Love the community. The staff works very hard to make the activities fun.
I haven’t been here long, but It is a wonderful place. No complaints. Most everything I need is close by. Love the HEB across the street! Lots of things to do here.
There are so many things to do here that I was never able to do when I lived in my townhome now it’s so enjoyable to wake up every day knowing there is something to look forward to Plus friends to play games with we have the most beautiful pool best scenery Also so thankful that H-E-B is right across the street I can walk over there get my prescriptions. Have something different to eat every night because of Heb. I could go on and on but I think you get the message??
You have to have compassion & patience to deal with folks, especially the elderly! The staff that runs Alders of Magnolia has that! And are so kind! Alma, the custodian works hard & keeps it clean! A w/o submitted, if it’s not done that same day it’s done the next day!
This is our fisrt 55 active living experience, we are quite pleased we selected ALDERS Magnolia

I have lived at Alders Magnolia 55 Active Living Apartments for three years and couldn't be happier. The spacious and welcoming Main Hall is a central hub for Alders and resident-led activities, whether it's card playing, dominos, or just socializing throughout the day. The outdoor areas are perfect for swimming, barbecuing, walking, or simply relaxing. The added security of locked doors after 6 pm and before 9 am brings peace of mind. The staff are friendly and caring, and the residents make this place feel like being part of a big, supportive family.

The staff and particularly the maintenance supervisor are very professional and efficient. Any issues or concerns are usually addressed as soon as possible. The overall friendliness and willingness to help is this staff's best attribute. The community of residents are also a defining factor. This is a great place to live because everyone is friendly and helpful. There is always something to do if you want to get involved, but no pressure if you don't. Management has been excellent! As soon as the ceiling leak was spotted, Lawrence came immediately. Found cause/location of leak and stopped leak immediately. Management kept us well informed/updated on everything! Thanks to management team: Bianca, Dinah, Olivia, Karina (office). Maintenance Lawrence the best maintenance supervisor, and Joseph maintenance team.

The management team seems to address any issues that may arise in a timely manner. I do think that they are doing the best they can and try to keep the residents informed and updated.

I visited Alders Magnolia in a search for an apartment I could love if my then current apartment management raised the rent significantly again. When I came to Alders Magnolia, I was impressed. The building is beautiful and it is kept that way. As I was being shown around by the assistant manager, residents would stop me to welcome me. It was amazing. I returned again to look at an apartment. I was so impressed by everything, I broke my current lease to move in sooner rather than later. I have never regretted that decision and I hope to live here for years to come.

When I moved to the Alders, the management provided weekly outings to restaurants and various points of interest. Now, nearly everything is supported by the residents. People are more than willing to drive to locations due to the van no longer available.

Alders Magnolia is an absolutely wonderful place to live. Besides being a beautiful community, with numerous amenities, the "family" atmosphere here amongst the residents and also with the caring, professional management team, make it feel like home. I wouldn't live anywhere else!!

Since the New Management Team entered the picture, my experience as a resident has greatly improved. The team is doing their best to improve this community. They actually listen to issues and do their best to remedy them. I love living here.

I loved Alders when I first visited the community. I returned for a second visit and was so impressed by Alders and the wonderful people who live here that I decided to move here. I did so and I have never regretted my decision. Alders is a community and not simply a place to live. I have no complaints at all.

Enjoy living here. The main hall offers many community activities including bingo,Bunco, pot luck dinners, cooking demonstrations, Happy Hour, musical entertainment, and continental breakfast. The dog park and walking area is easily available and well maintained. The residents are cordial and welcoming. The staff address resident concerns in a timely manner.

The management team is courteous, professional, and very responsive! In addition, their smiles and friendliness throughout the property, while they are assisting residents, working with a particular group on an event, or at the management/resident meetings is always present. I am extremely happy to be living here, knowing that the management team is highly interested in the satisfaction of the tenants residing here, calling Alders home, in many ways.
