Okay for the Most Part..
Maintenance is not prompt at all. It took two weeks to have a smoke alarm replaced. A second smoke alarm went dead, several days to have batteries put in the cathedral ceiling smoke alarm—one that continuously beeped and I could not reach. That wasn’t good. It’s an okay complex right now, but I am considering moving.

Deceiving
Appear nice from the outside....”Marlo” appears nice until you sign the lease. Run from this place!!!! No upkeep of the buildings inside or out. Parking lot is littered with trash, debris, snow, etc. Manager won’t help you with anything. Once they get your signature good luck with anything!!! Did not renew here - terrible apartments

Very clean, well kept apartments. Friendly staff and neighbors. Maintenance has been a little lax at times, but response from management has been prompt.

Alana Woods Apartments
Alana woods has been my home for the entirety of my college career. I dont plan to live here forever but it does the trick for now. It gets tough between college payments and bills and rent. But we like it here. Good neighbors and convenient for school.
