Ogden is a neighborhood located about seven miles northeast of Downtown Vancouver. Similar to other Washington neighborhoods, Ogden is wooded with several parks and tree-lined streets. The Royal Oaks Country Club in the northern corner of the neighborhood provides a beautiful backdrop to several homes while Meadowbrook Marsh Park is great for jogging and bike riding. Ogden feels suburban with multiple schools, childcare centers, and easy access to a variety of amenities. Residents enjoy being within walking distance or a short drive of suburban staples like chain restaurants, grocers, and big-box department stores. The Vancouver Mall is also less than two miles away from Ogden as well. Ogden has mid-range to upscale rentals available, making it a great option for commuters who want a quieter experience but still want to be convenient to downtown.

Property Ratings at Addison
This place is so awesome! The staff is so helpful. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing, he just came by the other day to do a small repair on our dishwasher, and also replace a toilet roll holder. He was so kind and very personable. Another thing that is so cool is the new light fixtures! Thank you so much Olivia for getting the light fixtures on the buildings repaired! You and your team are doing wonders! I'm so happy to continue calling this place home.

I am so glad I am not the only one who had a horrendous experience while living here. Everything was fine until they changed management. There were so many inspections from outside vendors (probably 7 in 1 year). The office staff were disorganized and lacked communication between each other. I was harassed with letters on my door for every little thing. One occasion when I received a notice I went into the office to address it and the man working knew nothing about it. He had to call the manager on her day off to get answers. Another time, i was charged a fee for non payment when i inquired about my prorated rent cost upon move out, when i payed the amount told to me, it was incorrect. They penalized me for not paying the correct prorated amount told to me over the phone. Upon moving out, I had addressed all of my complaints with corporate and they never got back to me. There are hidden fees for everything and they over charge for move out costs. I presume it's to cover the remodel costs. RENTER BEWARE!!

This place is horrible! The management is not professional and never respectful! They take forever to fix things! Plus everything breaks constantly. We ended our lease and they new we were moving never came out to inspect the apartment then told us months later that the apartment was destroyed. Then put us in collections without notice! The way they handle everything was immature and I would never recommend this place !
I cannot wait to get out of my lease! They will try their hardest to stick you with late fees (like not showing anything owed online because their system crashes and then blaming you). The garbage outside the garbage bin is usually more than what is inside the bin. And if you're looking for a place to park, have fun walking to the Winco parking lot every day! Stay away if you do not want to have to move again as soon as your lease is up.
This place is the worst apartment I have stayed at. I am going to just make a list of terrible things that happened here. Utilities are added onto your rent, you pay about 240 dollars per year for cameras (we were told that utilities were included in rent, but the apartment complex adds it to your base rent). You also pay for gas, electric, and water. Our dryer was broke for 8 months, it took an excessive amount of requests to fix this. We had an intruder try to break into our home (the 240 dollar camera fees didn't help here). There is never enough parking, you can pay 410 dollars a year for a parking spot, but if someone parks in your spot, there is little you can do to claim your spot. The office is really disorganized. We were charge late fees, even though we paid rent on-time (based on when we were told to pay rent initially). Also, the office threatened to tow my car despite the fact that I pay the 410 annually fee for parking. Oh and the noise, it is the worst. I usually don't care about this, but the walls are paper thin. If you are thinking about moving here (despite the hidden fees, there are so many, like thousands of dollars worth of hidden fees). Just check out an apartment, have a phone conversation in a room, I bet everyone else in the apartment will be able to hear this. Finally, the area is just more crime ridden than most of Vancouver. We had things stolen off our front and back porch. Please don't move here. The people who own these apartments are no better than thieves.
My husband(retired) and I moved into the Addison apartments from out of state, sight unseen. We stayed one year until our lease ended. We chose the Addison primarily for the central location, access to C-Tran express bus, ground floor apartment and it's within walking distance to a grocery store. However, prospective renters should be aware the apts. are quite noisy. You can hear the neighbors' washing machine running, as well as toilets and showers. Conversations can be heard through the thin walls. There are no designated parking spaces unless you rent a carport or garage. We often had to park a building away and walk with groceries. Garbage was not picked-up before it was overflowing the dumpsters and the trash area are disgusting. Also. Be aware of move-out expenses above what reasonable apartment communities charge, like complete repaint etc. On the positive, maintenance requests were handled promptly and the community is pet-friendly.
Been here for a year. We like the apartment but hate it at the same time. They don't have assigned parking meaning you have to fight for a spot close to your apartment. Some people have to park across the street at the store because there is no room for everyone. I feel like they need to assign 1 assigned parking space to each apartment, even if its covered or not. Then the rest are fare share. I got dents put in my passenger side door because of how close the parking spots are to each other. We hate it here..Another thing the price of the apartments are not worth it they have no Amenities. No pool, no area for kids to play, no assigned parking a super small gym with 2 treadmills in it. Its just not a place I would suggest you living.
