Hot Water Update

Some buildings finally have hot water February 2023 since December 2022, while others wait for boiler installation. Buildings 512 and 514 had first floor flooding. Twice. Still ongoing plumbing issues with no resolve. Ask questions and look carefully before deciding to call this place home. Do NOT recommend.

Looks are NOT everything

This complex was designed poorly. There are always plumbing concerns. Water being turned off or hot water not working. They use one boiler for all of the 162 units. Currently, NO hot water since 12-29-22 and now Jan 9th. Seems plumbers hired do not know what they are doing. No storage in kitchen, exercise equipment rusted and outdated, charge you more to do laundry than in laundromat and you have to use a paid card instead of quarters. More to mention, but use your own judgement and do not be quick to decide. Do not recommend!
