With seventeen parks, a nature center, and a large golf course located throughout the city, residents have no shortage of adventure waiting for them.

I regret to say that my experience renting from Brige & Held's Alinium Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is abundantly clear that the company's commitment to maintaining their properties was sorely lacking. First and foremost, the condition of the apartment itself was appalling. The Trash pile outside of the non functional trash compactor was always unsightly, But perhaps the most egregious issue was the persistent water damage caused by pipes bursting. It's astonishing how frequently this occurred around the entire complex, and each time it happened, it disrupted our lives and left us dealing with the aftermath of flooded floors and damaged belongings. The companies response time and and time to act to these incidents was also very poor. Despite my efforts to contact the office, it took several days for the office to respond about the event and then 2 more days to present their plan of action. When i asked why this was taking so long the answer was that they were having so many similar floods that they couldn't handle all of them at once. Their plan of action was to finally bring over a dehumidifier more than a week after the incident! I wont even tell you the chaos of the poor remediation that took place after. Mainly you walk in without proper notice of your place completely trashed and covered in construction dust. I had to reside in an unlivable place for the next several days. They never did finish the work while i was there for the next two weeks. Just lived with a hole in the ceiling and got out quickly before the water soaked carpet started to get too moldy. (BTW, they then tried to charge me $500 for replacing that carpet and immediately sent it to collections rather than trying to contact me.) But the problems didn't stop there. The amenities promised to tenants were a far cry from what was advertised. Take, for example, the pool. For an entire year, the pool heater remained broken, rendering it unusable for the majority of the seasons. The rent prices were exorbitant considering the sorry state of the apartments. It felt like we were paying top dollar for subpar accommodations. When it is time to renew your lease, good chance they will be charging and additional 25-50% more. look elsewhere for housing.

The electric bill is higher than it should be with no fix. When moving out they will charge you extra for things that aren't true with no proof of damage. Then they send it to the debt collectors, so you don't have a chance to dispute it. Very poor communication as well, could never get in contact with them.

Electric bills are skyrocketing. Renters beware. Ask about energy efficiency. Check with the electric company. They'll report their buildings are NOT energy efficient. Renters can save hundreds of dollars a month and stay warm elsewhere.
Living at the Villa's is more like living in a condo than an apartment. The layout is spacious in our two bedroom upper story apartment, overlooking the beautiful lake. My previous apartment nearby called themselves luxury, but they did not have the amenities that we have experienced here. The appliances are not apartment grade, but the size and quality that you would see in a home. The pool and barbecue area is very nice and user friendly with two large grills and a hot tub for waiting on your food to cook. I have appreciated the ceiling fans the storage spaces, the granite counter counters and bar area, the rain shower heads and extended shower rods in both of the bathrooms. The attached garage was a special feature that most apartments do not have. All the staff have been helpful,friendly and gracious about helping with anything I've needed and that goes a long way in making this my home.
I moved from my 4 bedroom home in Fishers to this apartment in Zionsville and couldn't be happier! Nice pool, great amenities and best of all the staff is great! Casey is wonderful and I hope he's there for many years! Same goes for Eli and the rest of the gang. Beautiful apartments close to shopping and great schools, couldn't be better!
I just moved to the area to attend dental school and wanted a complex that was quiet enough to study and budget friendly while still giving me the full apartment experience. I fell in love with The Villas almost the minute I walked through the door. All the apartments are brand new and the kinks were worked out in a timely manner by an awesome management staff and maintenance staff. Great location and quiet but still super friendly. I can see myself living here for years.
So far so good! Across the street from Meijer, yet out of the hustle/bustle of the city. Downtown Zionsville is a gorgeous little town about 5 minutes away and then downtown indy is a quick 20 min drive. This is is a perfect combination for me. The apartment and entire complex is beautiful. When I go to the pool area I feel like I'm at at a Sandals resort. They have all the amenities of of a resort and it's right in my backyard! I love that my garage is attched. It really makes it feel like home. Granite counter tops! Classy light fixtures! Ceiling fans! These are things that most apartments wouldn't provide, or if or if they did provide them you would pay a hefty premium. Villas by watermark is beautiful and rent is affordable. The staff go out of their way to help you and get to know you. Unfortunately we have had ahead few leaks but management went out of their way to quickly resolve the issue. Thanks guys! Best apartment and management I've ever experienced.
Clean, safe community managed by a great team. An added bonus is that it is a completely smoke-free community.
Absolute best ever! Great quiet friendly area with great staff and amenities. Will stay here for a while.

The Villas are a great apartment complex that is very good. I recommend it to everyone I talk to it about. Fiber optic internet and the great amenities are the biggest selling points.
Overall, I love this complex. It is new, clean, and well maintained. The staff is polite and helpful. The buildings are new and have fantastic features. The only real downfall I've encountered is that there is only one dog waste bin, and it's in the bark park. For a dog friendly area with lots of grass, it would be nice if there were a few more disposal areas. But it's nice having an apartment that walks into like a house, walls that are thick so very few sounds from neighbors can be heard, and the pool area is fantastic. The only other downfall? Crickets, everywhere. I find them in my apartment from time to time, because they like to hang out by my front door in the evenings -- not that much can be done for them!
Living in "the Villas" by Watermark is like living in nice hotel resort, not an apartments development! Execellent value for money.. living in a super nice, brand new "villa," with access to an awesome pool and a nice club house with a gym.. while only paying apartment rent! Excellent location that is only 5 minutes away from the 65 highway to facilitate the work commute, and only 10 minutes from the beautiful historical district of downtown Zionsiville. Brand new development with magnificent taste in choice of interior design. We did not think twice!
I live in A-2 (one bed/bath) with an attached garage, and I love it. It is a great open space, with tons of storage. The kitchen is nice and making it very convenient for cooking. Since I've moved I've definitely been using the kitchen much more than my previous apartment. The apartment also has a washer and drying which is a great perk. The garage is really big, so its great for storage. The property as a whole is very quite and relaxing. I love having the valet trash as well. The pool is great, and easy to get to as are the mailboxes. Overall it is the best apartment I have ever lived in, and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

I just moved into this new apartment community located just off of the Zionsville exit from HWY 65. Very convenient for commutes to Indianapolis where I work. The apartment community is brand new so it is very clean and well maintained. The pool is AMAZING!!!! Very well laid out complete with cabana's and a hot tub. The gym is spacious enough that you aren't elbow to elbow with other people while working out. A decent selection of equipment. However, those who are really into lifting and fitness will still be going tot the nearby LA Fitness as the dumbbells only go to 50lbs and there are no squat racks, smith machines, or barbell stations at all. My son LOVES the game room!! It has a vintage arcade game in it with all the classics atari games, Pac man, Donkey Kong, 1941, etc.! If you don't opt for a unit with a garage there is still plenty of parking available. The floor plans are OPEN and very well laid out, granite counter tops, dark wood cabinets, and rain fall shower heads in both bathrooms. Ample closet space and even the bathrooms themselves are very spacious as far as apartments go. The only 2 draw backs so far is they have a mandatory "valet" trash service and ATT is the only available service provider for internet and cable to the best of my knowledge. The valet trash service costs you $25 per month and you have to pay for it whether you want it or not. Essentially you put your trash and recyclables outside your doorstep before 8pm every night and someone comes along and takes it for you. Maybe I'm just frugal but for $25 per month I'll walk my own trash to the dumpster... Those 2 things aside though and this is a great place to live!! I don't think you will be disappointed at all.
