I have been here for over a year and they never took care of the rats issues.
Stay away from this complex, there’s nothing good about it. The amenities are useless because there’s a mess and no maintenance around the property. They don’t clean the grills are dirty and I’ve seen rats. The dumpsters gets full capacity daily. And let’s not forget how they can’t afford to fix the elevator not even the sign for the company logo the new management have lack of customer service

This complex has an elevator that never works and is expired and I have both been stuck and dropped on. The floors are always peed on and sticky and full of trash. Car violation stickers are placed on cars when there's never any parking. The pool area is only maintained when people come to tour. False fire alarms have happened twice past midnight. Save your money, find better!!

Lived here 3 years. Elevator is constantly not working. Harbor group is the downfall of this property. Will never associate with any property this company runs. Looks great from the outside, but once you start living here you see all the problems. Don’t get let down. Much better options close by.
Don't bother paying extra to live in a building with an elevator, it is broken 60% of the time. Especially at a critical time when preparing for a hurricane, hauling supplies up several flights of stairs is an unnecessary frustration. It is a shame that such a great property, is overshadowed by the lack of urgency to get immediate issues resolved.
I had no intention of renewing my lease until the new management of Linden took over, setting a renewed and higher standard of quality and services. It’s never a problem to approach Dennis, the asst manager, for any issues. The maintenance team is exceptional in their speed and knowledge and skill. Juan runs a great staff and Manuel and Norberto always show up with a smile. The service extends to property clean up which a handled daily by Maria who keeps even the halls and elevators clean. Any questions or issues, like even a package delivery status could be addressed by Willie, the leasing agent, always happy to help. Last but not least, Nilsa, the leasing manager, almost the face of the property. Her ideal skills and professionalism ensure a smooth process. Yes, I have learned everyone’s names because I truly feel at home here. Thank you! Good job, guys! CJD
This property used to be Alexan Crossroads and it WAS a great apartment complex, with great amenities, a clean pool area, and great staff. That all changed a few months ago. This year they sold to new owners with zero warning. It took them over two months for them to get the online payment setup for rent and when I went to renew my lease, only took payment in full payment in a personal check, cashiers check, or a money order. They used to take credit cards but no longer do and now you can no longer split payments online among roommates. You have to pay all at once. The staff used to all live in the apartments, meaning they all had a vested interest in keeping it nice. Not anymore. The grounds are no longer clean and spotless. The pool cabanas are all moldy on the canvass and covers. The hallways are no longer cleaned and when they do, it smells awful like wet dog. They removed the hammocks by the pool area. They imposed new restrictions on pets they didn't have before. The common areas are no longer open late like they used to be (my roommate used to study late at night due to work etc in the study area, but no longer can). They say no airbnb's but there are a ton of them now here and noisy tourists. They used to have fun free community activities (Super Bowl parties, pizza nights, 4th of July BBQ) but now only once in a while bring food trucks. The grills never work anymore. They used to play nice classical music in the pool area, the mail room, and common areas, but now its loud pop music that I'd rather not hear. Maintenance used to be timely, but now there is only one guy there. Almost nightly there are cops in the neighborhood with lights going driving around or outside the entrance waiting to snag tickets to anyone who didn't stop long enough on the stop sign on a one-way road. You're locked in to only 1 (one) internet and tv provider with Spectrum. Bills used to be itemized every month but are no longer. I never had any issues with bugs (I am on the top floor on the corner) but have found roaches, ants, flies, and silverfish in my apartment again and again over the last few months (I clean regularly and never leave trash or old food out). There is almost zero security beyond the key fobs being required to get into the buildings, but half the time residents prop the doors open with rocks at night all night long.

So here is the deal, this property was formally known as "Alexan Crossroads" and around 05/2018 was sold and renamed "Linden Crossroads." ( So if you want to read some more reviews, look there.) I had no issues with the previous staff, as they were always very kind and helpful (as they should be with the amount you pay). The apartments and community were gorgeous, the walls a little thin, but as to be expected for apartments. Once again they are a little pricy, but with the amenities the old staff, and the apartments it was worth it, I'm not sure it is anymore. All requests used to be handled quickly and professionally....... So far I have nothing good to say about the new management company. They have let some of the facilities and cleanliness slip of the community. I.E. Our hallways used to be mopped and bleached every week.... It hasn't been done since the new management. Additionally, I just saw a HUGE roach in the stairwell, the first one I have seen since I moved in back in September. Additionally, I used to receive an itemized bill in the mail every month (as well as online) that included, water/sewage, trash and rent. It was actually super convenient. So when it was time to pay rent for June, my bill never showed up. In addition to this, I was not able to log onto their website and pay rent. I was forced to do it via money order. It looks like that is how it is going to be for the duration of my lease. So with this frustration we talked to our office staff and asked how much our water bill was (3 days before it was due... in the past we got it 2 weeks out), they did not know. So they had us just pay what we paid last month..... Very frustrating. Once again, there was NO communication that we were going to have to use a money order, we had to go confront them about how to pay rent. Additionally, this is not a gated community (although it should be), the buildings have key fobs and are secured, but my building has been left unsecured by maintenance multiple times for days at a time over the last month or so. This has started to make me feel less safe as well in my own home. In summary, this used to be a really great place to live, but I am not so sure anymore with this new HG Living group managing it. I will update this review/make a new one if I see fit, but if this nonsense continues down the path it is going right now, I will be moving out at the end of my lease.

