Bad

Been here 3 years have put in several maintenence requests to have different things fixed. Took over 2 weeks to fix air conditioner in the middle of the hottest month and it was like pulling teeth to get fixed. Gatted yeah right haven't had gates working for most of the three years here have seen people's apartments broke into as well as a attempt at mine seen several cars broke into including mine with only a hint that they really care. Been over a month and have been running a extention cord from one room to another to run kitchen appliances have repaired my own vanity in bathroom kitchen drawer slides and have also repaired my own dishwasher as they choose to not get anything to fix or repair anything as they don't care.

Horrible

They have mice badly. My neighbor was catching four to six mice a day. Don't live here. I wish I could move. They also have porch pirates and people break into your mailbox. Plus, it's taken over three months to get my oven fixed and it still hasn't been done. Plus my dishwasher hasn't worked since I moved in. That's been over a year.

I viewed the property Saturday with Eve and even while being the only one and helping residents. She found my son a great one bedroom, with great amenities.
