Overall, a chill place to live depending on where your apt faces, lol mine faces the street so the passing cars could get annoying sometimes, but nothing too bad!
We love our unit and location that it’s at. It is noisy at times but I suppose that’s to be expected. The parking situation continues to bother me. It’s obvious that when events are happening downtown, people sneak in to park because it is hard to find parking.
more like a 4.5 star if i could. been living here for 3 years. amazing location, gym is great, nice pool, maintenance is quick and efficient (shoutout to JOE specifically you are awesome) biggest inconvenience has been the elevator being shut down BUT i will say ever since they switched to a different elevator service company it has been MUCH less of an issue. also live on the first floor so it’s not much an issue for me. covered garage parking is neat, ofc the caveat is it’s first come first serve for first floor parking. don’t have a bug problem, the occasional beetle or roach sneaks in. soft water system is great to have. don’t have an issue with noise from other units, usually. have gotten used to the street noise tho. place is usually kept pretty clean, i get my packages. the weekly food trucks are cool. the coffee in the club room is genuinely very good too. rooftop patio/deck is really awesome and you get such a nice view of the city. cool place, very much enjoy living here

Management is timely with fixing broken items. Lots of mail (USPS) and package theft. A lot of car thefts/break ins for how much I pay for this place

Staff is very helpful. Apartment complex is safe and enclosed. Neighbors friendly. There are maintenance issues and wish the turnaround was quicker. ETAs on when maintenance will be by so I am available to receive them would be much more helpful. I do not always like the idea of someone coming in when I am not around but I do understand that they have their own schedule.

I love living here great location. Very walkable area close to a H-E-B. Multiple options for driving in and out of the area. Pet friendly. Happy about amenities being fixed and updated. Maintenance staff is fast to respond to any issues in our apartment. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Community events are a lot of fun. Food truck on Thursdays are convenient. Lots of amenities such as multiple grills, pool, fully equipped gym, pet run area, rooftop hang out, quiet courtyard, outdoor T.V.’s and hang out areas. Lost a star from issue that need to be addressed. Multiple entrance doors are constantly not working properly. Need better garage security as multiple residents have reported car break ins over the past year.

Agave is a great location and super walkable for nightlife and other activities. Management is amazing and very helpful with anything you may need. Maintenance is also quick to assist with concerns or repairs you have!

Staff has been friendly, especially Tony. Maintenance is quick to come in fix anything. Great views from the building. Love access to the river walk. I enjoy the weekly food trucks. Only removing one star because the garage door on the 5th floor has not been closing properly for 2-3 months now. Also, I hear of a lot of car’s being stolen and broken into since I’ve moved in. Overall I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment.

I’ve been living here for a while, and overall, I’m quite pleased with my experience. The location is fantastic—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for daily life. However, I have to mention that the hallways could use some attention; they often appear dirty and unkempt. Additionally, some of the amenities don’t seem to be well-maintained, which is a bit disappointing.si
Everything so far looks great I’m just waiting to move in I’m nervous that Once I move in, that might change, but Tony was a great help giving us a tour of the place
Everyone is friendly for sure! I would love more community events! The only thing that sucks is that its not as clean, the hallways and elevator areas seem dirty and they smell bad because of the trash.
Love the location, amenities and vibrant life around the riverwalk. The gym is amazing and it’s nice knowing my vehicle is safe in the private parking garage.

I really enjoyed my tour of the property. The staff are fantastic to work with and the apartment floor plans are great. The fully equipped gym is extremely convenient and the views are pretty fantastic.

Apt AC was broken for over 2 days and I sat in 90 degree heat in my own apartment. Had to contact 3 times. They finally fixed and no explanation why it took so long. Thank goodness no heat stroke.
Need to have a more present maintenance person, hallways stay consistently dirty, elevator is missing handles, flashing bulbs that need electrical repairs in common areas, view is great but pretty lack luster apartment.

