Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. Despite my vehicle being properly registered, it has been towed on two separate occasions, causing both inconvenience and unnecessary expenses. This indicates a serious lack of organization and oversight on the part of the management team. Additionally, I have experienced multiple instances of package theft, both from the locker system and directly outside my apartment door. Despite bringing these concerns to management’s attention, there has been no meaningful follow-up or improvement in security measures. This lack of action leaves residents feeling unprotected and undervalued. I strongly urge potential residents to consider these ongoing issues before moving in. Accountability and resident safety should be a top priority, but sadly, that has not been my experience here.

The price looks good but ....make sure u tour your unit...check for roaches...look at how the cabinets and fixtures are attached because any issues will never get taken care of or take forever. Staff unresponsive
Ive lived in 6 apartments in the miami area and i can say confidently this is the worst apartment complex ive ever loved in. All the customers service team will do for you is give you a business card for a manager who might answer you and if they do its wildly unhelpful. The non-luxury units which are not represented in the listing are poorly taken care of and maiantance orders take months if they are followed through with at all. The maintance team is lovely but small and the building is poorly managed. My bathroom is lazily done and there are gaps in the caulk that roaches have taken up residence in as well as other locations in the apartments. Doors falling off hinges, leaks, water issues, etc. And they have a contract with a towing company so theyll tow your car for anything including freshly expired tags, having a tire touching the line in parling spots, etc. This whole place is a poorly run money pit and you could get better value anywhere else. Looks pretty from the outside but living here is awful and im counting the days until my lease ends.
This place is horrible I come in for a tour and I had to wait an hour they were so busy even though I had an appointment. Finally when got to talk to Jacob the leasing agent he told me a completely different rent price then when I talked to him on the phone literally the day before. All this unnecessary fees like pest control when the other reviewers say there’s roaches everywhere and I believe them now. Thank you for wasting my time.
this is really a disaster! I'm almost done with my leasing time and I'm looking forward to it. cockroaches everywhere! I tried every way to ask for help and receive help to solve this and there is no solution! All apartments are full, they are roach infestation. in the cupboard, on the stove, inside my food I throw it away all the time it stays inside the cupboard. maintenance is bad! they don't see until you make a fuss there! the manager is not worried about anything, the office will not be able to answer any of your questions and will send you to talk to the manager who makes an appointment with you and arrives hours later, when she shows up. not to mention the monthly payment for the post office that hasn't worked for months, they steal things that arrive in the mail, they steal clothes from the laundry, you can ask security cameras a thousand times for them to try to find your stuff and you will never receive it.
I have been living here since July 2021 and this place is a glorified roach motel. You will never be able to file any complaints because no one is ever in any of the offices. They have tons of fees for amenities that don’t work. I have had over 10 different packages stolen because the “lockers” for our mail that we pay for hasn’t worked in 6 months. I wish my lease was already up. People are moving out of the place nearly every day. I have lived all over the world and this is the worst place I’ve ever lived by far! I HATE IT
Stay away from this place. I’ve been here 4 months and i’m breaking my lease. 1. The roaches and geckos are everywhere 2. Walls and doors are paper thin 3. Rent costs a mortgage only because of what’s nearby, the complex itself is terrible please believe me. 4. Mold problem that no one wants to address or fix. I was told i had to get in contact with whatever 3rd party company they used to renovate the model before i moved in. makes no sense i know. 5. Cars get towed even if you’re registered. There’s no guest parking system so good luck having company. Then again who wants company when you have roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean lol. 6. The leasing office staff is very petty. No real concern for tenants. You can and will find better for less. I hate this place.
I’m so happy I experienced this prior to moving all the way from Chicago to this property. I initially loved it! Recently visited Miami and stopped by the property to check it out. I was so eager to get back home and submit my application. However I tried calling almost everyday for weeks. Never a single answer or call back. And based off the recent reviews, I don’t ever want a call back. It’s sucks how you can have such a great property that you just stop caring about, taking care of and providing great customer service. I will definitely be moving elsewhere. Don’t waste your time people!
Wish I can put zero star!! Here is my complain. I just moved all the way from Seattle, WA and I was supposed to move in few days ago to my new apt in this building two. The leasing agent said she would leave me the apt key in the lockbox. When I got there, there is no apt key in the lockbox. So I called the leasing agent and emailed her and the manager many times, no any response at all until now it’s been 3 days! So I had to book a room in a hotel and I have been staying at the hotel for two nights and I am going to stay for the third night tonight because the leasing agent and building manager have never called me back or emailed me anything. I have been paying for staying at the hotel while paying for the apt rent at the same time!! Another thing, when I got to the building couple days ago. I used the elevator to check out the apt from the outside. The apt door was wide open and not locked at all. Plus the elevators smelled so bad and the floor buttons were broken. Then once I got out of the elevator, the hallways smelled really bad too, the entire building seems very old and not taken care of. I am very disappointed and upset and I want to move out already that I haven’t even lived there yet because of the bad experience that I had the staff and the smelly and dirty building!!
I was supposed to have a tour today setup with Jacob I drove 45 mins in the rain and when I called to get better directions (I was lost) the lady that answered the phone said Jacob isn’t in until Tuesday and she was with someone. She offered for me to come on another day I told her I live out of state and leave tomorrow morning but apparently that didn’t matter smh.

