Property Ratings at Alexander at Patroon Creek
Really good. Moving in was easy. There was just one hiccup but it was sorted out right away. I feel at home here already. Looking forward to my time here.
Great place to live! A little noisy but ok altogether... Nice porch setting and exterior. Interior of my apartment is pretty neat but there seems to be a plethora of vents...not sure why?
Is a beautiful place and is quite and peaceful. The people in the place was very friendly and the show us the rooms that were available and were able to move in quickly
Overall Pretty good so far. Review will progress with time and the experience at the complex. Seems like maintenance requests take a little too long so far.
Hello Community, Still feeling my way around. I’m new to the apartment building but the vibe is great. The staff have been excellent so far. Thank you.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and plan on renewing my lease again. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful . Maintenance Issues are promptly completed .
So far Noisy neighbors arguing. The floors/walls do not have adequate insulation to block noise from other units. Issues with appliance and outlets.
My husband and I absolutely love our new apartment!! It has everything we wanted and more. The bathroom is spacious and the tub is the biggest that I’ve ever seen!! The kitchen is stunning and the living room and bedroom both feel much larger than they are.
The staff at this apartment complex are incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the bees on the clubhouse porch are a real nuisance and should be exterminated. Additionally, the clubhouse could use a thorough deep cleaning to make it more inviting for residents. Overall, a great place to live with a few improvements needed. The ceiling fans are lovely.
This residential community is a wonderful place to live. It offers a welcoming environment with well-maintained facilities, beautiful surroundings, and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Residents here enjoy a sense of safety and tranquility, along with convenient access to local amenities. It’s truly an ideal setting for anyone seeking comfort and a strong sense of community.”
Just recently moved in. Haven’t had any issues, I love the building so far. I favorite part is the monthly events they have for the residents.
Thanks to the cooperative manager, the move-in process went smoothly. It's a very comfortable place to live. Covered shared parking is available on all floors (except the top floor).
Have been here for two years, and have had no issues! Great amenities, maintenance team is always on top of things, and location could not be more convenient!
We have just re-signed at the Alexander for our fourth year and we absolutely love the staff in the office. They make everything seamless and easy.
The place has been amazing since I step foot into my apartments. The two ladies in the leasing office are very kind and enthusiastic with their jobs making things easy for us the residents.
Love it here. Apartments are beautiful, staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rental process was quick and painless. Love the pool, the coffee machine in the clubhouse, and the covered garage parking!
Great place to live I have lived in this place for three years in this place is so amazing. I love all of the amenities for this place. It is a great place to live.
Good experience so far. It’s an older complex, toilet does not flush well, but I have no complaints. Nice play room for kids, nice indoor and outdoor pool, decent gym. Ceilings are thin so you are constantly hearing footsteps from above. I have been living here for a few days. Will give another review after 6 months.
This is a great community. The apartments and the amenities are well maintained. It is close to the university as well. The only drawback is that it not walkable to anything. However, it is next to a highway and if you have a car, very accessible to all major shopping centers.
Everyone in the office is welcoming and responsive. Really makes me think I made the right choice on choosing here. Everyone’s respectful as well.
Thus far, my experience has been pretty good. The staff have been nice/helpful. During my transition, Nicole and other staff members provided all of the information that I needed. My only concern has been getting signed in with Community Rewards. I shared that I never received access and had to follow up to get signed on. That issue has been resolved.
The move in was seamless and easy. The staff have all been helpful! The amenities are plentiful and the residents have all been very nice so far.
I’ve only started living here almost a month now and I’ve had such a great experience so far. I love the amenities that the Alexander has to offer and I love the community here. Everyone is so nice and polite. And all my neighbors up, down, right, and left are all quiet too. I’m not sure if it’s the thick walls or the neighbors. But it’s always nice and quiet here and I love it.
The move in was smooth. Clean beautiful unit. The parking space is spacious and the amenities are top notch. For quality living will highly recommend.
Great, except the room upgrade is under maintenance. My apartment is facing the Washington ave so during the day, it is a bit noisy. I bought a big jar of ear plugs. However, the rest is perfect. Cannot wait to move furnitures in it.
Excellent place to live. Been here for about 3 years with no complaints at all. Nice area, good access to the bus routes if needed as well, close to malls, college, parks, Walmart, and much more
Living at the Alexander at Patroon Creek has been a pleasant experience so far. My apartment is satisfactory and I find the community to be quiet but interesting to live in. Additionally, I found the amenities here to be basically as advertised and I am happy to live here so far.
