Move in Ashley was awesome provided excellent customer service . Also had a little issue with the washer operations. It was handled well what I really appreciate was the follow up call by Ashley after the service . Overall about 2 weeks here loved the place and environment so far .

Everything went smoothly and we were taken care of with great customer service!
I moved in about 5 months ago and unfortunately haven't had the best experience. There is a huge issue going on regarding stolen catalytic converters that has not been resolved. Within the second month of living here I had my car's catalytic converter stolen twice within a 2 week span, the first time my car was parked in the parking spot the complex charges me for and the second time it was in front of the apartment complex. I talked to management and they gave the cookie cutter routine that they are doing the best they can to resolve it. (FYI, the won't show you tape footage.) When I asked if there is security, they said there was. The odd thing is I've yet to see them patrolling. There are garages as solutions however they seem overpriced in my opinion. But, I write to give you a realistic expectation on what it is like living here. Yes they have a nice gym, currently the entrance phob gets jammed, they have a place for your fur babies to play and pool. I did learn that "gated" does not mean safe. Atleast when it comes to cars. My advice to you before you move in is prepare wisely. Add car rental insurance and road side assistance to you car insurance policy because you will need it. I hope this post helps renters prepare for their stay here and set a real expectation to where you will be spending the next year or so. Best of luck, Alira resident.
Ever heard of the term looks can be deceiving? If not let me EXPLAIN. I would like to start with if I could give negative stars trust that I would! Do you want to live in a place where your upstairs neighbors are in a marching band and play 24/7? What about hear them argue 3 in the morning and hear everything word for word? Well ALIRA is the place for you! Want to see a drug deal in front of your door? ALIRA is the place for you! Want to be greeted with the smell of the good marijuana everyday in your hallway? Look at that ALIRA is just for you! Do you want an apartment management that ignores your calls and never help you about your apartment issues? ALIRA is for you!! Do you want an apartment complex where others will be treated fairly and you won’t? ALIRA is PERFECT for you!! Can’t wait to ride out another 10 months of living here and BE MISERABLE. Thanks ALIRA! At least I have a gorgeous island and a luxury bath tub to numb my pain!!