I currently have been trying to relocate from Maryland to Miami. I visited many times this year to do some apartment hunting( Since Feb 2021). I loved Aliro and I applied immediately! Unfortunately, they never approved me nor denied me and since then I have not been able to get in contact with them. They last told me that there was an issue with the location of my job, and when I tried to resolve the problem they ghosted me. It has been months and of course, prices have increased so much :( I can't speak for everyone but the communication is terrible and inconsiderate!!

Steer away from this apartment at all cost! The emergency service is extremely unresponsive, even with repeated calls none of them showed up to deal with the situation. The apartment is extremely old, with elevators functioning half of the time at best. You can hear and smell every other one of your neighbors because the doors are so trash.

Absolutely nothing luxurious about this complex. 1: the walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors whisper 2: the hallways are always dirty and smell awful 3: we wake up to the smell of ammonia coming from the AC vents 4: security is a joke, anybody is allowed in without question 5: roaches 6: rent is EXTREMELY high for the quality of this complex I've been here for a MONTH and I'm counting down the days till move out. Find a better apartment. Stay clear of this one.

It is not allowing me to write the review I really want, because it’s too long. First and foremost, this place is infested with roaches. These bugs are literally everywhere on the property. The elevators were suppose to get reinspected in july of 2020, and yet they still have their residents using these old elevators that break down EVERYDAY. They have raccoons in their trash and the maintenance crew sucks. You can never get in contact with anybody in the office via phone or email. You have to physically go up there, just for somebody to answer a question. Do not waste your time with this place, 100% regret it!!

From Jacob calling me back when a new studio close to my specifications came up, then guiding me around the property and application process to Clarissa in Management helping me get some first start issues fixed in my new studio, I have felt at home since I moved into Aliro. Plenty of parking, cheerful neighbors, a two floor, newly updated gym, two well-kept, we’ll-furnished pools, plus so many shops and places to eat at or from nearby. And the Post Office, UPS and furniture stores literally blocks away! Can’t wait to see how Aliro keeps improving and updating if my already happy experiences keep adding up over time.

The maintenance is poorly managed. It takes many phone calls for the staff to send maintenance to your unit to fix broken appliances, outlets, and AC! The laundry machines and elevators are always out of order.

