Per our contract there was no indication the notice to vacate form would have to be provided by Addison at Cherry Creek Apartments. There wasn’t proper specifications on what our notice entailed. We reached out to the leasing office on numerous occasions during businesses hours in regard to what was needed in preparation to vacate and were told by staff nothing else would be necessary if we were not renewing our lease which they were made aware of before the 60 days. We even received several emails that confirm our move out date. If we did not agree to resign, therefore we do not agree to the terms of remaining a resident following our lease expiration. We were certain there was proper documentation of our choice to vacate as we were led to believe by the leasing staff’s statements and exchanges both over the phone and in person. We were not provided the 60 day notice to vacate form until after the 60 day period had passed. There was no mention of this particular form needing to be provided by Addison at cherry creek apartments prior to the date required to sign the notice. There was no indication our signatures would be a requirement for a notice to vacate prior to receiving the form (after the 60 day period). We did reach out after receiving the notice to confirm everything was in order and there would be no further issues. We got no response through email so we called the leasing office to confirm we would not have to pay additional fees, we were reassured we would only have to pay a portion of our last month not once but twice. We received a bill in the mail with additional charges because ‘they were not informed prior to the 60 days’. I talked with the Dani the apartment manager and I was hoping she’d understand this predicament and that we thought we did everything we could to inform them and that we had never even seen/received the 60 day notice form until after the 60 days. She didn’t even acknowledge they were supposed to mention the form itself or provide it in order for us to actually sign before the requested date, she didn’t care at all, said it’s on us if we didn’t know and just blatantly disregard our efforts to have everything done ahead of time. Needless to say it doesn’t matter how much you think you communicated with leasing office they just don’t care, they’ll tell you never talked with anyone, and take your money. I have call logs and screenshots, all of this is true.

Addison at Cherry Creek is a horrible place to live. Moving here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Management is immature, dishonest, rude. I cannot believe these people are allowed to continue to treat residents like trash. Speaking of trash. They never clean the complex grounds, trash everywhere. Don’t rent here. Trust me. They push for 5 star reviews when you tour because they know they won’t get it after you are here for a month.can’t wait to leave.

Addison has been the worst place I have ever lived. The reasons are threefold. 1.) A couple days into our lease our downstairs neighbor accidentally fired his weapon through our floor, shattering our sliding glass door and creating a large hole in the floor. It was a terrifying incident and my spouse and I were feet from being shot in our living room.The most Addison did was to tell us we could move to another (smaller apt size) on our own dime. They left our shattered glass door covered with a piece of plywood on it for a couple days before they fixed it. A couple months later we decided we did not want to live there any longer and decided to leave. They let us leave without penalty for breaking lease due to that situation. We were thankful and everything was good. 2.) Upon leaving their office manager "forgot" to remove our penalty for breaking lease and charged us 1600 dollars. I called back and reminded them and they apologized and corrected it. Then a couple months later I get a call from a collection agency trying to collect the debt for "breaking our lease". I send everything to them again and then we are all clear once more. 3.) It is now 2 years later and I get another agency trying to collect this debt that doesn't exist. Addison - this is not a good look. Do not live here unless you are ready to be tied to an obviously inept business that struggles to honor simple arrangements with tenants who were close to being killed in their housing complex. The amount of time I have spent correcting their mistakes and following up is ridiculous. Not to mention the trauma of that experience. Long story short - don't move here. The lower cost of rent is hiding a bad living experience and poorly managed main office.

Addison at Cherry Creek is a dumpster fire. Look back at the 1 star reviews on here. Nothing has been improved and in fact become worse. Never in my lifetime have I seen such a scam of a company, all while pushing so hard for 5 star reviews. They push it the day you sign the lease because they know how full of crap they are! Trash allover the grounds, rude staff who constantly make mistakes like lose or misplace rent payments and then blame their mistakes on the residents. It's insanity! There is absolutley no reason for this place to have higher than 2.5 stars not sure if they pay this site for the fairy tale 4.9.

This apartment complex may look alright on the outside but there are a multitude of hidden fees tacked on to the agreed rent price. The apartments also have a multitude of fitment/construction issues due to rushed renovations like cabinet veneers peeling off, doors not locking or properly closing. The management during the previous summer, despite multiple shootings occurring within the complex would maintain keeping the gates open for all to enter. Additionally, for those splitting rent between roommates they had a partial pay option which would allow for easy payments which has now since been revoked due to COVID being eradicated. How they came to that conclusion I have no idea. So now one person has to pay the entirety of the bill all at once, but they kept the overpayment functionality of course. In short, stay away from this heap of garbage as you can find much better in this price range this far away from downtown Denver.

Gates are shut 24/7 unless there is a gate issue; If this is the case, we work diligently with our vendors to repair them immediately. We would also like to assure you that the partial payment options are still available to all residents until payment is being submitted late, at which time we require payment in full due to legal reasons. At one time Addison at Cherry Creek was a nice place to live, now it has become an over-crowded apartment community managed by ConAm. Addison at Cherry Creek management doesn't implement any policies to help manage the overwhelming amount of parked vehicles. Instead they will tell you to park down the street, outside of the community and walk to the home you pay top dollar for. Addison at Cherry Creek managed by ConAm make no effort in correcting parking issue - there are no assigned spots. So you can imagine in inclement weather walking several blocks in snow and ice to get to a place you live because there's no parking. The gate to enter the complex is broke and has been broken for months on end now. ConAm management say they plan on fixing it, but have yet to do so. All talk and no action. Do not move here. Go to a place where the management and staff make you a priority. Avoid any where ConAm is managing and especially Addison at Cherry Creek.
I am extremely disappointed with my decision to move to this community. At first, all was well, but an issue arose around a month ago that was brought to the attention of the leasing office. Their response to the issue was to simply ignore my concerns and make the situation worse, which has resulted in me staying with a friend offsite for the last three weeks. In that time, I've made multiple attempts to contact the community manager and ConAm, both of which have ignored my communications. For all residents considering this location, please heed this warning, do not move here.

