My daughter and I viewed a two bedroom today, it really beautiful and the fact Jessica the community manager was so nice and informative made that much greater, I am hoping and praying that we will become residents here real soon:)
Property Manager at Alexander Crossing Apartments, Responded To This Review
We're so happy to know you had a great viewing experience at Alexander Crossing Apartments! Jessica will be delighted to learn that she made your visit even better. Have an amazing day!
I had the option to apply online for an available unit. When I called to ask if I can come see it I was told it was unavailable. When I asked what would have happened had I applied and paid the fees what would have happened and I was told the dont do online applications yet they clearly do on their website. This place seems shading.

I've lived here for about 3 years now and it's honestly the best place I've lived in. Below is a list of pros and cons to better help people decide if this is the place for you. Pros: -No bugs. -Neighborhood's quiet -Children seem to be mindful/respectful -Maintenance is quick -Have until the 6th of the month to pay rent -Newsletters go out every month for social events/front office updates -They have an online portal to pay your rent. -Grocery store, CVS, Goodwill, fast food, and doctors are all within a 2 mile radius, which is perfect for someone who doesn't have a car. -Doordash, Uber/Uber Eats, Lyft, take out, and instacart all delivery to this neighborhood. -Spacious house and has multiple bathrooms. Cons: -GPS will not work accurately, so all food delivery people will be confused where to go -There is only one trash can, and it can/does overflow sometimes before the next pick up. -There's only one set of mailboxes and they're all the way in the front, which means if you live in the back, it's a rather long walk to check the mail -The front office is closed on weekends, which can be inconvenient if something happens over the weekend or if the 1st is on a weekend. -The children do like to play in the streets, so you need to be mindful while driving through it. -There is a million speed bumps throughout the neighborhood, and they're really annoying to drive over. -The appliances can be old and make a good bit of noise in the house. -The house is primarily shaggy carpet, so it will be a pain to keep it vacuumed and cleaned, especially if you have kids or animals. While the cons on this list have never quite bothered me, as I don't own a car and the appliances, while noisy, work perfectly fine. The benefits of living here has far outweighed any of the cons that have come for me personally. This place is great for someone who doesn't have a car and walks everywhere. The nearest store (Ingels) is less than a half mile away. CVS is only about a mile. Walmart is about 2 miles. Primary care doctors, dentist, and urgent care doctors are all about 1 mile away. There's a neurologist about 2 miles away. There's a large park and arcade/bowling alley about 3 miles out. Basically, anything you could want/need is within a short walk.
I have no real complaints. Maintenance Team is is great, office team no real problems. Congratulations to everyone who got promoted. Jessica, is an awesome person, she talks to you with respect, not in a condescending way. I’m in hospitality, ppl can be really mean and demanding. I understand that you pay your rent and we all would like what is advertised and promised. However, some are not always on time paying rent, don’t keep their home up to par, have freaking more than one dog, have shedding hairy dogs or big dog, leave a lot of dishes in the sink, don’t take ur trash out but yet ppl want to trash this community. It’s a great community, yes there are children, most of them are respectful and helpful. I know I lived here going on 4 years. Yes, I have children but They are grown and out the nest. Oh, if your neighbors are nasty u will have bugs Some simple things we can do on our own: Light Bulbs changing Battery changing Extra cleaning S Cole
Quiet place to live. Love my neighbors. Small problem with bugs but I bought $5 can of raid fixed it. Only other issue is rent keeps going up every year. & back patio hasn’t been pressure washed in 3 years I’ve lived here. Plus side again is I love the staff very friendly & helpful Maintenance guys have been prompt & courteous. 4 stars ??
