Bad service in the office, they are never responsible for any damage, the literal ceiling fell in my room x a water leak and their response was someone is already working when nobody came, but they are very good at charging

We are fit
Well dirty the fit ones should change all the carpets or make the shampoo well that put used are abusive full of rats and cockroaches the dirty dirty balconies already made a writing to the city and the association of fit with tests the owners must respect the Tenants and the supervisor who works there with water children knows who all these are true we are renters united in this complaint we also have the support of univision and telemundo investigates is too abuse and nobody does anything to take their measures and there are many fit with the carpets In terrible conditions because they do not want to change them to save their money this has to be done and we also write to Austin

It's Home.
I've lived in my apartment for 5yrs. We're blessed. I love the price and location. It could be a little nicer but overall I appreciate what we have. If I received free rent I would be able to afford my children being a part of sports and dance, their dream!! The people that work here seem to really care about us tenants. They do great with fixing things when needed. I'm a single mother with no family, it's just me and my kids. I really hope and pray I'm picked!!!
