We have lived here for 3.5 years and like it more than we did when we first moved in. We are appreciative of the quality of the lifestyle. It's as peaceful and serene as you choose it to be. There are activities to keep you occupied if you want to do them. Everything you need is within a 7-mile radius. There are many, many doctors and dentists in walking distance. Very convenient! The variety of stores is great! Will cover most of whatever you want/need to buy. There two Ross stores, as well as two Five Below stores less than 2 miles from each other. Grocery stores are Publix, Walmart Supercenter, and Fresh Market. Both of the most popular craft stores are close by as well. To sum it all up... we're here to stay!
This is place is no longer the same. Everything centered on getting more money from the tenant. Maintenance used to be on top of their game. The carpets in the hallway are dirty . Having trash in the hallway is better so we can get extra $25.00 from the tenants. Even an extra fee is added to the Flex program

My experience here has been positive. Because I have a part time I miss day activities but I am able to participate on those at 3:00 and after. Whenever I’ve needed things addressed inside my apartment they have been corrected. Staff is very competent, friendly and professional.

This is the best community to live in for a senior. The office staff is great and the maintenance staff is also wonderful. We have the best activities and events happening right here and they are getting better and better every day. You will not find a better place to live if you are 55 and over anywhere. I love it here and I have been living here for 2 1/2 years. I am never moving.

Unfortunately, I have an extremely noisy neighbor above me. Noisy dog down the hall barks a lot when the outside door closes. Still waiting for a ramp to be put in by the front door.

I love all of the activities, but wish there was more on weekends. Also, wish the pool was heated in the winter because it is so beautiful, just a little too cold then.

It is a very quiet place for people who need to rest and feel at home, the maintenance workers are excellent and are always attentive to any eventuality that happens in the apartment, and the building manager is very friendly and helpful.

It’s a nice community the location is great! Close to the Loop plenty of shopping. Close to Disney. The community is clean. The security could be better. Staff changes every year. But they are always polite.

The staff in the front office are incredible. They are very friendly and welcoming and try to solve any problems that may arise. The maintenance department is excellent the building and grounds our lovely it is a joy to live here.

We really like living here. No intentions of moving. The location is fantastic. Our apartment is just what we needed. Enough space to enjoy our retirement. Everything we need in terms of medical, grocery, and car repairs is very close. We hardly put any miles on our car. A good example of how close things are -- we have multiple Publix stores, Walmart stores, Dollar Tree stores, Aldi stores within a 7 mile radius. Most are less than a mile away. We also have Advent Urgent Care at the end of our parking lot. Very handy and very good service. You can walk to many doctors and dentists here as well. This property just got a new manager. Kelvin is very helpful and approachable. He listens to what you are saying and offers suggestions as well as taking into consideration any suggestions you may have. He's just what we needed here..

Album Monterey Point is a close nit community, including the staff. They set the friendly atmosphere. My sister and I felt right at home, from our first tour of the community. Angelica made the entire transition from start to move-in day seamlessly and very pleasant! I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

This is my first adventure as a Tenant, I moved to florida 34 years ago and became to be a homeowner for 32 years. Moved to Album Monterey almost 2 years ago and I have had a beautiful experience. No reason to be lonely , I feel like we are a big family , so many activities that there is no time to be bored. Regarding to repairs , no worries at all, the maintenance people are great , responding almost immediately to my request. Will live many years in Album Monterey , where we have also everything walking distance, like Lab, Xray and Images place, Specialist , Eye Clinic, Pharmacy , Malls and Eating Places. The ideal place to Live.
