I love it here, when we have issues they are addressed ! Love that our communities put together functions for us, gives us a chance to get to know eachother

Maintenance is responsive when you have requests and leasing staff is pretty helpful when necessary. Amenities are decent, the gym is very basic and could do with some updating.

Parking garage gate has not worked in 3+ months and elevators are constantly down. We pay $50/month for parking which is not secure & $25/month for an amenity fee with broken elevators. Certain amenities which were in-place at move-in were removed and never replaced. No credits have been issued for anything. TCR built a good product. It's more of a resident relations issue which they refuse to compensate for.

Great amenities and a friendly community. Spaces are always kept clean. Maintenance team is fast responding and very friendly. Quiet living spaces.

Been a pleasure living here only issue are the elevators but very clean and upkept very nice by maintenance. The staircase has to be cleaned walked into a web the other day

This apartment is actually decent and the maintenance crew is actually pretty decent. But the apartment occasionally loses power, the elevator stops working randomly and the management fails to give residence updates about random issues. The gates are always broken. The apartment facilities could be more polished for the cost. It definitely has potential but it can feel like a hot mess living here sometimes.

Pretty good, some small things could be inproved but overall it’s good. The hallways smell like urine sometimes. The gates for vehicles often do not work, same with elevators. But the staff is very friendly along with the residents and very nice overall besides those issues.

My experience as a resident thus far as been a good one, I haven’t experienced any issues, management is quick to respond and complete maintenance request and the property is well maintained

Overall this building feels very safe and secure. The units are modern and clean, and the prices are reasonable. I will say that we experience a lot of utility issues - whether that means water damage, broken appliances, etc, but our maintenance team is usually quick to respond.

So far, everyone is very nice. The pool area is amazing and busy. The gym is very well set up. The hallways are in the process of facelift, which is needed.

I have been here for almost two months now and I love it so far. Move in process was smooth, the amenities are great, and the staff is friendly!

Love Alexan Buckhead Village so much! They are an amazing community, have a great staff and have wonderful and fun events every month for residents to enjoy!

I love the location of ABV. I love my amenities and my unit. I haven’t had any big issues since moving in and I am very likely to renew my lease here.

My resident experience has been great. I am very happy with my apartment space. The surrounding area is very safe and walkable which was very important to me.

I love living here. Great amenities and maintenance is very attentive and quick. Only issue i have is residents love to blast loud music in the pool and the walls here are as if there is no soundproofing.

Overall experience has been great. Have been a resident here for 9 months and haven’t had any issues or mishaps with the unit, property, workers or tenants. M

Too high a price, fixes take forever and do temporary solutions to the symptoms, not actually fixing the problems. It’s not worth it. Staff is unresponsive.

Super safe building, have never felt any worry about that which was super important to me as a female living alone. The amenities are great. Maintenance is super attentive. Staff always answers my questions immediately if I have any. Can’t think of a bad thing to say about living here.

Fast response any time there’s a maintenance issue. The property is very clean. Leasing manager is very friendly. Would highly highly recommend.

Complex is conveniently located, units are great sizes with nice finishes. Overall the community is quite not much noise at all. Neighbors are silent and staff is friendly.

Move in has been great at Alexan Buckhead Village. The amenity space is great and the apartments are large and spacious. They should get sand for the shuffleboard and paddles for ping pong tho.

very awesome, clean community with a helpful staff. I was unsure about moving to Pharr rd. after the rep for some years, however this area has been very safe to live, along with awesome neighbors who also care about the community as well. would definitely recommend living here!

A great place to live! Everyone is super friendly and the complex is always clean. Maintenance always resolves issues very quickly. I haven’t had any issues since moving in.

Loving it here thus far. My unit is very spacious and up to date. Can’t wait to take advantage of all of the amenities. The location is so great for my commute to work and hanging with friends!

I love my apartment! The area is quiet and close to everything. The complex is very clean and luxurious. I would recommend it for anyone. And the summer we always have pool parties

I have loved living at ABV for the past year! It is very peaceful, the location is amazing, & the amenities are beyond great. I plan on renewing for at least 2 more years. Staff is always friendly & there are really fun events held for residents every month

I love living at The Alexan and would recommend it to anyone! I moved here because it is walking distance to my workplace, and I feel safe in the apartment complex and the area around. The inside of my apartment looks fabulous, with modern appliances and attractive furnishings. The gym and pool are great and well-equipped.

I love living here. The staff is friendly and the maintenance requests are always completed and processed so fast. Even though we are in the city, the apartment sits in a residential community which still gives that suburban neighborhood. The Garden Hills neighborhood neighbors are so sweet and friendly. The school district is amazing as well. I have no complaints.

The apartments and facilities are very good. I particularly like the spacious 2 bedroom unit I have rented for the second time now at The Alexan. There seems to be tons of storage, which is very useful. The location is great, next to Buckhead Village and you have a nice park next door. Some nice roads with hills around if you want to exercise by walking. Lots to do within walking distance of the property. Pool area very nice and resident lounge and gym.

Recently just moved into the apartment and so far it’s very nice! The staff is super helpful and kind, along with the maintenance being super quick with resolving issues.

I’ve been at Alexan for 4 years and I’ve been loving it. The management has been great and any issues that I’ve had has been resolved quickly with maintenance.

I absolutely love living in this community. Luxury is seen throughout from the amenities to the floor plan of my apartment. I can definitely see myself staying here for quite some time.

I love living here! There are a lot of young professionals who lives here, you rarely see or hear neighbors and the pool parties in the summer are eventful

Great unit and amenities. Neighbors are friendly but not the cleanest. Maintenance is ok. Takes a bit longer than expected to get repairs done but they are helpful and communicative. Multiple events through the month.

In a year of living here my overall experience has been great. The community and its staff are very friendly. Main issues here are the computers/printers and garage doors always being broken. These are manageable issues, I would renew lease here.

The staff is super kind and helpful! They had answers to all my questions. The amenities and Appartment space is gorgeous! The area is nice as well! I love how secure all the areas around the complex are!
