Property Ratings at Advenir at Aventine
Made an appoint to see an apartment and the agents wont leave the office because its raining. They didnt take the time to call or let me know they wouldnt show me the apartment. They also could have called to let me know that the unit i was going to look at and rent was already rented out. I recommend ataying away from this complex and the parent company who runs this place.
Excellent community, my kids love it. It's a family friendly environment and very clean.
My experience have been great, but great is a perspective, my perspective! I will tell you what to expect and you decide if this is the place for you. Let s start with the community, it s clean, even when staff was limited due to the pandemic, the amenities are out of this world compare to every other condo I have seen, charging less or a lot more money. You will have a jacuzzi, a HEATED resort style pool, a computer room with free coffee, racquetball/basketball enclose room with a/c, gym, a fire pit, a small dog park, and a car spa. The units are another thing, super spacious, tall ceilings, either renovated or classic but even the classic looks great and it cost less, and the possibility to add storage and attach garage for an additional fee is amazing. And my favorite part is the staff, they are the nicest people you will ever meet, they care about you, they care about the property and they do their job, if you have an issue with your apartment normally within the day it s fix if they have tons of work orders then next day unless it s an emergency which in that case they will be there in minutes. If you are the kind of person that do illegal things, if you leave your trash outside for days, if you make noise every day till very late at night, if you are in general a bad neighbor you will not like it here because as good as this office staff is like I said they do their job. I really like that, they work hard so that the community is safe, clean, and up to date and by doing so you will have a great experience living here, unless you are one of those bad neighbors above then you will sure hate it here, and I m totally ok with that. Just to put an example of what I mean, I once forgot to close my garage door before going to work and came back from work late at night to the door open and everything was still there, my 70 dollar vacuum, my 300 dollar bike and all my tools. That right there is why I love it here and in my opinion it s all possible thanks to the staff and the manager Henry.
First of all, this community has NO business charging the level of rent that they do. It is so not worth the money. And, buyer beware, you will be paying at least 200.00 over the rent that they show on your lease for this fee and that fee and outrageous water bill charges. The staff at the front are clueless and forgetful OR, they go out of their way to be non-accommodating to any and all requests. Believe me, mine were not often nor were they unreasonable. The maintenance staff works very hard but you will wait too long for them to come take care of the issue. (That is, if the front desk staff even bothers to send them after you call them about the problem several times) I have had it with the attitudes and ignorance from the front. I am out of here when my lease expires.
I do not recommend anyone moving here. It is one problem after another. Management could not careless about the residents. The grounds are dirty. The pool is never cleaned. At the gym the TV remotes are missing so you can not watch TV while working out. There are people in the gym blasting their music, so I could not workout. The appliances kept breaking down in my apartment and the repairs took forever to be fix. The management kept lying making promises and not keeping their word. There were police coming to the complex all the time for different reasons because of trouble. Don't rent here!!!! Find a better place!!!
My husband and I had one problem after another here. I did not feel safe living here. The police were constantly here for one reason or another. Appliance kept breaking and getting them fixed took forever. The grounds were extremely dirty. There is dog poop from people not picking up after their dogs. The pool was not clean. The gym was filthy and the people in the gym would blast their music, making it uncomfortable for others to workout. Our storage room got flooded out with sewage water from the apartment next to our storage unit. All of our stuff got ruined. Management did not even tell us. We found out when we went to our unit and it smelled really bad and our stuff was covered in brown!!! GROSS. The management constantly lies and gets nasty. Don't be fooled. They are nice when getting you to sign a lease (because they get credit for every lease they get signed) and afterwards they are nasty and never to be found. The office was constantly closing for one reason or another. It is very rare they pick up their phones. Henry is of no help. He is the manager and really does not care about the people there. He will give you false promises. Don't sign here and avoid headaches!!!!
I have been a resident here for several years, used to be a great place to live until it was bought by Advenir over a year ago. Looks fine on the outside but most amenities don’t work most of the time, hot tub cold and no jets for over 6 months, gas grills and fire pit share one tank of propane between them that’s almost always empty. Pool bathrooms are not working and disgusting all weekend long, they refuse to clean them when told about it. Police here all the time, not safe!
Garbage is constantly overflowing. Dead rats on the grass because rat boxes don't work and are not kept up. Most residents do not pick up after their dogs. A/C units always broken down. Mine alone is for the 6th time this year, 2018. Last time it took over a week to get fixed. I have had 3 new units installed. Management here never returns phone calls. The office staff is clueless about anything. Many residents leaving because the living conditions are so poor. This is not luxury apartment living. It is the slums!
DO NOT RENT HERE! Since I moved here I’ve dealt with so many maintenance issues I feel like the maintenance crew lives here too! Broken toilet, broken garbage disposal (multiple times), a/c issues (multiple times), peeling shower walls, dripping sink, fridge replaced 3x and still not working, flooding porch. These issues took weeks, sometimes months to be fixed. Some have had orders in since January 10th and still have not been addressed. We have a package room with lockers that require you to put In a passcode to release your package. The kiosk, of course, wasn’t working. I walked into the front office at 930am and went to the assistant manager, wills, office. Where he informed me he wouldn’t open the locker bc he had a report due at 10. I explained to him that not only were my maintenance issues still a problem but now I couldn’t get my package and I couldn’t believe he wouldn’t assist me. He said I shouldn’t be in the building bc they weren’t even open yet. In the end he did not help me retrieve my package. The management is truly lacking. I spoke with a neighbor who has had the same issues with getting things completed. Even contacting Les, the manager, has not really helped. DON NOT MOVE HERE!!
