would stay here again

The views on longcreek is a ill managed mess for the first year I lived there I lived with roaches and appliances that were either broke or close to it I fixed most of the items due to the long wait from maintenance. The lease office employees change frequently so all your complaints don't roll over and close to never get done.

My apartment search was extremely rough until I found these apartments. I was excited it was my first apartment the rent was affordable the neighbors were fairly pleasant and private. Like every complex it has its highs and lows however there is a new staff and I enjoyed them in the short time I knew them. My apartment is roomy the neighborhood is predominantly quiet at night which is wonderful since I'm a fulltime student and work as well. Now that my lease is soon to be up I haven't been able to decide if id like to renew it. Its a pretty tough decision. Just know that I've made this place my home and there is no place like home.

The Views on longcreek is fairly nice. It is a big neighborhood. They have apartments with one bedroom up to four bedrooms. They say they have four pools. Currently, only one is open. Also, one of the managers said they only have three. There are some leaks in some buildings. Not big but small. They have a doggie park and children parks. They do have a fitness center, but it is being repaired. They are making improvements and I am grateful. The rent is fair I guess. This is my first apartment. If I had to rate this neighborhood out of five I would give them a three. The staff workers are great, helpful, and nice.
