Property Ratings at Adam Ridge Condos
Took MONTHS!! for them to deal with BLACK MOLD in our dishwasher and maintenance didn't notify us when they entered our apartment to finally fix it. Towed our REGISTERED car and refused to take accountability for it stating the lease says they can tow whatever vehicle they want. Horrible communication, no accountability, and poorly maintained apartments. DO NOT RENT HERE.
I've lived here for 3.5 year my family and I enjoy it here. It's location is perfect and to commute to shopping it's all near by the landlord Jennie and Roxanne do a fabulous job taking requests if needed keep up the great work ladies.
Adam Ridge is a well maintained complex that is conveniently located to highways, shopping and entertainment. The units are spacious, well equipped and come with assigned parking. Most of all, the staff is outstanding - friendly, helpful and very responsive to your needs. Jerry T
Roaches all over the kitchen and bedrooms. Make sure you get any communication with management in writing. Good luck getting your security deposit back.
When I was shopping for a place to move to, I talked to a lot of apartment managers on this northwest side of the Metro. The lady in the office here was by far the most welcoming and friendliest person I worked with. I've been moved in about 2 months now and am very happy with the experience. I don't find the walls thin at all-I don't hear my neighbors---nothing at all like the last place I lived where every conversation next door was like in my space. I had a fire truck idling in the street one day and didn't even know it was there until I went to get the mail--outside it was loud, inside, nothing. I have a little bit of yard, no one is ever parked in my parking space, my garage is perfect, and my apartment feels like a mini-home...spacious and laid out really well, and bright and cheerful. I'm very happy with my experience!
Absolute worst management company to work with. While living at Adam Ridge for 3+ years it was next to impossible to get anyone to answer emails, voicemails or maintenance requests. There was black mold ALL OVER the laundry room and bugs were a constant issue. The worst part of dealing with them was after I moved out as they are now charging me $1,371 for "Maintenance Charges". They refuse to respond to my numerous emails and calls to explain why I am being charged. If you are thinking of renting from Tab Properties - DON'T!! Not worth the trouble. I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for their tenants from a management company before.

This is a great family and pet friendly community. There are lots of great amenities and in a great neighborhood. Friendly office staff.

My family has been here for 2 years now and it's wonderful! The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything! We also have received assistance with any service issues submitted, immediately. The grounds are nice and we have great neighbors! Also, huge bonus is that we have laundry right inside our apartment! It's so convenient and wonderful!

I lived here for about 22 months. I moved out two months before my lease was up. The only face to face interactions that I had with management were when I moved in and when I went to ask a question in person at the leasing office because I was not getting a response to an email. Overall, I was not impressed by the management staff. The turnover rate for staff appeared to be high, making it difficult to know who to contact. The appliances were good quality, it was in general a sufficient apartment to rent. As others have said, noise is an issue. Neighbors below can be heard pretty easily, talking, yelling, screaming, door slamming all easy to hear. I also had a neighbor across the breezeway (outdoor hallway between units) that had very loud music that was audible in my bedroom on the opposite side of the unit. There also is a general lack of enforcement of various rules such as parking, cleaning up after a dog, or noise. I did not feel valued as a tenant and do not recommend living here.

I rented an apartment for 6 months lived there 3 months in transition of building a house. Very thin walls you can hear your naighbor talking , taking shower , dog pupe everwhere , not clean at all but when I left the place ,they wanted everthing to be a new , some things I didn't noted thinking it is obvious like old floor in the kitchen and old carpet but no looks like uou better take puctures of everthing before uou movie in they will ripp you off. Not to say I got numerous time called office the unsupervised dog was in front yard and it could reach sidewalk ,very mean dog but ,no one did anything about that. No warm wather for more then two shower , to bad if you have family of 4 . Not enough parking . Expensive for whta you get and how they treat you . Like I said I was ther for 3 months , no small kids or animals but they said I destroyed their apartment . I would not recomend renting place at all.
After a poor start with the old managers, the new management has been extremely helpful. The maintenance guy was great and very prompt. Great service in such short period! Nice to see things getting done.