Love the location and all the amenities. Sometimes the neighbors aren’t so great making it difficult to be comfortable. The parking rules are not enforced which is very annoying. I hate getting home from work and not being able to find parking because people that don’t live here park here.

I have enjoyed living at Agave and in my opinion, the best perk is the location. You have the Riverwalk and Southtown within walking distance. The residents are welcoming and fun so the community is close. Unfortunately, the complex has an airbnb program and the security is not the best. I love the color aesthetic of my unit and the layout.
We love the community and the convenience to river walk. The staff is very accommodating as well. The only thing I would change is, having extra long trucks that don’t fit into a parking space correctly, park on the 7th or 8th floor.

Not only is the new Assistant Manager, Michael, completely disrespectful and condescending but there are so many things wrong with this place. The hallways are dirty and smell like trash constantly, the parking garage in so unsecure there are cars broken into regularly, over 40 cars in one month while I was there. The elevators almost never worked, literally changes from one day to the next. Do not stay here!

Stay away from this place. Do not rent here. I hate living here and so will you. Terrible service from staff. Manager is the worst. It smells horrible here due to trash constantly left in trash shoot area. Hallways smell and are dirty. Elevators are broken at least 1-2 every single week. Vandals find this area a good target.

I tell everyone about Agave! I am so grateful I found this community. Everything from the staff to the location is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. The location is absolutely perfectly situated! I am able to walk everywhere I want or need to go. 1 block across Ceasar Chavez is King William, across St. Mary's is SouthTown and downtown is a short 10-15 minute walk. HEB, restaurants, Family Dollar, businesses - it's all right here. Being able to walk out the back and down the steps to the Riverwalk is the icing on the cake. I absolutely LOVE it here!

Amenities do not work properly. Main elevator broken since July of 2022. Workout equipment broken or out of service.Several of the access doors do not lock properly. Hallways and stairs are never cleaned, unhealthy dirty. Rent keeps going up. Quality keeps going down

When I moved in no one checked me in, never got a trash can or a low down of what to do once in. While living there honestly was left alone, which I enjoyed. Would get my air filter and lightbulbs changed just fine but nothing major was ever fixed. Pool was nice, work out spot was good and the common area was nice too! On my move out they never communicated to me that my deadline was coming up to make a decision on re signing. I called multiple times to talk to someone no one responded. Finally sent an email mid November and they tried to tell me I had to give 60 days and was going to have to pay $2100 for the month of Jan. I went back and forth with management then found in my lease that if they didn’t give me notice 30 days and 5 days BEFORE the 60 day notice was needed, I could give them 30 days. The management didn’t respond, gave them my official move out day and paperwork. No one responded. Got a knock on my door on the 30th saying my move out day was the 29th and I was like can I see paperwork?? I’ll be out tomorrow. Guy said ok, then no one came back. No one checked me out. No one responded to my emails asking for info for move out. Then I sent one after move out asking for receipts for what they take out of my security deposit, still haven’t heard anything! Just a mess. There has to be better managed places in town, super unprofessional.

It’s a nice place to live… only other issue was down stairs residents where parting too hard Christmas night and woke my 7 year old son up multiple times due to music playing too loud at 3:00 am i went down stairs and knocked loudly on their door, they apologized and turned it down.

This is a great location to get around to everything San Antonio has to offer. Walking everywhere along the Riverwalk with plenty of food and drink places to choose from. Then biking down to the World Heritage San Antonio Missions National Historical Park is magical.

We just became Agave apartment residents. The experience has been fantastic so far. Its in a great spot for downtown living. Cant wait to experience the rest of our stay at Agave Apartments.

Agave is a good place to call home with the well designed amenities and the river walk only a few steps away. The Hemisfair Park is within walking distance. I never ran out of fun things to do in and out of my home around the apartment complex.

My leasing experience through Agave has been exceptional and fantastic. The staff was very friendly and made the process so easy, I am so in love with my new apartment and floor plan. The details in the finishes, looks and property amenities make my downtown living experience top notch. I love the neighborhood vibe and all the things accessible to me living on the Riverwalk.
