Property Ratings at Adley at Gleannloch
I wanted to love these apartments so bad, when we first came to look at them, after selling our home in in June of 23… the amenities promised caught our eye and the helpful office team Brandi, Tessa and Ashley have been amazing… but the overall property is so far from luxury. It’s been a horrible experience! The day we were given the keys they were still working on the apartment… there are so many things that are still not fixed on our apartment, that the maintenance staff and Head Manager Amy (horrible at communicating, horrible at follow up and clueless to what is actually happening on her property) have yet to fix. The first week we moved on Roaches!!! We couldn’t even move our things in, we had to rent a storage unit. We are here 4 weeks later and continue to see roaches. The hallways are filthy… there is a spot I’ve taken a picture of over the past month of throw up on the floor in the parking area and in the hallway that has been there since I moved in. The pool area looks great from far away, but is filthy, broken grills for weeks. And if Amy says she didn’t know about it… why is she so out of touch with her community and resident and maintenance staff? You can’t not be that far removed and continue to be in your position. I have NEVER once seen her out of that office and I live fairly close on the first floor… We have no AC in our bedroom and have lost food due to roaches and she has never once offered to compensate us for the loss… literally $50… but they continue to throw events that hold no value… why not fox and invest in wnat you have and get that working right before you try to put makeup up on a pig. Great team of people but if the leader (Amy) keeps playing the great and powerful OZ, the GM and above will continuously be fooled by fake reviews and lips service. No place to add pictures, but if you walk the building and see the grounds. You will notice the places mentioned.

I spent a great deal of time researching apartments as I am relocating to the area for work. I drove 55 minutes to come to this property that I had predetermined that as long as the apartment looked nice this would be where I would relocate. However, upon arriving to the community I was greeted and told to have a seat. The young leasing lady was just coming in from lunch, she asked me how may rooms I was looking for and when. I gave her the information she said yea we don't have anything on Dec 1st we only have immediate move ins. So I said 'Let me ask you if they don't lease within the next 30 days wouldn't they be available?" She said they couldn't say. I then asked if she could give me floorplans in case something became available. She said no!!!!! We are paperless!!! I was in shock I stood up and walked out and sat in the parking lot extremely upset and shaking!! I drove 55 minutes to be treated like I was a piece of ???? I guess the leasing staff are better than the rest of us!!! Shame on you and your staff---She should be fired! I would never ever lease here!

Dear Anonymous, We are sorry your experience was not up to our standards. It is true that we don’t produce pricing beyond 45 days out. Leaving currently available apartments empty for that long, is a situation where we would lose significant revenue. And yes, we are paperless when it comes to brochures as it is better for the environment and helps control cost so we can keep rates lower. Sill someone should have offered you up an online brochure, or just given you a printout of the floorplan upon request. We will coach our team on this item. Thank you for the feedback. This complex requires and shows nothing but professionalism at its finest. The office staff, especially Mrs. Faith, goes out of their way to bring a smile to everyone’s face. The maintenance staff is stellar also.
I have been living here for 3 months and im so happy i choosed this community! I love everthing about it.
Lived here for a while now and I’m still amazed how quick Maintainence is to addressing anything I need. They are ALWAYS here within hours and it doesn’t matter what it is, it’s fixed that day! Excellent service!!
I just recently moved into the Adley and the stuff is super helpful and are all so sweet, which is a big factor for me when decided my next move, I love the pool it is amazing. I haven’t had a chance to use the movie theater room just yet but I can not wait. So glad I chose this community.

I have been living here since build and could not be happier. The complex is well maintained, pool is amazing, you can wash your car and your dog!! Amy is very friendly and attentive, along with the entire staff!! You won’t be disappointed!!

This apartment is brand new with top notch amenities. We were greeted by Tatiana. She was welcoming and nice. She showed us the available units. She answered all of our questions and concerns.
