Property Ratings at AI Carrollton Walk
If you want someone who is kind, you're out of luck. The office lady has always been rude and dismissive. Also, good luck if you're trying to pick up packages or get mail after working a full time job because the office is typically closed. There are also roaches and it takes forever to get any new appliances if needed. Maintenance guy is nice and personable but that's about it. I will not be renewing my lease.
nice rent office staff but wish property was much stricter as far as keeping the community more cleaner and strictly making sure residents fix broken blinds so neighborhood wouldnt look so low income and look more luxury feels like home inside but outside gives a low grading vibe. could be better if the property manager care for the community
This apartment is a mess. Not only did we have a rat problem twice, but we had a roach investigation. This place is honestly a health hazard. They do not tell you when are about to come in a tall. they have no respect to you or anything.
If you're looking for extremely cheap living, this is the place; however, it's barely worth the inexpensive price. They're old buildings so things are constantly broken and it's like pulling teeth trying to get management to get someone to send someone up to look at it, especially if it's something tricky like the AC or heat, be prepared to argue and call a lot. Also, the neighbors are generally loud and rude, constant partying, but what can you expect when you live next to a univeristy? Some people in the office are nice, but you gotta stay on them if you want stuff done. Overall, if you're desperate for a cheap place to live, it's not too bad, but if you can afford better I advise that you keep looking.