I’ve lived in the Alexander for almost four years. Overall it has been a good experience. The office staff and maintenance team are very attentive. The location is great, as it is near highway and shopping.
Apartments are nice. We do not enjoy the lease rates differing depending on the time of the year, however, the amenities are great and neighbors are friendly.
This is definitely the nicest apartment I’ve lived in. Kind of pricy but definitely worth it for the updated appliances and amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Amazon Hub is very convenient for getting packages delivered.
I think that the apartment building itself is old. But, they do the maintenance of facility very well. Leasing manager and staff are very friendly.
Quality place to live with an extremely helpful staff. Mov in was easy as could be, facilities are extremely clean and well kept. Easy commute if you work downtown, quiet during the night
Great building staff that always do their best to accommodate you. They make sure to help you with anything they can and build relationships with their residents.
Absolutely love living at Alexander Apartments! This marks my fourth year here, and I continue to be impressed by the top-notch security, cleanliness, amenities, and covered garage. The staff, particularly Jessica, Nicole, and the maintenance team (Jose and others), have consistently gone above and beyond with their helpfulness and friendliness. Huge thanks to the management for creating such a serene and comfortable living environment. Highly recommended for families and professionals alike!
It’s a great neighborhood with amazing amenities! Worth living here! This is my first apartment in United States and Alexander gave me tye best memories
Living well and enjoying it here at the Alexander. Great place to reside, it meets all my needs and expectations - looking forward to a forever lease.
The Alexander is a great place to reside, it is very welcoming and relaxing, it has met my greatest expectations, I will like to have a forever lease.
I have lived here almost 2 years and have no complaints. Office staff and maintenance are very responsive. I am minutes from shopping, activities and work.
I have had a great experience living here so far! The amenities are very clean and spacious. The balcony is also a great added benefit as well if you like to look outside. Great and peaceful community!
All staff cordial and friendly Because of my disability(Parkinson’s), I couldn’t make it from the car to my apartment with ease, not to mention if I had to carry groceries or my 2 dogs. With the movers in their way to the building and one hour to spare, the crew here mobilized and got me into a much more appropriate apartment Nice job, Jessica. I appreciate it
Pleasant apartment and responsive staff. Needed repair of toilet and repair man arrived within minutes of my return to my apartment. Staff in general is helpful and pleasant.
Great place to be. Friendly staff, fun events offered, and the maintenance is efficient. All the different amenities are also a plus. Highly recommend checking it out if you're thinking of moving to the area.
I love Alexander at Patroon Creek. Excellent amenities and very kind staff! It is very close to work and I feel very safe living here. Definitely recommend to all!
I have really enjoyed my time here. Staff is very friendly and attentive to maintenance requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband and I lived there for almost two years. Mostly didn’t move out because we didn’t have another place to go with our husky, but management is terrible, nothing is well maintained, cabinets were so disgusting and peeling, indoor pool ceiling is always falling apart while the floor is always flooding, elevators never worked (which when we had our son while living there was terrible because how are we supposed to conveniently get a newborn down from the second floor to go outside), no one was ever held accountable for picking up their pets poop, no one was ever held accountable for loud after hours parties and noises, the fire alarms and power would go out frequently (probably happened close to 2 dozen times while we lived there) very inconvenient when you have an infant and dog… and plus to top it off we have video proof of our apartment spotless and well maintained in our departure and yet was refused our deposit back and tried actually charging us $700!! Hate hate hate this place. You’ll find a much better option especially for a better price somewhere else
We absolutely love it here! Nice friendly atmosphere and so many things to do inside the apartment building! The indoor/outdoor pool is a plus too!
A great community with personable staff and efficient maintenance team. We have lived here for a couple years and have enjoyed the proximity to the highways and stores.
Long term resident, love the location and staff here at the Alexander. If you’re looking for a great place to live with many amenity’s in the ideal location I recommend taking a look at the Alexander.
Great amenities! I really enjoy The social events and gatherings that the Alexander has. You get to meet so many people! They also have a very convenient dog wash here
We have loved living at the Alexander. It is our 3rd year with them. Their staff is amazing and tried their best to accommodate everyone. They truly care about their residents.