It could be an alright living experience if the neighborhood kids weren’t so loud and disruptive, and if the office staff wasn’t so VERY unprofessional and rude. If you make a complaint or suggestion, they have a great action “plan” & never any follow through. Maintence take their sweet time once you put in a work order, and do half way jobs. There are no real security measures put in place so any/everybody comes to hang out around the pool/playground (almost only teenagers) whether they live here or not. I’ve witnessed many fights in front of my home to which they send a letter out to the entire complex telling parents to keep their children out of the streets (tht absolutely never happens) & to be quiet honest you could find a much better place for the price. It’s in a decent location though, and the townhomes are decent plus it is quiet when the neighborhood’s kids are at school.
Me and my husband moved here at Alexander Crossing in 2008. In the 11 yrs that we are here, we have very little complaints. The office staff is excellent especially the property manager Millie. Whenever we put in an order for a problem, Millie makes sure our order gets to the maintenance department as soon as possible. The maintenance crew are very polite, professional and friendly. They work hard on the job to try to take care of all the tenants. All of the amenities are great. On all of the major holidays the complex give a party of some kind whether it's ice cream social for all tenants on the hot summer days or a wonderful Christmas party every year. The grounds are kept immaculate and beautiful. We have been here for 11 yrs and will be here many more years. The Kelley's.
This place has bugs! We moved here and complained about bugs in our unit since the beginning or our lease, the complex manager did not even want to move us out! We literally had to eat out or if I did cook eat in our cars we was forced to live with two different species of flies for months before they decided to let us switch units, only to switch to the same issue! The unit we switched to, had the same bugs, just not as many, the first one was swarmed with flies, to where we began thinking it was us but it couldn’t have been because we were only in the unit for 3mos before switching us out, come to find out there’s multiple tenants with the same issue. We speak to a lot of the neighbors around all complaining about the same flying bugs in their units! I don’t recommend staying here to ANYONE, if you can go without living here, DONT!
My family had the pleasure of living here for almost 5 years. From the moment we viewed the property, we knew this was a place to call home. The staff is friendly and when we have issues, they care. I feel proud to bring guests to stay because they always compliment the area and my townhouse. We have recommended this place to friends and family.
I would not recommend Alexander Crossing to anyone. I currently live here and have had countless problems since the day we moved in. We’re very neat and clean people (I have a touch of OCD so I clean weekly), but we have a huge bug problem! The complex says they spray for bugs but I have not seen a difference at all after 9 months of living here. The smoke detector in one of the bedrooms started beeping to warn that it needed a change of batteries, so we notified the office. They said they’d take care of it, but it’s been TWO WEEKS and they still haven’t fixed it! The dishwasher was messing up and need a new part. The maintenance team said they had to wait on the part to come in, but they never came back to fix the problem. On another occasion, the maintenance team came to fix something and we had our puppy in the downstairs bathroom with a baby gate keeping her in while no one was home. They closed the door on her and left her in the dark bathroom ALL DAY long! These are just some of the issues we’ve had.. definitely do NOT consider moving here.
Car breaks ins, office staff, courtesy police. This neighborhood is horrible car break ins happening in the neighborhood the courtesy police do nothing at all so why do we have them I don’t really feel safe. At all they need better security and nothing never gets fixed
Not satisfied! My little family moved here about two months ago now and I cannot wait until our lease is up! We've had pest problems from day one. They've called their contracted pest company(horrible) to come out TWICE since we've been there & once before we moved in. The office staff doesn't seem to care that we have an infant in our home and these pest are unacceptable! I guess it's going to take my little one getting sick or bitten before they actually do something! No sane human wants to live in a place where they constantly have to check their clothes or infants crib/carseat before every use! We'll be moving out the FIRST CHANCE WE GET!
This complex is situated in the middle of town right off of two main highways. Location wise you have easy access in any direction. Whether you're heading to Atlanta, Athens, Macon or Augusta. You have country life with city conveniences. It's a town house community so it also blends in well with the surrounding subdivisions. The staff is amazing, and with the amenities provided there isn't too much more you can ask for. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and for those who can't live without them it's also pet friendly. S.C.Hughes, Loganville, GA
