The apartment its self is fine. The "luxury " is the appliances and small thinks like door handles, faucets, cabinets, counters. However this new place is still working out the kinks. There is no one to let anyone inside so if you have a visitor or order uber eats you have to go outside to get it. The worst part is if you forget your fob there is no way to get back in. There is no key pad to get inside like 99% of other buildings. They offer valet trash, which doesn't come more than half the time. There is trash around the compactor because it very hard to open. Only 2 of the buildings are being lived in currently. I cant imagine the disaster when they all are.
