Regarded as the Water Recreation Capital of the Midwest, Toledo rests on the banks of Lake Erie and the Maumee River in Northwest Ohio near the Ohio-Michigan border. While boating and fishing are popular pastimes in Toledo, there are also many other attractions Toledo residents enjoy.
Should you choose to rent in Toledo, you will have the opportunity to see the Mud Hens play ball at Fifth Third Field, eat Hungarian hotdogs at Tony Packo’s, take the kids on a scientific adventure at Imagination Station, marvel at the ornate architecture of the Rosary Cathedral, peruse the shops at Franklin Park Mall and Hensville, hike through one of Toledo’s many Metroparks, tour the Toledo Zoo, and catch a race at Toledo Speedway. You can also see the Toledo Symphony Orchestra at Peristyle Concert Hall, the Toledo Opera at the historic Valentine Theatre Downtown, and the expansive collection in the Toledo Museum of Art.

Property Ratings at Adirondack Village
The apartment itself was nice, but the management here is really unhelpful, unresponsive, and often times straight up rude. They don’t seem to actually care about the tenants. I wouldn’t recommend living here.
My wife and I moved into Adirondack Village Juliet unit nearly 3 years and love it. The floor plan is great, love the tall ceilings, upgraded appliances and luxury feel. Had to have a kitchen faucet replaced, it was done promptly by a professional, and anytime scheduled maintenance had to be done, it was communicated well in advance to all residents, and again completed on time by a pro. The PM here is awesome to work with, follows up almost immediately and AV Management always supportive and listens to any concerns. Super dog friendly and fenced-in dog park is great needless to say….. Snow removal no problems. My BIGGEST like is the units are quiet, can't hear your neighbors from the inside and feels like a single unit home. We highly recommend Adirondack Village. Wade H.
We moved into Adirondack Villas 5 months ago. We were impressed by the newly built structure and appearance so didn’t mind pay the high lease amount. Had we been informed that the Property Management doesn’t take serious the fact that the units, at least on our side, get permeated with the horrible rotten egg smell of sulfur that they know exist, we would not have moved in. Our next door neighbor shared she has been complaining (she’s lived here 2 years now) and we have been complaining since we arrived. The PM gives excuses of how they are at the mercy of another company to fix it. I’m sure if their own home smelled of rotten eggs they would try harder to find a solution. Advise: Don’t move in until they can prove it’s fixed. Otherwise know you are moving into a physical appealing place that literally constantly smells like rotten eggs because they won’t fix the system that uses well water to water the lawn. Perhaps they’ll prioritize getting it fixed if people refuse to move in because they definitely don’t have any intentions of fixing it for those of us who are already locked into the lease.
