As a newcomer to the country and the city, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home than Alanza Brook. From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The management team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns—an absolute blessing for someone unfamiliar with the area. They made my transition seamless, from helping with the paperwork to sharing tips about the neighborhood. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated with everything from grocery stores to public transport and local restaurants within walking distance. It’s safe, convenient, and ideal for anyone getting to know the city. If you’re new to the country or the city, this is the best place to start your journey. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Homely environment and peaceful community.Been living here since 2022. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways.Luisa and Emily in the office are very friendly. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner and Jose does a great job. We have the 24/7 best security officer ever. Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community feel. Great place to call home.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Services get resolved quickly. Staff are really nice and care about your concerns. I have been living in this place for a year now and I think it is one of the best decisions I have made

This is a great location and the rent is not outrageous. The staff is great and I like how there is still freedom in choices. I can choose my own parking spot and it's not assigned, and the apartment fees are minimal. I also can get my own provider for Internet and electric and I don't have to rely on the office to get connected. I also am only paying my own water bill, not anyone elses.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Alanza Brook Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Alanza Brook for the remainder of my years, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming family looking for housing. Last but not the least, best security service, 24 hrs patrolling

Vivi por casi 2 años. Recomiendo ampliamente. El personal administrativo de mantenimiento y de vigilancia son super respetuosos y cordiales. Los espacios comunes y los apartamentos estan siempre bien mantenidos y cuidados.

I've lived here almost two years. Overall, It's a pretty good experience.The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Except the exit gate has been broken for a few weeks now which is aesthetically not pleasing, but for the most part, the neighborhood pretty clean and patrolled.

Apartment could have been prepared better but overall quiet nice environment and love that I can work from home basically with the basketball court being there . I appreciate how nice the front office staff is and how quick and responsive they are to resolve things :)

Excellent place to live, very clean and very safe, 24/7 surveillance. I recommend it 100%. I have been here for more than two years and thank God everything is fine and they don't steal tires or packages like in other complexes.

It has been real cool so far to live somewhere so spacious. The process was cool for us and pretty easy. The neighbors upstairs are loud but everyone else doesnt bother.

At first setting up my place at this place was a bit of an issue, but overall I have been pleasantly satisfied living in this apartment. The amenities are fine, the place is very safe that packages never got stolen, my car never got broken into and families can be seen walking around the complex. Overall I had no issues of the place. If given the chance, would I live here again? Absolutely

Everything is best, pool and gym area are small and gym has less equipments need to look into it. Rest it’s pretty good maintained very well and Staff are very cooperative

I've lived in this Apartment almost a year now. I really enjoy who spacious my apartment is and the neighborhood. The people in the office are nice and the neighbors are friendly. Security is active and maintenance is punctual and affective. The only major problem I have is there's constantly chicken bones on the grounds which makes me nervous for the neighborhood pups.

Maintenance staff is great here, work orders are completed within a few days. I haven't had any issues in the two years I have lived here and the location is great.

Move in process was very straight forward and easier.. All the problems were solved within no time.. Complaints were addressed within a day I really appreciate people who helped us..

Overall very good community. Good maintenance, good staff. Only thing that to worry about is rent increase. They increase $150-200 on every renewal which is super high.

Awesome feeling to stay here. All neighbors very friendly & helpful. Walmart is just a walk away & other road connectivity is also good. A very good neighborhood for families.

I like living here and no issues with any of my immediate neighbors, great location close to everything, the office staff and maintenance are really nice, the courtesy officer actually does his job and tries to learn the residents's names.

Up to now my experience is good But I have a concern for the absence of the bulbs at living room and in the bedrooms . Another concern is pressure of the water at the kitchen and in the master bedroom

Family community, well maintained. Great staff, super easy to talk to and very understanding. I give this place a 10 out of ten. Amazing security I feel safe.

The apartments offer a good amount for the price. I believe the initial move in inspection should be done a bit better but other than that I am happy with the place.

Alanza Brooks my first apartment it was amazing everything about this complex is 5 stars! I would love to resign but unfortunately, I'm moving out of the state.