Recently got taken over by new management and would not recommend living here anymore. Place used to be clean and well maintained....after only a few weeks of new ownership (Linden), place is looking disgusting. public areas not cleaned or maintained (no way am I swimming in the pool anymore), corridors not cleaned, trash not emptied (including pet waste!), online portal that residents are meant to be able to use to contact management through doesn't work, nobody answers phones and certain public areas intended for residents to use are now locked and weirdly you see what appears to be none residents conducting meetings in them late at night!? Residents were not even informed of the buyout...just woke up one morning and the signs on the building had been changed. Feels like this new management company is trying to run the residence by cutting corners where-ever possible. Be warned.

enjoyed the community. Issues not gated, my outisde entrance door has not been working for months before we left and before that the other entrance was broken for months. pool should be heated and fitness center when office was closed was warm no A/C.
We love the amenities and the fact that it's so quiet. I do not hear any noise from other apartments and with the recent hurricane, we feel it is a very sturdy apartment complex.
Absolutely LOVE Alexan Crossroads. India runs a very smooth operation with talented and professional staff. Linda our first contact actually sold me on Alexan up front. Very genuine, caring, great follow up and made us feel much more welcome and "at home" right from the start. Jade and Heather are great assets to the total management team - Jade is very professional and through in her approach. SHe gets things done. Heather has been very helpful in working with me on my transfer to a 3 bedroom unit. Greg in Maintenance and his staff are very efficient and fix things promptly and courteously - all hours. Really appreciate the follow up and email updates we receive from Greg and India. India runs the complex very well. I am in management of hotels and understand operations and running a facility like Alexan Crossroads. She does a great job - good follow up as well. Will continue to recommend Alexan Crossroads but understand you are getting closer to max occupancy - Congratulations. Well Done. The technology connection and social media is very convenient and precise. The amenities are well thought out and planned. The location and separation of the amenities breaks up the monotony of them all in one area of the complex. It gives you the feeling of adventure. The pool area is marvelous.
I love this community because when I walked into it it was grand and I love that. I have a very picky taste when it comes to apartments and this was my taste of apartments!
The rental rates are really at a peak and any higher will make it completely unaffordable to stay here. The hallways can get dirty, the keyless locks often do not work and rules are not followed regarding the common areas and the pool. The staff does not enforce them
Love pretty much everything. Only complaint is some residents smoke and leave trash and garbage in the hall and parking lot.
is perfect to be here. the maintenance and office staff are always available to hear any issues with the apartments and also very professional. Another good thing is they have special events for the residents to gather and enjoy. the pool area is very beautiful and relaxing to spend the day with family and friends. Great fitness room and more.
I would recommend generally. However sometimes there is loud music playing out by the pool in the mornings. I think it's too loud at times and would prefer that be done in the afternoon only.
My opinion of here: Quality Score F: Shoddy Construction! Maintenance Score F: Multiple problems. Shoddy maintenance on top of shoddy construction. Craftmanship Score F: Poor attention to detail. Just as one of multiple examples, the blinds seem to be the wrong size for the windows. How do you mess that up? Bug Score F: The bugs bother me! Found a bug in the bathroom. Found a nasty critter in the bedroom. Have flies trying to get rid of. No screens on open hall view to outside on the floor means more bugs in the hallways. Balconies have no screen. I have seen nasty hairy spider webs in the corners of the stairwell -nasty and gross! Building Design Score F: Oh my goodness. Only one elevator in building that I am aware of. Not convenient. Serious and ridiculous design issues with entrances. Stairs creak like they are going to fall apart. Very scary. Elevator has been out of service multiple times! Safety Score F minus: I do not feel safe here. I couldn't recommend this place for this issue alone. Noise Score F: Construction everywhere, road noise, aircraft flying low overhead noise. Double paned windows are a joke. I heard my neighbor on his balcony like he was in my living room. Oh how I miss my peace and quiet. SUMMARY: TERRIBLE! The shoddy construction was a red flag. DISGUSTED! But what I see as the lack of proper attention to the shoddy construction is the biggest red flag for me. It tells me that the priority is not the tenants. I have heard some builders cut corners to pad their wallet. But where you live is your home and you should be happy coming home. It should be respected that this is your home. This is supposed to be my home, but sadly it feels more like a nightmare.
