Property Ratings at Adona in Southfield
Adona Apartments is a solid choice for anyone looking for a well-maintained, modern living space in Southfield. I've lived here for a few months and I can say that its in a convenient location, has responsive management, and offers good value for the price. The quality of living here makes it well worth considering. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to call home in Southfield, Adona is worth checking out.
This place is poorly maintained!!! There’s no air in the summer and no heat in the winter. They suggested that we buy space heaters!!! No one is ever in the property management room. If you have kids, just don’t do it! Please!! Stay away. We will leave soon as our lease is up
the a.c. never worked, i moved in the month of May. The office manager wouldnt let me see my apartment until a day before my lease began. So when she finally did i paid my money already, my mistake. the bathroom was poorly painted, carpet is old, and they used cheap paint on the kitchen cabinets. O and no one is ever in the leasing office. they still havent turned the heat on. Its a dump. pay a little more money, its worth it!!!
So far my experience her has been really good. It's quiet and clean which I love and the office staff are very nice. The young lady here now is new but she's on top of it which I like. She seems to have an open door policy when it comes to residents which is always good. And the maintenance guy is really on top of it as well. I'm really enjoying my experience living here.
This is a nice Quiet clean place to live. I haven't had any problems since I've been here. Staff are very friendly.
There is a new manager there who is very attentive and professional and best of all very cheerful. Whatever she does not know she lives up to her promises and gets the answers for you. Elevators in both buildings works since I moved in July 2017. Central air is working too. Neighbors are very nice and great location which is best of all. Maintenance has been very consistent and he knows the building well. Groundskeeper does a decent job keeping outside looking decent too.
Heat doesn't work in the winter, air doesn't work in the summer. Pot holes galore, washing machines barely work or are filthy. Everything "new" inside of the apartments are cheap and break easily. Wouldn't recommend.
An honest review. The overall look of outside of the apartment is okay. However, everything in the inside of the complex is horrible. We no heat in February for about 12 days, the management did nothing to compensate the tenants, they simply told the residents that we could move out. If you don't believe me, google Atrium apartments on Fox news, and you'll see the reports. There are 4 floors and the elevator has never worked! They claimed that it will be fixed but they don't know when. The ceilings are leaking throughout the building, one tenant said her bathtub has been leaking forever. The hallway always smells of marijuana and to top it off there is absolutely NO AIR CONDITIONER. Not one tenant has a working air conditioner. If you think I'm lying, ride past the complex and you'll see that every one has their windows opened. I so regret moving into this complex and I can't wait until my lease is up. I've watched two people move out just this weekend!
Management won't do a thing. Heat has been off for days.
This is my 2nd year at the Atrium and I really like it. I feel safe and never had any problems. The Staff is great and work quickly to solve problems. Definitely would stay another year!
