Property Ratings at Acclaim at Germantown
I like living at Acclaim at Germantown, it's clean and quit.. no bugs and people are friendly..I like that it's a no smoking in the property...Thanks S.G.S
The complex is good, neat and when I go to the rental office La’Nyce is excellent with everything.
It's been beautiful for the most part . I have no major issues with the leasing office or property managers . Kim was my favorite of them all . the rent has gone high which is a concern to many considering we have to part all utilities but its a beautiful and safe place to raise a child.
The community staff was patient with my process and in providing the apartment that I wanted. They kept me informed of status and what was needed. The community is quiet and well maintained.
I truly love living here. I been here for over 5 years and I do have to part way very soon due to my family getting bigger and needing the space but if it’s just you, your significant and your kids, or just you and your kids, or even just you by your self. I do believe this is a great apartment complex to start your living situation. It’s always nice and relaxing, I always enjoy watching the kids be kids out here and just love the neighbor also. Everybody so nice and just uplifting over here! I always and I mean always recommend all my friends who are looking for a place to call here.
Its a beautiful place to call home. It was an affordable apartment but now its getting so expensive more especially when you have to pay utilities separately.
Acclaim at Germantown is nice place to live. The area is always clean, And the rental office is helpful and respectful. And people are very respectful in the complex.
I truly love this community I have been here for over 5 years and I have definitely recommended my apartment complex to a lot of people who actually have moved in and love it
Its a beautiful place to called home. Its safe and secure. Its kids friendly
I use to live at The Fields I went through 3 property management as well as change in maintenance crew. The first property team was community driven but rude maintenance members would steal. They would post are rent late then charge us a late fee. The 2nd team was a joke the Fields was their playground you would complain about anything and they would ignore the complaint. Between the police and their late nights nothing got done. The 3rd property management didn't get things done I had no intention of moving but they weren't available and procrastinate on renewing my lease . I would ask about it they say it's ok they will get to it then I went out of town came back still didn't have time.. Seen several residents get evicted because of their lease not being renewed. So we had to move again not because we wanted too because lack of management. We would still be living there. Talked to management team she said everything was good no back lash because of their fault next thing I know I get a collection charge for 1315.00 because we left again we didn't want to but with kids you can't be on the street...I hear their is new management and new owners....I hope so.......Nice property bad management. would move back...
The apartments used to be nice but have been going downhill for the last few years. Maintenance is ok depending on you you get. The leasing office leaves documents with your personal information on your door for anyone to take. No notice is given whenever maintenance is performing "routine maintenance." We recently received notice the same day the maintenance was scheduled. During the snow storm last year, they only plowed a few spaces leaving residents to (literally) fight over the few remaining spaces. This issue was brought to the attention of management. Instead of plowing more spaces to fix the problem, the leasing office sent out a notice asking people to try and park in the same spaces everyday which is almost impossible and did nothing to fix the problem. The apartment is located in a very convenient location but there are several other better apartment choices in this area.
Property manager number 5 in 3 1/2 years. The management is rude and disrespectful to the residents. The messages put out to the community are very unprofessional and threatening. More residents seem to want to leave rather than staying to deal with yet more management upset. No longer is it the safe place to live, there are breakins and other crimes that are reported by the police and management doesn't seem to get around to informing the residents. The only good thing about The Fields of Germantown is the maintenance staff.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The Fields of Germantown Management takes these remarks seriously. It is disheartening to hear when a resident is not satisfied with their experience. I would love a chance to meet you at your convenience. We realize that a home is more than just a place to hang your hat and look forward to speaking with you in order to take steps to improve your experience. Feel free to give me a call directly. -Mary Braxton, Property Manager, 301-540-0800
Three property managers in 1.5 years. Residents who pay on time getting frequent delinquent rent notices. Current property manager is rude and nasty to the residents and is utterly unhelpful in resolving issues on the property

The Fields of Germantown is a nice, safe, comfortable place to live.
The apartment interior is very nice and either comes with vaulted ceilings or a fireplace (your choice if you're on the top floor)! The location is right in the middle of Germantown and close to everything -- grocery stores, convenience stores, movie theater, salons, bars, restaurants etc. You could walk anywhere you choose. There is a large courtyard with a volleyball area, grilling area, pool, and nicely equipped exercise room that is available 24/7.