There is no security at any given time throughout the community. When something is broken stays broken for months. There are no repairs being made when asked, If you get lucky to finally get someone to come up and work on something that you need to it gets poorly, cheaply done to a level that is no longer working.
We have been residents here for over 30 years and counting, and as far as were concerned all we have to say is... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

From the beginning the process of applying, approval and delivery of the apt was very fluid. So far, nice place to live, hoping it will continue to be that way during my stay.
We been a resident for six years now and we love living here. The beautiful well maintained landscape, my lovely well kept apartment, all amenities that's available and yes the maintenance service.
Cuando llegue a vivir en Aliro en el 2016 era maravilloso había seguridad más servicio de mantenimiento y más calidad . Ahora solo les importa cobrar retan y no ayudan a nadie han sido poco serviciales con las pandemia y no se han preocupado por sus inquilinos . Se que muchos no tenemos para pagar el alto costo de la renta de este lugar y el mal servicio no justifica el precio . Las lavadoras siempre están en mal estado y hay que pagar doble por lavar
5 months ago many cars windows were smashed and police had to file many reports. This month my car was again broken into. We as a community are paying for security. We are in need of security monitoring ours cars. This is unacceptable!
The maintenance department takes care of work requests fast less than 24 hours.
Before the new management, I would have considered the complex to be shady. But with new management, I have all my calls and emails answered. People are diligent about their work. And I am pleased with the new management.

This place has a Germaine roach infestation. I literally kill at least 5 roaches a day. Have requested pest control numerous times and nothing rids the roaches. Severe mold issues, do not come if you have allergies I have been 2 the doctor several times due to the severe allergic reactions as a result of the mold.
Neighbors smoke weed and play loud music all day an night. Complain to managers it mean nothing.
It's horrible without security, they steal you in your car and they tell you you have to see that and one pays for security I've been living with a bad air all year long they say there's no budget, everything smells like marijuana and they do not care about the manager mensionar horrible do not live here
I wish I could give negative stars!!! If you are looking at moving into the Aliro Apartment Complex…I’ll keep it simple DON’T!!!!!!!! We have had the worst experience living here!! 1) The management is shady 2) COCKROACHES!!! Apparently Aliro inherited a SEVERE INFESTATION (Managements words!!) and are still seeing the effects… 3) Construction is happening EVERYWHERE and will feel like you are living in a construction site!!! 4) They will promise to move you units if the construction reaches you but that’s a LIE, we have had construction around us for over 6 months and have not been offered a transfer and were not even notified that construction was commencing which they were supposed to do! 5) They shut the water off multiple times a month for “repairs.” This has been happening for over 4 months…. 6) The gym is filthy and does not have cleaners maintaining it. If you want to deal with everyone else’s sweat all over the machine’s and equipment scattered everywhere then feel free

I most say I honestly enjoyed leaving in Aliro. Their Leasing staff are great people and very understanding. They always remain on top of work orders and very attentive to their tenants. Very understandable and work with tenants. They are currently renovating the units for which rent will raise up, but then again, you get what you pay for. The community overall is very nice, quite, and everyone there respects each other. The sound proofing on the apartments is also very well done. Only reason why I moved out is because I relocated to a different city. Otherwise, I will still be enjoying my living life in Aliro Apartments. WORST LIVING EXPERIANCE EVER! Negligent, lackadaisical, unorganized office management. Wonderful security staff. Poor security. There is a security gate but it is always broken. Anyone can come into the complex. There are no cameras within the complex. Had my car hit / broken into. Had another issue where somone jumped over my porch and stole things. The management team was less than concerned. I have had my laundry stolen out of the dryers in the laundry room. CONSTANT plumbing issues. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE ROACH /INSECT PROBLEM. ALSO BLACK MOLD IN ALL THE VENTS. It started to affect my health. My roommate and I complained several times about these issues. Little to no records were kept or filed concerning these issues. Again, management staff was not concerned. Nothing resolved. When you go there, they tell you that they are "undergoing renovations". They only renovate the 1st building. It's a facade for prospective buyers. All the other buildings are in poor condition.
