Western Hills/ Ridglea is a populated area about 10 miles west of Downtown Fort Worth. This suburban neighborhood is popular for commuters as it’s bounded to the west by Interstate 820 and to the north by I-30. The apartment is too small. The bathrooms are great. It is easy for someone using a wheelchair or walker to get into them. We do have some noisy neighbors and a noisy dog in a yard downstairs sometimes.

Generally a pleasant place to live. Still have smoking residents in hallway closest to the gym. Recommend less watering near the dog park and 141. Ground becomes saturated and breeds flies. We enjoy using the gym.

We were downsizing and looked at Album several times before making a decision. Every time we visited the staff were so helpful and kind. Also, when we would meet a resident they would all mention how they loved living here. The move in experience was great too.
This is an absolutely wonderful place, great management, great people, great activities. Just the perfect place for me and my dog. I highly recommend living here.

We moved into the Album Benbrook in October of 2023. Our neighbors, the staff and even the vendors have been amazing. This is such a friendly community. Security is top notch. We feel very safe at this location. We consider this our "forever home".
Haven’t moved in as of now. But, excited. The staff have been very helpful. Given a lot of important information. Both Haylee and Lexi were very professional.

I enjoy the exercise classes and use of the gym on a daily basis. I would like to see the pool closure hours change. The pool is now kept too warm for the summer. Not refreshing at all. There is a hole in the pool net used for skimming.

Great place to live. Wonderful staff. Very nice, neat, clean and great activities. And I love the location as it has a country feel. I had looked at many over 55 communities. I felt like this was the best for me. Is that everything I wanted including very secure property.

We moved into the Album Benbrook in October of 2023. Since our move-in date, we have met so many wonderful residents. The staff here is exceptiona! The maintenance guys are so friendly and punctual when a work request is submitted. I am really impressed with the upkeep of the facility and the grounds. My husband and I are very happy here. We hope this will be our forever home!

Album is aSafe environment With low maintenance Which makes Album stand apart. I enjoy the peaceful community I live in. There are many amenities here at Album. The Location is convenient and a short distance to Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

People are very friendly and the staff is great! Parking situation could be better - If the community was at any higher residence percentage, it doesn’t seem that their would be enough parking for residents - much less any guests.

With the exception of the plumbing, my apartment is perfect. Flat bottom sinks and shower stall requires WAY too much water to rinse sinks. Bathroom spout is so short, washing hands requires bumping into sink.

I really appreciate our awesome staff. Our community is clean, friendly and inviting. I do not appreciate corporates greediness for parking fees. The free parking behind the gated area is too limited & the fees for covered are ridiculous! One of the reasons I moved here was the gate but wish I had known all the facts.

We've lived here since Nov 2021. The first two years led to a deterioration of the facilities and activities to the point where we were considering moving. When the new staff came on, it was a totally different story, they provided all that we as residents expected in the first two years. Because of the change the community is almost full because residents are telling their friends. I hope you continue with this quality staff.

I am very pleased with the staff Mercedes has taken over and she has done a wonderful job along with her staff. They do a very nice job for us. I had surgery 2 weeks before in. I walked te halls with my walker. Everyone I met were friendly. I love that residents with dogs are ready to stop, talk and allow me to get my puppy fix.

On February 8, Benbrook experienced a electrical storm that greatly impacted the safety and security of the Album Benbrook residents, namely safety doors not locking, fire doors inoperable, and rendereing 2 of 3 elevators inoperable. The most impactful for me is lack of elevator access on my side of the complex, whereas I must walk to another building to take the elevator down from my 2nd floor apartment . I have had two surgeries during this period and if not for the compassion of other residents I would have had to walk in the after-effects of anesthesia from one building to the other to get to and from my apt. I don’t place responsibility on Greystar for damage to the building or services. What is Greystar’s responsibility is how they have handled repairs. 5 weeks of "Waiting for parts" is not a legitimate response for the senior residents who depend on these services. Besides the supposed assurances of safety and convenience in this complex, I feel I am no longer afforded what I'm paying for. I would caution prospective residents to verify the amenities are actually working before signing on the dotted line.
