Property Ratings at Addison Lane
Kind and timely response I put in my request on the weekend of a Monday holiday, but they still came early in the morning that they were available. They instantly understood the issue and didn’t hesitate to just get it done. I’m very thankful for the assistance!

Worry free I love the location and staff is very friendly……..
Difficult time here. Car got broken into, always construction going on, washing machines broken, pool was closed for a long time due to poor upkeep, Pest control is a guy walking around with a spray bottle. The men who drive on the carts are nice but everything else sucks. They expect you to cooperate with them but they give you no wiggle room when you ask. I would suggest spending more money elsewhere to at least get a better home feeling. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The whole team here at Addison lane always makes sure everything is running right and as it should be. Very understandable people & will always work with you if you ever have a problem. Ever since I’ve moved here in 2019, mr Devin has always made sure to be very charismatic & professional with any questions or problems I had, and it’s great to know that they’re more than just people working at a leasing office , they’re family! Great prices in the location it’s in, with great people running it.

I tend to be fairly critical but I have been pleasantly pleased at Addison Lane, the staff has fixed my work orders same day, they text me when a package arrives, they recently replaced all the roofs, doors, windows and exterior siding. We've been told they will be enlarging the two pools and adding a fitness center, I would renew your lease now before the word gets out!

Laundry rooms are horrible no hot water in one and both have rusted machines and dryers take a long time. show you a very nice one then tells me some are different a complete 180 from what they show (it is for me) I will say it is safe and great dog areas FIVE STARS BY WHO? Stay far away from this place. Management here is the worst .. The apartments and nasty and old . there's very little security here and there is always some kind bad things going on here at night that requires the cops and k9 's here often and not just one or 2 cop cars there's always at least 10.. Go somewhere else.. Don't even waste your time coming to look.

The apartments that they show you are just models and they won't let you see your actual apartment before move-in. We were kinda in a bad position because we were moving from out of town so we couldn't go apartment hunting and all we had was names of a few places. This place sounded perfect because they allowed my dog (a German Shepherd) and rent was pretty low for a 2 bedroom. Those were the only perks. They will nickel and dime you to death! Even after you leave! We ended our lease 2 months early because we couldn't wait to leave! When we left, we cleaned the carpets and the entire apartment but we were still charged a "cleaning fee"... not sure why because they literally didn't have to do anything. They charged us for a closet door that we had complained about being broken since we moved in! No one cleans up after their dogs there! I would constantly have to watch where I was stepping and good luck at night! No matter how much I complained about dogs being outside without leashes, nothing was ever done. I even gave apartment numbers of the owners but their dogs would be out no matter how many times I said something. There were even loose dogs right by the office! I constantly had to watch and make sure there were no dogs out while on walks. The apartment itself was not horrible for the price we moved in for but we got a notice saying that when our lease was up, rent was going up another $50. Run down appliances and no storage space were another downfall. There were closets in the bedrooms but no closest for linen storage or extra storage. There is a "closet" right outside the bathroom but the AC unit literally takes up the entire closet except maybe a foot on the right hand side. All in all, horrible place. Even though they say that there is a security guard on duty, the week before we left there were multiple apartments that were almost broken into and multiple cars that had their tires cut. That all happened when the guard was on duty and supposedly walking around the complex. That was our last straw! I would NEVER tell someone to move in here.

My apartment complex is great. I have lived here for over seven years. Management threats me live family. These past years my health has gotten worse and living here they make sure I'm okay. I love living here because I feel safe here.having free rent for life will make my life even better.
Perfect for a gal and her cat. It's got two pools, two laundry sites and an incredible club house. It's also on one of the main bus routes which is perfect for this college student to get around to campus, shopping, and other great locations. Plus it's all one floor so no need to worry about walking too heavy or hearing your upstairs neighbors walk around all day.

I moved to Gainesville for a job, and be unfamiliar with the area and trying to find a place on a budget (since I was still paying for my previous apartment due to the contract) I ended up settling for what looked good on paper. The unit they show you is done up in a way that it looks really nice. But the actual units are a little run down, need updating, have really old appliances that are not very efficient and you will come home to find that people have been in your apartment without your consent or knowledge of it happening. I think that this is probably a trend for any apartment complex owned by this company. They also claim to have nighttime security that you pay for with your rent. I have come and gone at different times of the evening and night with work and when I go out and meet friends and it is hit and miss whether there is security there. They definitely are not there past around 2am. I suggest you decide ahead of time what you like and do not like, have them show you the spaces available if they will and do not settle for something that looks too good to be true.

Do not sign this lease unless you;re ready for the worst experience of your life. You will be nickled and dimed to death for months after the lease ends. BEWARE that the lease automatically renews unless you send a 60 day written notice - although the print is so small on all the clauses of the lease that noone can see it.The property is in poor condition, the apartments are in poor condition. If you do not shut your breaker completely off every time you leave you will be charged insanely high electrical overages. My advice - rent anywhere but here.

I like the rooms all but the kitchen it is to small for me. I like a kitchen with space, like counter and cabinets

I recently have been looking for an apartment in gainesville fl for college, did a good long search and finally I went with addison lane. They have a good deal with utilities (utility package) of 100$. There pet fee is not expensive and they keep there apartments nice. The lady I talked to to get the pre leasing done and secure and apartment for me was great! She helped me with everything and answered all the questions I needed to know. Thumbs up!
