THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT YOU PAYING RENT ON TIME AND CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE LIVING CONDITIONS THE RESIDENTS HAVE TO FACE !! THEY ALSO RENEW YOUR LEASE AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT ASKING OR ASKING WHAT DO YOU NEED DONE TO RENEW YOUR LEASE !!! IF NO ONE RENEWS THEIR LEASE THEN THEY WONT HAVE RESIDENTS BECAUSE NO ONE WILL MOVE HERE !!! SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. THE MAINTANCE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE IN COOPERATE CAN CARE LESS ALSO, THE ONLY CONCERN IS, IS THE RENT PAID ... THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX NORFOLK HAS TO OFFER THE APARTMENTS ARE OK, NOT TO BAD THE RENT OFFICE PROPERTY MANAGER NAME IS MS VICKIE AND SHE BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON EVER PUT IN POSITION TO WORK WITH PEOPLE I HAD A SPIDER PROBLEM THAT I HAVE BEEN COMING TO HER ABOUT FOR ALMOST AN YEAR AND SHE RECOMMENDED THAT I VACUUM THEM AND THEN ASKED ME "HOW COME YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SPIDERS" ? "ARE YOU AFRAID OF THEM" ? WHAT TYPE OF QUESTION IS THAT ? SHE IS HORRIBLE !!! MAINTANCE CAME OVER AND BROKE MY SHOWER CURTAIN AND EVERYTIME THEY COME THE LEAVE DIRT ALL OVER MY BATHROOM FLOOR IVE HAD A LEAK IN THE CEILING IN MY BATHROOM FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW EVERYTIME THEY COME OVER THEY CANT FIND THE LEAK AND THEN SHE TOLD ME THAT I LIED ABOUT THE LEAK IN MY BATHROOM. LIKE I WILL REALLY CALL THE RENT OFFICE AND MAKE UP THE FACT THAT THERE IS A LEAK IN MY BATHROOM AND STILL TODAY THE LEAK HAD NOT BEEN FIXED. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE WITH THE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE !!!!
