I have been living in a townhouse house for about 2 months the house the amazing there is alot of room in every bedroom the backyard is really good for are two huskies. The property is always clean and the trash cans are easily accessible and clean. The property manager and supervisor are amazing people

I wouldn't recommend this place. These are newer but very basic cheap build units with a dreary 90's beige aesthetic throughout. You can hear all the neighbors' movements and activities, regardless of how quiet they are. Parking is absurd for suburban clark county. The assigned spaces are extra narrow, there is no guest parking, street parking is usually full on evenings/weekends. Management is very corporate-fake-caring and seem to do as little as possible except figure out ways to charge you.

The bad is BAD and the good is great. Neighbors too loud, litter and poop everywhere, dogs barking all the time, People party late on weekdays and will roam the neighborhood yelling, on weekdays Office tells everyone all the time the rules and money to pay for breaking rules .... nobody cares.No smoking on complex is on their advertisements but everyone smokes everywhere even in units.So if you feel like making a mess expect to be enabled. guests use paid spots & park illegally, Garbage and packages gets stolen all the time and there have been carjacking and car vandalism problems for years now. Since of this you should check your car very well every day in case of theft, keying, smashing, or tickets and red marks from tow company, tow does not care if you really did move your car once it's gone you pay several hundred... IF YOU USE AMAZON OR UPS... make sure you DEMAND that they take a photo of the home they left it outside of or demand signature release because otherwise they will lose it, or someone will steal it... There's a security team but they're slow to come do anything about it. It's clear the team is understaffed for what they have to put up with. Management can be seen picking trash and poop up in mornings to try and keep things clean NOT ENOUGH LEGAL PARKING EVER and the amount of spots has gotten SMALLER since it was built. The units are built very nicely. The gym and office are really good but locked for covid. Paint chips easily, have had problems with fixtures and appliances breaking. Poor ventilation, very good AC, problems with internet service every now and then but fast. No electrical issues. Water quality seems slightly off, you want to use a filter before you drink it. Bathrooms are HUGE! Wall paint and doors chip easily, so get a lease where you have some deposit protection.. Temperature insulation is good and you won't hear your neighbors too much through walls, front door and floor and cieling let in noise VERY EASILY. Doors creak and walls crack from settling. SOme doors get stuck too. Feels very moderns but corners are cut, and the staff team is too small... should have removed a building to put in enough parking for everybody. Rent is a bit high but everything is high in this area. Grocery pharmacy and restaurants are close. Transit and school busses are close. Good part of town with buildings and services if you drive but unsafe if you walk... Do not let young kids walk home from school without chaperone.

Rent is reasonable but there is no storage space and everything is made with the cheapest plywood. i had only enough room to hang five dresses, if that. Also, it is okay for all the neighbors to toilet their dogs all around your patio even if they have their own patio that they could use and you don't even have a dog. So Be ware of politically correctness at this complex because they take it just a little too far.

As soon as you move in, you realize how thin walls are, furnishings fall apart and break. We are told to keep doors open for ventilation but every door creaks shut bc everything is on a slope. The water has a strong smell and even with the use of our Brita filters it smells of strong chemicals. Our internet caps out as soon as THREE laptops are on the internet. I see parking tickets left and right on fellow cars because they don’t inform their new tenants of their no reverse parking policy. It’s apparently a fire hazard....in an open parking lot. A neighbor said they were brushed off and told to contact the Fire Marshall if they had an issue...We’ve heard neighbors having issues about the leasing staff doing nothing, not even attempting to resolve issues with other than “there’s nothing we can do.” Our noise complaint was shrugged off with a “you can’t strap a child down to a chair.” When did we ask to strap a CHILD TO A CHAIR? We asked if the upstairs family could be mindful of their downstairs neighbors. Please, don’t waste your hard earned money to live in a place like this. It’s not worth the frustration and time.

The apartments are very modern and well put together. There's tons of amenities and a great utility package deal, that with the prices make it a wonderful place to live. I have noticed a few oddities. We've had carpet strips that would show and stab our feet and the drawer in the fridge was broken and rubbed with what I'm assuming is vaseline. Although honestly, simple fixes and probably not their fault as the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The place is relatively new so the odds of finding any serious cosmetic issues is small. It's a great place to call home. Gym(24 he if I remember correctly) washer and dryer in units. NO MAJOR HOA RULES. Which to me, is wonderful.
I have lived at Alderbrook Apartments in one of the Townhomes for over 2 months and from the beginning was impressed with every aspect of the staff, property and amenities. The office staff are incredibly accommodating, transparent throughout the entire application and move-in process and made everything as easy as possible. The Townhomes are great quality with many upgrades compared to a standard apartment (upgraded appliances, flooring, etc…). The onsite gym is amazing and has top industry equipment and the Clubhouse will certainly be a hang-out in the summer when the splashpad is up and running. Highly would recommend you stop by to take a look!
Have been living at Alderbrook since it opened in Nov 2018. Really excellent property. Houses are new and the staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.