I moved into Addison June 2017. Tracey was the first person I met, and within 15 minutes, I have the perfect place to live. I wanted a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor and I couldn't be happier, Tracey is a real pro at leasing. I met Rob the next time I came into the office and a nicer more helpful (again) leasing pro are rare to find these days. Rob even went to the trouble of helping me put my sleigh bed together and as much as I wanted to tip him, he wouldn't think of it, so I bought him a great lunch for a surprise of thanks. This place is a GEM folks. Within a week I was in my new unit and to my surprise they love to put events for the guests, so I went down to the pool for the BBQ and Eli, the head of maintenance sent me home with more food than my son and I could eat for one day. A big thanks to Eli, his team Vince who always has a smile on his face and so helpful and so was Cesar quietly and respectively wonderful. I can't say enough about Wes, he is a treasure and a top dawg in the game for a long time of what it means to help people who rent, wouldn't know what to do without him at Addison, there is no situation that he cannot fix on the spot, and suggested a garage would be great for me come winter, and of course Wes gave it to me that day. I can't tell you what a great place Addison at Cherry Creek is for an actress from Hollywood for over 3 decades. Just another tenant but treated like a star. this is a nice apartment complex. They keep the community clean. Whenever i put in a maintenance request for something it has been fixed within 24 hours. Only issue is you don't get a note to let you know you have a package, and one of the surrounding gates is always broken. And the walls and floors aew very thin, you will not have any peace and an apartment you are paying alot for, due ot the stomping and slaming of things feom tour neighbors. The office solution is to pay them to move apartments or break your lease.
I had been living in the community for the last 1.5 years. The service from the apartment was awesome. Leasing guy Robert was so good in serving in any request. The maintenance guys were so fast in finishing the request. In case of delayed response, you will get better support from the Manager Sandy. The CAREs team in the community supported by Cary and Michael was EXCELLENT. The CAREs team has the twice in monthly community party with great food and fun games. Cary is so good in welcoming people to the party and having friendship with her was nevertheless worthy. They were one of the good friends to be with in the community.. Anyone who is looking out for the apt to lease, they should meet these sweet couples... The way they carry themselves make the others to feel good at home.
I picked this apartment just from reading info on the internet and I'm so glad I did! The location was great and safe. Very pet friendly. My apartment was completely updated inside and the property was always kept nice. Also liked that it was gated. The gym was open 24 hours and never busy. I did a lot of research and nothing else came close to this place for the money. The staff including maintenance were always wonderful.

This place is not only sub par in terms of what you pay for, but they will also try to make you pay rent after you've vacated the property. Then when you call them asking why you have this rent due when you don't live there, they will pass you from person to person, getting no where and when they grow tired of you asking questions, they will tell you what you want to hear 'oh we took care of it, removed the rent' and send you a debt collector. They also lost all our contract information when we first moved in and had to have us come in and resign everything TWO times. Twice they lost everything and they lie and try to send you to a debt collector. I've lived in some pretty bad college houses in my time, but I never thought they would have better management than a company like Addison at Cherry Creek. I would not ever recommend anyone to this company.
I have lived here for 2 and half years and I love it. The community is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The community has 3 events a month which is a nice perk. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance team is on top of things.
Amazing neighborhood, haven't had any problems here. Many amazing restaurant bars in the area and family diners nearby. Whole Foods, King Soopers, Wal-Mart, nearby and an amazing large liquor store a block away.
The rent here at Addison at Cherry Creek is a little bit high, but you're paying for the best office staff, best maintenance guys, and a perfect location! I'll be staying here for a while, absolutely. The apartment itself is clean and stylish, with all brand-new Energy Star appliances that really DO help keep my electricity bill and utilities low! Love this place.
These people are nice. They treat you like humans but they are really high for rent.
Never had any major problems living here. The rent is a little high for the size of the apartments, but that's par for the course in the Denver area. Management is okay, if a little overbearing at times (they once came to my door in person to demand that I paid a 17 CENT discrepancy on my rent payment, and I had to walk down to the office and give them a quarter, they refused to just add it to next month's rent). Maintenance requests are fairly timely.
This place is amazing when it comes to landscaping and what they offer, however, they bait and switch. I wanted 4 things. Fireplace, garage, south exposure for Direct TV and a place for my dog. They promised me one unit and then changed it after someone online grabbed it before they could reserve for me. The said they had another unit exactly like my original wants but would not show it to me. I kept asking to see the apartment and they kept giving me the runaround. 1 day before move-in I get to see my new apartment. No fireplace. Strike one I can have a garage but they don't have one by my building but they have one 3 buildings down from mine. Strike 2. My contract for move-in costs was wrong 4x so I gave them over $400 more than I should have for move-in costs. Strike 3. My south exposure has tree's so I can't have Direct TV because they don't allow satellite's outside the balconies. Strike four. I asked if they were going to do something about my apartment because what they promised was wrong on so many levels. No. Look at your contract welcome letter. Make them show you your apartment before you sign anything and plan on not getting answers swiftly. They use the excuse that they are so busy or something else came up,
This complex is beautiful. The units are spacious and well kept. It was a bit out of my price range but it was my first choice.
