Property Ratings at Aire Condominiums
We moved in during June 2018 because they had a free month special and the location was convenient to both mine and my fiancée's work. In hindsight, we made a huge mistake in living here. Here is a non-exhaustive list of issues we've had: -Security gate didn't work the entire time -My car was broken into which I reported to management. No action was taken to fix the gate. -My fiancée & several other tenants slipped & fell on ice that had accumulated from thawing and refreezing of snow due to lack of salting and proper plowing/shoveling. These are services we pay for with our rent & community fees. -The lease said the pet deposit was $200. They then tried to tell us after we had signed the lease that it should have been $500 and charged us $300 on the subsequent month's rent payment. We told them the countersigned lease stated $200, so after an email and phone call, they took the $300 off. On the next month's rent, they added the $300 charge back. -Management changed hands at least twice, making it hard to know who to go to for any issues that may arise. -Management didn't respond to any attempts at contact since halfway through our lease. The only way we have gotten to reliably make contact is by going in-person to the other apartment complex they manage. They don't work weekends so I have to take off work just to have a conversation. -We moved out a month and a half early. We spoke with them about trying to get them to rent it ASAP so that we wouldn't have to pay a mortgage payment on top of rent for the last month. Once everything was cleaned and ready for touch-up paint, they dragged their feet for 2 weeks in sending us paint and scheduling a final walk-through, essentially making it impossible to rent the apartment out for the last month. -We were told that we would receive our refund for the security and pet deposit within 30 days of move out. That was May 30th. It is currently August 1st and we have yet to receive our refund. We've tried contacting them through email, text, & phone calls to no avail. When my fiancée when to the other complex in mid-July to see them in-person, there was no apology and they said to wait until the end of the month to get the check even though it was already past the law-mandated 30 days. We will be pursuing legal action for the return of our money & would advise to all that are considering living here to think about if it's really worth it. There are plenty of other options out there. Explore them.
I have been in touch with the property management for more than one month now. I have called multiple times each week, left voicemails, and talked with her at the office. I moved out of Aire Condominiums on May 4, 2018 and my lease expired on May 6, 2018. The final balance sheet was sent to Alliance on May 25, 2018. It has been two months since this date and I have not received my security deposit or final month's rent reimbursement back despite my lease stating "Landlord agrees to return the security deposit within 30 days after full possession of the Unit has been recovered to Resident less any itemized deductions..." On two different occasions, I have been told that a check was mailed (the second I was told was overnighted), yet neither was received nor was tracking information given. I have been told that contact has been made with Alliance but I have never seen proof of this. I was told that I was cc'd on an email to Alliance, but this was not received either. I was provided with a contact phone number for Alliance; she has not answered or returned the voicemails that I have left each day. This is unsatisfactory and in violation of my lease agreement. At this time, the final balance of my account (greater than $1500) has still not been returned and I will be forced to seek legal action if I hope to get the money back. I would not recommend this apartment.

I recently moved back to Salt Lake and used to live near Liberty Park and loved the location. I reached out to the Manager, Kirsti, to ask a few questions about the property and she was very knowledgeable about the location and the property. The rent was a little outside of my budget, but I was really impressed with your staff and the upkeep of the apartments. I will definitely be in touch with Kirsti over the next few months to see if anything in my price range pops up!

These apartments are beautiful, clean and in a great location! They are close to liberty park which has great a great running path, festivals and fun stuff as well as close to the city center and airport. The apartments themselves look fresh and updated with an open feel. I love having the washer and dryer in the apartment and there's great closet space. My contact with the property, Kirsti, was warm, super helpful and professional. Great experience!
