Woodlake-Briar Meadow’s southern border sits on Westpark Tollway, a toll road that connects with several roads and interstates, making travel in and out of Houston easy.

Great apartment complex. Been living here for 12 years. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways. Marisol, Luisa, and Emily in the office are an asset to the complex. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Jose and the maintenance team do a great job of keeping the pool beautiful and greeting guests. We have the best security officer ever. Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community feel. Great place to call home.

We have transitioned from one to two bedrooms apartments which made more comfortable with more space, convenient car near to the building, only post located little far away. Otherwise I like the community.

So far good experience, quick response on issues. they replaced New dryer in 15 days when I had issue with old one. safer community and Walmart close by.

The management team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns—an absolute blessing for someone unfamiliar with the area. They made my transition seamless, from helping with the paperwork to sharing tips about the neighborhood. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated with everything from grocery stores to public transport and local restaurants within walking distance. This is a great location and the rent is not outrageous. The staff is great and I like how there is still freedom in choices. I can choose my own parking spot and it's not assigned, and the apartment fees are minimal. I also can get my own provider for Internet and electric and I don't have to rely on the office to get connected. I also am only paying my own water bill, not anyone elses.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Alanza Brook Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Alanza Brook for the remainder of my years, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming family looking for housing. Last but not the least, best security service, 24 hrs patrolling

I've lived here almost two years. Overall, It's a pretty good experience.The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Except the exit gate has been broken for a few weeks now which is aesthetically not pleasing, but for the most part, the neighborhood pretty clean and patrolled.

Apartment could have been prepared better but overall quiet nice environment and love that I can work from home basically with the basketball court being there . I appreciate how nice the front office staff is and how quick and responsive they are to resolve things :)

Excellent place to live, very clean and very safe, 24/7 surveillance. I recommend it 100%. I have been here for more than two years and thank God everything is fine and they don't steal tires or packages like in other complexes.

It has been real cool so far to live somewhere so spacious. The process was cool for us and pretty easy. The neighbors upstairs are loud but everyone else doesnt bother.

At first setting up my place at this place was a bit of an issue, but overall I have been pleasantly satisfied living in this apartment. The amenities are fine, the place is very safe that packages never got stolen, my car never got broken into and families can be seen walking around the complex. Overall I had no issues of the place. If given the chance, would I live here again? Absolutely

Great apartment complex. Been living here for 13 years. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways. Marisol, Luisa, and Emily in the office are an asset to the complex. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner, and Jose does a great job. Manual does a fabulous job of keeping the pool beautiful and greeting guests. We have the best security officer ever. Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community feel. Great place to call home.

Love the community. Any issues are handled maintenance is very friendly and knowledgeable. Front office is great all the ladies are wonderful.

Apartment is good and staffing in leasing office responds to query very quickly Apartment is near and clean. Movement inside the apartment is very well supported by leasing staffs and manager amenities are so good. Maintenance staff resolves and fix the issues quickly

I've lived in this Apartment almost a year now. I really enjoy who spacious my apartment is and the neighborhood. The people in the office are nice and the neighbors are friendly. Security is active and maintenance is punctual and affective. The only major problem I have is there's constantly chicken bones on the grounds which makes me nervous for the neighborhood pups.

Maintenance staff is great here, work orders are completed within a few days. I haven't had any issues in the two years I have lived here and the location is great.
