Property Ratings at Adiamo
After apartment shopping for a month and touring over a dozen apartment communities, I fell involve with Adiamo. The grounds were breathtaking and the staff was so warm and inviting. Kim, the leasing specialist, spent time with me showing me all the amenities and floor plans available. Her warm and personable demeanor made me feel like part of the Adiamo family immediately. Thank you Kim and Adiamo!
I have been living here the last year & 3 months, the maintenance is very good, the management very helpful and everything is pretty neat. The only thing is the rent is high and they go up every end of lease. But like they say in my old job you pay for good service and that is the reason I am moving. Thank you Adiamo employees they are very professional.
Adiamo can best be described as a community, not the usual high-density apartment complex. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive to our needs. The clubhouse and pool are kept up quite well and the grounds are tended to regularly and well. Pets are viewed as part of the tenant's family. I don't know about the other apartments but ours is more like a condo than an apartment. We have a front entry patio and a side patio accessible from the dining area and the master bedroom. We have a 2-car attached garage. And most important to me is I have a walk in closet. We have been here for going on 4 years and have no plans to relocate in the near future.
