Property Ratings at Alas Over Lowry
I have lived here for 4 years & I absolutely love it! The amenities are my favorite part, the rooftop & work from home space makes me feel like I live at a luxury resort when guests come over. Everything from the maintenance to the staff, 5 stars. Huge plus being 10 mins from downtown & Great Lawn Park is my dogs backyard… beat that!
This is nice on the outside, but the management company charges you for every little thing, plus the management is condescending, unprofessional and bad mouths other residents.
Buyer beware. Moved out after dealing with a leaky roof, drug use, constant malfunctioning alarms, and amenities that were not well cared for. Multiple communications with no resolve, so I left after giving plenty of notice of them violating their part of the lease. Received a zero balance via mail in August, however received a collections bill for 21k this past Friday. Seems like most of the bad apples in the company left from when I was there. Hope the new people turn it around. Will fight this in the courts, and countersue for damages.
I am a current resident and was verbally lied to at the time of signing the new lease. Without asking how to break an early lease we were provided information that they actually offered something totally different to other complex’s instead of having to pay a large lump sum to break a lease they offered tenants the opportunity to have someone else take over the lease. Now jump to today we’re extremely unhappy living here and want to move and are being told that is not an option there isn’t a way to break the lease period we are stuck here for the entire year. Do not believe anything they verbally tell you make sure to get into writing.
The management company is absolutely awful! They’re condescending and rude and full of excessive charges. The building is beautiful but not worth dealing with the management.
The new management company is horrible. They cannot keep the buildings or common areas (pool, etc)clean. I have been double charged for rent 2x in the past 4 months. They also stopped using the code box for after hours entry, so I have to go down to the lobby when I have a food delivery - defeats the purpose of non-contact delivery.
There are significant issues with the actual build of the apartment. There is knocking in the walls of your bathroom, the electrical rarely stays on, the breakers are an absolute mess. Whoever built the place did a horrendous job. Management is absolutely terrible. I've spoken with upwards of ten tenants all of whom are leaving the minute their lease is up. It is a really bad overpriced place to live. The park nearby is nice though.
The apartment has continuous knocking in the pipes in the walls from improper ventilation, sewage problems, electrical problems and sneaky charges when it comes to utilities. You will wind up spending significantly more on common area utilities than you will on your own, totaling to almost double the average cost of utilities in Denver. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Thjs is marked as a luxury apartment complex but it's more like a public pool. Absolutely no security of who can come and go on the pool. I've been disturbed countless times by parties at the pool after hours. They put in place a solution for a few weeks then completely stopped caring again
Terrible management. Fees above base rent are excessive. Dead moths were in the units that were shown.
Do NOT recommend moving here. The new management is poor and here renters pay a high price for amenities that are restricted. Thus, if you have a standard 9-5 expect to not have access to most of the amenities. Also, management will give away your unit without allowing you a far chance to renew your lease. If you want to be treated like a valued renter (especially when you do not cause any problems and pay your rent on time) this is NOT the place for you.
THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE!!! Let me tell you... Jazmine is the best EVER!!! I’m so excited to live at Broadstone Lowry. Jazmine genuinely cares about the residents here and has exceptional skills which really made me feel safe and welcome here at Broadstone Lowry. I totally recommend living here !!!
