Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. There are several apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes available for rent that will fit a variety of budgets. There are even some residences that have nice views of Westover’s lakes. Although Westover is laden with amenities, residents appreciate having access to Interstate 295, Route 401, and All-American Freeway to reach other locales.

This is the best place to live! The leasing staff and maintenance team are on top of everything! Everybody is friendly and makes me feel at home!
I have lived here in Fayetteville since 2020 and at Addison Ridge since early 2024 and this place hands down is the best apartment I’ve lived in. The property is beautiful and well kept, the leasing staff is so friendly and responsive and maintenance is ontop of everything. Over all great experience!
I’ve been here going in 2 years and it has been nothing but awesome! Staff is great and always answers the phone. Anything goes wrong they are quick to fix it. I’ve really enjoyed it

I’ve lived here for a while, and Addison ridge has been phenomenal! their front desk staff Sarah and Madison are extremely helpful and timely in all their ways. Addison ridge is clean, renovated and easy to be at. Even though it’s not home it’s the best home away from home you can ask for in fayettenam. Clean amenities, great gym and cheerful and helpful staff. 10/10 of the 5/5 stars.
The best place to live in Fayetteville, NC. I have always felt safe living here, maintenance is amazing, is always prompt to our issues. Plus the front office staff (Sarah) has been nothing but helpful when we have needed something.
Addison ridge offers good amenities with a variety of floor plans to choose from. The leasing office is very helpful in solving issues you may encounter and questions you may have. Sarah at the leasing office was able to help me resolve any questions or issues that arose for me personally.
Addition Ridge has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The pool and fitness center are great. Sarah, one of the leasing managers, has always been incredibly helpful.
As a resident living here for over two years I have to say that the service is excellent. The friendly staff here are always trying to make our stay more enjoyable. If you have the pleasure of meeting Sarah, you're life will change for the better.

Awful. Recently moved to Addison Ridge. First off, the "security gate" to enter and leave the complex has been broken and left completely open. This allows anyone from surrounding areas to enter the complex, making an unsafe environment. For example, multiple parties of teenagers who don't live here using the pool. Since moving here, management is incredibly rude, dismissive of maintenance requests, multiple pieces of gym equipment broken for months without replacement, ALL grills at the pool were broken and unusable for almost a year, the "new pool" which was promised to open a year ago is still non functional, now filled with trash and murky. I would not recommend this place to neither friends nor family.
Multiple apartment robberies with no forced entry appearing like an inside job. Management refuses to fix the security gate that has been broken for several months.
This apartment complex does not even deserve one star. I lived there for three years-One of the worst decisions ever. Management and maintenance are horrible. Apparently, it is OK for the residence air-conditioning to be out of service for more than two weeks with indoor temperatures over 85°. Management refused to supply portable AC unit or other means including when guest apartment suite was available. Do not expect any of the “luxury“ amenities to be working. The coffee machine in the office never works despite multiple work orders and visits to the office with reassurance that they would get it working. Do not expect the gate to be closed despite the advertisement of this as a “gated“ property. Also, if you are able to speak with someone at the office, they will never call you back as they promised over the phone, in person, and in writing. Do not trust any assurances they make. Don’t waste your time with this apartment complex or company.
The staff here is very useless. They seem to not know how to do their job. I’ve had multiple problems. My main problem is them having my power shut off for half a day and had to wait on them to figure out the problem and they said it was because they still had the previous owners name and didn’t have an invoice which caused the power to go off. That doesn’t make sense because don’t you have to switch the names once someone else moves in?? Once the point of signing a contract then?? I even had the all exclusive package so it was their responsibility to put my name on everything. I was offered nothing for the hassle and I even tried asking them what their process is when someone moves in because how and why would you let a resident go through that. I was already moved in for about 4 months so it doesn’t make sense at all. Can’t wait to move out of here.
Very disappointed with the management. Applied to the complex back in October inquiring about an apartment being available late December early January. They would take days if not weeks to respond and continued to ask for the same documents over and over. We had a viewing on November 27 and still did not have a accepted application. When we went to view they didn’t even have the proper apartment to show us for what we wanted. After we left the following week we finally had an application acceptance after almost two months. We were told by the employees that it would be smart to put down the 300$ non refundable deposit to ensure our place in line so we did. An apartment became available for 22 January so we gladly said “this apartment would be okay” and then continued to conversation with Ms. Jessica inquiring about anything open any sooner/when would the new builds be ready. We responded within the time allotted 48 hours but she did not take that as “we’re accepting the apartment. I wrote her back two days later after she then asked a second time is this a yes to the apartment and she responded with the apartment is already spoken for by someone else. I called and emailed her for two days and she never responded. On Saturday my call was finally answered and I was told that even though that one is now taken your first on the waiting list for the next apartment. I asked when would that be and they have no clue to when the next apartment would be available. With all this being said, we have 90$ in application fees submitted and as well as a 300$ non refundable payment submitted with this complex. Very upset and do not recommend the headache of even applying here.
The leasing office has no sense of management or organisation. I can’t talk enough about the bad service that I’ve received. Nothing can be done over here. Pest control problem took 2.5 months of fighting and lying to get it finally done .. I’ve been here for three months, and this is already the third bad experience
I have been her for about 2 years. Addison does a good job keeping up this place. They make sure all residents are following the policies, to help keep the area safe. This is a safe area and friendly tone. No issues. Good job to the Addison team.
I have been very impressed with all that I have encounter while I have been a resident at Addison Ridge especially the office staff.... They are very positive, helpful and competent . It has been a very pleasant experience the office staff needs to be rewarded for going beyond the call of duty.
Both my daughter and her roommate were very impressed with the apartment until about a month away from moving in. They were called and told that the apartment they selected would not be ready and they would have to move into another unit or wait until August to move into the one they wanted. They had already given their notice to the older apartments and had to be in Fayetteville in July for class. The apartment offered no help and just say sorry. When the girls moved in and notice the apartment was alot smaller than expected and furniture was not going to fit, the apartment said they could move out if they are not happy. I am shocked that the apartment has offered no help on the situation - no discount on rent, no refund if they move out and no help with moving to the new apartment. I would strongly NOT recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to live in the Fayetteville area.
