Property Ratings at Alicante
I just moved in to Alicante Apartments yesterday and I have been really happy so far with my experience. When I initially toured I was impressed by how clean the grounds were and how friendly and thorough Devin was in explaining the community and leasing process. Moving in was a breeze and although I had a few maintenance issues, they were quick to come by and take care of everything right away. Jeff from maintenance has been so friendly and efficient. I think I am going to really enjoy living here!

This is a very nice complex. It is quiet. It is gated and requires a code to enter. The main building is outfitted with security cameras inside, outside the pool and hot tub area. What attracted me to this complex is the security and the greenery. There are a lot of trees, grass which is nice. The office staff is professional and easy to work with. Their goal is for each tenant to enjoy living here. There is a small gym area with modern machines. A yoga/stretching room with tv. Both areas are very clean. These facilities are in the main building which is where the leasing office is. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is very clean, quite nice and has large umbrellas to stay out of the sun. The leasing office has a separate separate, large room for pool, tv, internet, food, drinks in the kitchen. There is a playground for kids and a dog park. Management regularly walks the grounds to check its upkeep. The grounds overall are clean given the number of dogs living here. The majority 90%-95% of dog owners here are consciencous and consistent in cleaning up after their dogs, but there are those who do not. No matter where one lives there are dog owners who are responsible and those who are not. Again, the management has done a very good job of maintaining the grounds, including the dog park. The garbage service comes twice weekly. The apartment walls and floors have very good soundproofing, I’d say 95% quiet, really quite excellent. The only way a person will hear noise from their immediate neighbor who has shared walls, ceiling, floors (above or below), is if they are being really loud. I have never had a problem with the noise here. I feel fortunate to live in this quiet area because I absolutely despise loud noise. Take it from me, it is quiet here. The windows and sliding glass doors are double paned and significantly reduce the sound level. They keep the cold out in winter and heat out in summer.
Alicante apartments is a Great and Friendly place. I have lived here for 11 years now and still love it here. The front office and maintenance crew Danny and Lee are always there to help you if something is wrong. It is nice that they are remodeling everything to office pool Weight room and the apartments.
This is the perfect place for location, great rooms and quiet area. Ten minutes to the Las Vegas strip, fifteen minutes to the airport. A new owner is renovating the entire complex. New landscaping, pool, a repaved parking and driving area, renovated clubhouse and each apartment is currently being renovated into luxury apartments. Shopping centers (including major gym) right next to and shopping center (with many restaurants) across from the complex. All major stores are less than ten minutes away. Pets allowed. Alicante is a great place to live! The staff is always friendly and willing to help! They also take pride in their community; many staff members live here and are always looking for ways to better the complex. That was a deciding factor for us to move here. We are so fortunate to have found an awesome place to live!! I would highly recommend moving to Alicante!
This place is nice. All newly renovated units and pricing is pretty comparable especially for the location. Easy access to stores and the highway. Love it. No issues so far.
We've lived here for just over a year now and we love it. The location is perfect for us. We just moved into one of the newly upgraded apartments and it is sooooo pretty. I wish that kitchen counters were upgraded instead of just painted over. The original office staff, Geanie and Christine in particular, are always very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues we've had were minor and answered in a timely manner. It was just taken over by a new management company so there are some new office people..... don't know them very well but they don't seem to know the answers to most of our questions. Over all we are happy here.
Recently sold and bought all brand newly remodel units . Enjoy living here but unfortunately they raised my rent last year and its probably going up again due to the market in this area. Going to be pressure to move again for the third time. I just want to find a place where I can live without them increasing my rent. It sure would be helpful to win rent free for a year.
The apartment complex is newly renovated with respectable pricing. Anything along the front can be a little noisy but any apartment not on the main road is very quiet. The amenities are above average for an apartment complex in the area. The office staff is very friendly and helps take care of the community. Finally, it is a quick and easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend living in this apartment complex for anyone who wants to live on this side of town.
To Whom It May Concern: After leaving home for college, I have lived in apartments all my life and I am now 44 years old. And I want to say I've seen it all. But I love living at Alicante Villas. I have been here for the last 4 years. I started off in a 1 bedroom and it was ok. I got a roommate and moved into a 2 bedroom and it was nicer. The roommate didn't work out so I moved back into a 1 bedroom and was blown away. It is by far, the nicest place I have ever lived. I watch a lot of hgtv and the remodeling they often do in that show, Alicante Villas did for me. I've got a multi-colored back splash in the kitchen. Brand new black and stainless steel appliances. Brand new carpet and wood laminate. Two toned paint and trim. Brand new fixtures and ceiling fans. Looks very modern. They remodeled to pool area with all new pool furniture, cabanas, gas grill and bar area. It's beautiful. I have had the same office staff my entire time and maintenance has been great. I like that they not only fix problems, but leave a note as to what they did. I've got a shopping center with a Target, Sears, and Jcpenny plus tons of restaurants. All within walking distance. And the 215 is less than a mile to get to. And it's comparative priced to the area. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Alicante Villas!
The apartments here have just been renovated and the place is stunning. New carpets, dark hardwood floors, a sexy dark granite countertop, and an incredible backsplash. The new stainless steel appliances make everyone go "ooh" whenever they come in. The patio is huge and we love to have dinner parties out there. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, both completely renovated. The tub in the master is huge - a great escape after a long day. The pool is brand new, and looks like it came from a 5 star resort. The clubhouse has two gym areas that are brand new, and there is a billiards table to get your skills up. Most apartments in Vegas that are this updated cost about 2k per month, but this comes in under $1,200.
