Prioritize the walk thru of the unit you move in to as well as surrounding neighbors. The gate worked for the 1 week I moved into and has been broken since.
I love this place so much! It's quiet, clean, and all service requests are answered in a timely manner! The apartment itself is very spacious and unlike any apartment I've ever stayed in. I always recommend this place to people when they are looking to move :)

It has been a joy to live here. I have only lived here for a month and the everyone is so nice, the amenities are being put to good use, and the pool is a popular spot on sunny days! It really feels like a safe and welcoming environment. That is if you don’t have a dog who likes to bark at everything.

Ive been a residence at Adara for about 2-3 years. Ive loved my experience and love calling this place home. Home for many is the place at the end of the day where you can unwind and relax, Adara is the perfect location to do so. Megan was the my leasing agent, who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Right away I felt very comfortable and knew this would be the place I would call home. The grounds are well kept and the one minor issue I had was addressed quickly and efficiently. The amenities are outstanding and so many to chose from: watching TV while you grill by the pool, working out in the gym and playing various indoor and outdoor games, etc. You'll never be bored. Love this place!

Adara is an excellent place to live, with great facilities such as a game room, gym, and pool area. If you are looking for a beautiful and well-equipped place to live, Adara is a great option.

The grounds are nice and the layouts are pretty good but the buildings are made cheaply. I hear boards creaking when the upstairs neighbors are walking across the floor, the windows are not energy efficient which in turn makes for a higher electric bill and my mail is constantly not being delivered to my “front” door because it’s on the back side of the building. Besides that, it’s a nice place.

Adara has been a comfortable, pleasant place to live, convenient to both I-95 and considerable shopping venues. It is well-maintained, secure and offers more than enough amenities. We certainly would recommend it as a very nice place to live.

The people who work here are great. It's a good team. Most importantly they are willing to help and work through issues that most landlord/property managers wouldn't. These, and renewing my lease without increase, are some of the reasons why I love living here.

I love my apartment but there are many small things that can be done management can do to make it a better experience.

I have been living here for 3 years now and the service is impeccable!! The Adara staff(Talajah, Nika and Kylie) have definitely set the standard when it comes to customer service for my stay here! The amenities and quick response by the maintenance crew makes me seem as if I am getting the star treatment!!
Ever since moving to Savannah almost 10 years ago I have moved after every lease was up but since moving here in 2018 I have renewed and plan to stay longer. Community is kept clean, resident events weekly, quiet area, and close to all the restaurants and shopping. The office staff are happy to see you and help with anything
Rude and unprofessional staff, terrible conditions of amenities ( when they are available) poor maintenance of common areas, buildings and garden. There are many better complex nearby.

Staff is wonderful. I came in to look for an apartment and they were having a huge resident lunch for St Paddy's day. It was yummy and the people living there were really nice.

I've lived in better places. I didn't do my proper research before I moved in(which was my fault) and I regretted it almost immediately. Don't let the newness fool you! There are plenty of other places in pooler that are just as nice/less expensive/and that have less kids running around. A few things you should know before moving in: - APARTMENT INSPECTIONS. I felt like I was back in college with the number of times they gave us notices that they were going to "inspect" our apartments. In a period of 2 months they came in 5 times.. FIVE. They also didn't leave a notice or anything to let us know when/if they had actually come in. All their inspection notices gave us this window of days, so it would have been nice to know if they were done inspection or what. - WAY too many kids. The pool area is not relaxing at all. It's basically a public dirty pool. They will also carelessly ride their bikes and play in the parking lot, which is dangerous in itself. -It says it is a no smoking community (which is one of the reasons I signed), but don't kid yourself. They don't do anything to the people who smoke on the patio. There is one family that does it right beside the pool and they do nothing to stop it. - NOT energy efficient. If you do decide to move in make sure you have them check the weathering strips. Big gaps in my door that lets bugs and warm air in. ALSO in your living room you will notice this white vent. Well if you take off that cover it is legit a HOLE to the outside. Ever since I covered it up I can tell a difference in my living room staying cool. - Their gym is 24 hours which is great! Usually pretty clean but sometimes the machines don't work and the sound system NEVER works. Still nice though! -Thin walls. The location is a plus! It is on the other side of Benton BLVD so thankfully you do not have to get on pooler parkway to get on the interstate. Over all, this past year has been fine, but I'm ready to move out in August and live somewhere else!

Poorly built,loud garage door openers ,poor insulation - neighbors dog barks and whines through out day, YOU COULD HEAR EVRRYTHING!! my wall shakes every time the tenant down stairs closes their garage entry door...No luxury living here! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
We really thought this would be the place for us. We didn't realize we walked into a nightmare like you can't even imagine. After we complained about the huge dog downstairs that barked day and night we were treated like crap by management. They never did anything even after we recorded hours of barking and played them for management. It's like living in a kennel there are tons of big dogs and yesterday i stepped into a pile of poop. People are smoking although this is a non smoking complex. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and i mean everything. I was in the Army and lived under all kinds of circumstances but believe me this is the worst ever. And now we're being snubbed by management. We broke our lease we had no choice.
My wife and I were looking for a new place to call home after selling our house of 15 years. We toured at Adara Godley Station and found that the leasing staff were polite, personable, and extremely helpful. We were so glad to find a peaceful place where we knew we would be happy making our new home! Our questions were answered swiftly and any concerns were immediately addressed and handled appropriately. The property itself is beautiful with the only downfall we found being they are not completely done with construction yet.
I toured these apartments today. They are absolutely gorgeous!! The landscaping gives it such a great coastal feel. Staff was super sweet... great customer service. I am so excited to have found a place that feels so homey and so close to all the cool stuff in Pooler.
So I am a resident and have been for a while. Now that the place is filling up I notice I can hear my neighbors on all sides. Oh don't let me forget the ones upstairs too. You can hear everything. Very frustrating indeed. As for the staff, all have been very professional some are nicer than others. The Manager seems to have an attitude sometimes just depends on when you catch her. The residents I know seem to be nice most are professionals, some residents who own dogs forget they still have to clean up after them and there are a lot of dogs.
These apartments look good and its a plus to have a garage but boy are the walls thin. If you're ok with being able to hear your neighbor(s) talk,tv,or even when the toilet flushes then I guess this place works for you. I was sad to all of a sudden be treated poorly by certain staff and only being helped by designated people anytime I deal with the office. Being treated differently than anyone else is not really the experience you want at a place that is suppose to be home.