I lived here once before new owners/management company. I enjoyed my experience here so when it came time to rent again It made my decision easy. I have been here 6 months with no return phones calls or email replies from the man agent group. Further more their is always an attitude as if they are being bothered anytime they have to assist you. They have processed my rent payment like clockwork every month but a return phone call or email is out of the question. I will not rent here again and would definilty save anyone who asked me about the complex the hassle. On a positive note the maintence team is great and very helpful!
I moved into the complex in December 2017 and have had nothing but problems. The security gates don't work, the 24/7 emergency number does not work (I know because my heat would not work correctly when it was 40 degrees out and I called), I have constant ants in my apartment and my appliances do not work correctly. Management has been horrible and has failed to fix the problems. I asked to move out and I was offered a free weeks rent. Sorry, I do not want to live in a complex that has this many problems. In my opinion there are better managed complexes elsewhere in Naples.
After living here for almost 3 years the place went south when the new management took over in July 2017. Maintenance issues are never taken seriously and can take a week or more to have resolved. Front gate hasn't worked since they took over and they have overflowed the units with residents making parking a daunting task. They cut my screened lanai twice to paint and still haven't fixed it after 5 requests to have it fixed after everyone else in my unit had theirs fixed. Luckily many more competent communities are going up in the area and I will be moving as soon as I can. Advenir is an investment firm committed to the bottom line over providing a good experience for its renters. They are good at 2 things cutting the grass and collecting rent just hope you don't need anything from them ever as it won't be handled properly. STAY AWAY.
this place is horrible. You pay a very expensive rent, but whenever you need maintenance it takes about a week for your problem to be heard and it is not fixed after all. The new management either does not know how to handle issues or does not want to help its residents. Very disappointed about the way new administration is handling things. They started painting the buildings to rent their apartments, but inside of the apartments are in a very bad condition. Appliances are old. Additionally, the chairs in the pool and appliances in the gym room are also old and not working. Even if we let the office now, they are still not answering our problems. DO NOT RENT HERE! IT IS EXPENSIVE AND YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID! Currently their is too much voice due to paintings and it is disruption the sleep of our baby. You never know when the noise is going to start either. If you have babies this is not the place to rent!
ATTETION POTENTIAL RENTER!! BEWARE!! ADVENIR If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst "management", none of them want to work and do not even know what respect means. All these people have a terrible attitude and cannot be bothered and the regional manager is not better at all. You pay here to be treated like asolute garbage, on top of that rent is overpriced.They are always opening late and you cannot speak to anybody on the phone. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I WILL MOVE OUT AS SOON AS I CAN! After 3 years this new company took over and it is a downward spiral GET OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Let me start by saying the asst. manager Henry is the rudest person. When I lived there he hit on my daughter when she dropped off the rent. He is a pig. Second, he will come to your door and knock extremely hard and violently. He is never nice. All his correspondence both verbally and in emails is always abrasive. I hired a maid to clean my home when I moved out. They charged me $35.00 for leaving my mop there and having to take it to the garbage. They nickle and dimed me for every little thing. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to live here.
We reside on the 3rd. floor (which we refer to as the Penthouse)overlooking a beautiful serene lake view with a lovely fountain. We are close to the beaches, as well as shopping. Grounds are well-kept, staff is very friendly and on time response for all requests. This is a gated community which affords peace of mind to all. We have been here 2 years and really enjoy our screened in balcony. We have many ammenities which include, pool, bar-b-que area, work-out room, plus many others. If you wish for quiet nights at home or going out and about, this is the right place.

Aventine at Naples is a great place with great amenities. The pool is always clean and well taken care of while it also provides a gym, fitness room, and tanning bed. I especially love the pet policy that allows you have up to 2 large dogs as the only restrictions are beed based. The only down side is some of the appliances are older and are not as efficient as they could be. However the good out ways the bad. This is the best place for anyone with large dogs or a family as the apartments provide a nice secluded and quite place to live with great amenities.

Located near I-75 and on and near major roads to the Naples area. The apartments are decent size and have washer and dryer. The pool is quite large and there is a nice whirlpool hot tube plus exercise room and inside basketball racquetball half-court. Quiet, peaceful and pets are welcome. Great place to walk and bike as there is a sidewalk that goes for miles. Screened in patios to relax on.

If you need anything from a screen door not opening smoothly or see a bug, they address it promptly. Also hold gatherings so you can meet others in the complex. Pool is great (heated) in cool months, tennis courts and gym, yoga ect. Grounds are always kept up. Even has a tanning bed. Our utility's are extremely low. The beach is 15 minutes away so you do not have to deal with peak season traffic.
