This has probably been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had renting an apartment. The entire office staff was amazing! They made the entire process easy and convenient. The townhomes are stunning and spacious and no attention to detail was spared. My family loves our new home. If you need the space like my family did, make the move. You won’t regret it!

Lease here. Nothing is worse than a mediocre leasing office. I don’t care how nice the community is. Marc is efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and reliable. The community is brand new, actually under construction. Construction does not affect driving patterns or driveways. Homes are well made so far. Lots of natural light. Garages are spacious. The Juliet balcony was not my cup of tea at first but it’s actually nice to have. 10/10 I would recommend

Great choice. Leasing team was very pleasant and the new homes are really nice. Homes are well appointed with upgrades throughout. Kinda short on the amenities as far as pool, fitness center. It's new and early so no complaints. Maintenance manager is very attentive and responsive to the home owner's need.
Moving into Affinity has been such a pleasant experience. The turn over time to move in and application process was extremely smooth and efficient. Highly recommend.
