Excellent application and move-in process. Team on site is incredible! They had some tech challenges but walked us through every step. Community is well-maintained.

Mostly my time here has been good. There have been a few inconveniences such as one of the elevators never working and having issues using my phone to unlock doors. I will also note that I am able to hear my upstairs neighbors very clearly. I do not know if they are abnormally loud or the walls are just thin but they have woken me up a few times just walking around. We also had the fire alarm go off recently and received zero communication from the apartment. We were never told if it was safe to come back inside or if it was false alarm.

So far I've very pleased. The facility is clean and feels inviting. And, so far, it has been easy to move my things into the unit. I will be using the facilities by the end of the week and I am looking forward to that as well as some of the networking events that are scheduled.

My experience at Alexan Mills has been great. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, and all the neighbors have been pleasant to be around and get to know! Would recommend 10/10

Iv never lived anywhere in my life that has so many elevator and parking issues. Staffing is fine, management is not so great. Also theres mold.

The staff is nice and the maintenance crew are responsive. The noise level on the back side of the building where I live is good. Woodward is a quiet street. The neighborhood is very walkable with great dining options and a grocery store. The biggest downside is the high price. The pricing structure is also misleading and you will end paying a fair bit more than you thought per month with the amenity charges.

The apartment complex offers a great living experience with amazing amenities. However, I can't give a full 5-star rating because some issues, like our elevator being out of service for months, take quite a while to address. That said, they do eventually resolve work orders, which is appreciated. Overall, I enjoy living here and love the resident experience.

Nice apartment complex. Love the gym, the pool area and the lobby amenities. Everything is kept very clean. Still waiting on the elevator to be fixed but other then that good! (:

It’s been wonderful thus far! Minute items that are easy fixes are the only complaints- but it’s the perfect example of a comfortable and lush living experience. Office and building staff are wonderful!

So far, living at Alexan Mills 50 has been a great experience! All the things that matter to me are met: Beautiful amenities, clean property, gates that are actually in-use. Only things I wish is that the office staff is a little more responsive and for valet trash. Not deal breakers though (mostly because the staff is really kind).

Great amenities and area to live in. Art area is becoming cluttered and messy without attention. Front office is difficult to work with. Maintenance team is the best I’ve ever had.

Great amenities that are offered almost 24/7, new clean building so no worry for roaches. Our appliances were brand new, we were the first to use them.

Very nice facility. The location is great. Taryn and Brooke are fantastic. The amenities are really nice and the neighbors seems friendly and respectful. Overall, definitely recommend.

As a live work unit it is nice to have the business attached to my apartment. But management has been subpar and as a result the amenities, leaving much to be desired. Hopefully things will change as they get into the second year.

This complex is beautiful, the amenities are so cool and unique. The art focus is really what stood out to me when looking for my next place and the move in process was very straight forward!

Building and amenities are good. Management/Front Office is difficult to work with in person or over emails. Maintenance team is phenomenal!

nice new building, super close to mills area. great amenities like art studio, gym, grills, pool, and work/study spaces. everything is very clean and well kept.

So far everything has been lovely! A very helpful staff and a very nice apartment in a rather central location has been a wonderful experience! Not to mention how clean everything is!

I just moved into Alexan Mills this last weekend, and I couldn’t be happier. My apartment is beautiful, the community and amenities are top notch, the leasing office has gone above and beyond for me, and I’m really excited to be here!

Its been a great experience living at Alexan Mills. I love the tight knit community and the surrounding neighborhoods. Its a great place to be in walking distance of restaurants. My apartment itself is super cozy.

Apartment is nice and amenities are beautiful, but disorganization with utility billing is troubling. Recently we were asked to pay an additional $200 (!!) in utilities due to their vendor under-billing in September and dividing those costs evenly across all units. Our actual monthly utility charges are typically around $100, so this was an unexpected 3x cost with very little notice.

The location is great, with excellent amenities like a cool art area, good workspaces, small meeting rooms, and fun community events. The units are well-designed and it’s a very dog-friendly property. Maintenance staff is wonderful, and management is friendly and works quickly to resolve issues.

I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and at Alexan Mills 50, I feel the most sense of community. I truthfully feel as if they care about the resident experience here.

The art area is so unique, I’ve never seen anything like that. I love to use the amenities to work in. The community is very creative and peaceful. The pool is also a great place to spend time at. I love the walkability to different bars and coffee shops and restaurants in this area.

Good apartment. It's a little pricey, to be honest, for the amenities. The gym is really nice. I wish the internet speed was better. The closets are very spacious with drawers already installed. The maintenance team responds to requests right away.

Loving my time at Alexan Mills! Everything is new and clean, amenities are great and apartment is very secure and safe feeling. You’re able to walk to a lot of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. No complaints so far!

I’ve only been a resident for about a week but so far it’s been pretty great. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are upscale. I’ve already walked less than a block to have a great dinner at Z Asian and then literally out the east stairwell door and through the dog park for a great breakfast.

Parking needs to be check, people are taking reserve parking without paying. Grills needs to be clean. Manager needs take actions. Some of the security doors are not working. The elevator it frequently stop working. The general staff are profesional and friendly.

Officially fully moved in as of 10/7! Love the community and the neighborhood. Beautiful building and apartments as well. My husband and I have had our eye on this complex for a while and are so happy to finally be living here!

A new building with clean halls and common areas, ample parking with sizable parking spaces (my last apartment had the skinniest parking spaces), and an amazing art studio.

Move-in went great. Staff was very helpful and assisted quickly with the few small problems I ran into. Super excited about getting one of the Live-Work units. We need more of these to encourage more small businesses!

Alexan Mills 50 is great, hip, fun and functional! The residents are mostly young professionals from different backgrounds and the overall theme is artsy. Management are great and they throw amazing events every month.

The apartments are new and stylish, however, as I mentioned earlier, the construction was done very carelessly. There are no clear parking lines. The most inconvenient aspect is the some parking garage doors, which require a phone to open, making it very impractical

Alexan has been a great place to live! Apartment finishes are really nice and the location is walking distance to so many great restaurants.

My experience living in here so far is being good. I like the apartments. However the internet connection is very very slow. The grill located near the pool are always dirty. I consider the hours of the pool should be changed to 8:30pm at least Sunday, because you can hear everything from your apartment and people that go to bed early are frustrated. Parking lot should be monitored more often.

The place has been great! Some hiccups due to it being so new but everything gets taken care of pretty quickly. Will definitely recommend to others.

It's been pretty cool, my only complaint would be the cold-ish water in my shower. Takes awhile for it to warm up and cools off way too quick.

Love all the events and changes happening. Issue with elevated fib was resolved quickly. Leasing stages is so nice and attentive to all issue

Excited to be all moved in. Although there were a few issues with the apartment I applied for, I’m happy that the staff was able to accommodate my needs

Its cool, i like the pool and the amenities. I think not being able to conveniently access the entry into the building from the parking 4.5 garage is silly though and the noise from the road is ridiculous but overall its a comfortable place to live.

Easy quick move in. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Signed 12 Months and will resign when my time is due. Beautiful Apartments close to downtown.
