We are living here from last 3 years and we are loving here. Everything is nearby T station, BJs and many more things. The maintenance team is really good they fix all the things on time. All community is clean always. We enjoy common areas most of the time.

Really good. Nice neighbors, quite location, and very clean building. Lots of pets and all owners are very nice and respectful. The complex had many amenities like a gym, courtyard, office workspaces and game rooms.

Best luxury apartment with excellent management. The apartment are well build with sound proofing, and noice reduction. Clean lobbies and spacious sized apartments make it good place to live.

I moved into the Alister Deco 2 weeks ago and I have been enjoying it so far. I have gotten a lot of use out of the amenities. Staff and neighbors have been really friendly.
Management was so kind to me before I moved into my partners apartment and was frequently here as a visitor. Knew my by name after the first meeting, they really make you feel they care to build a relationship with the renters here
This is my first day but so far I love it! It seems quiet and not too much going on. It’s a Saturday night and thought there was going to be a few parties but so far it’s pretty chill.
We have been in this building for almost 2 years and still absolutely love it! We can’t say enough about how amazing the team is, and how much they care about the building.
Gorgeous apartments with spacious layouts! It is super close to the Quincy Adams station which is great for me to get into Boston. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are renovating all of the apartments and they look so modern and cute! There are tons of amenities too! A pool, yoga room, gym, work-from-home area, and courtyards. Everything is well-kept and easy to access!

Pros: looks nice and your apartment is decent size. Cons: Managment does not care about your well being. No customer service skills or empathy. Management does not know how to resolve issues. You will receive nothing but false promises from management. Constant crime and suspicious behavior happening outside. Large undercover arrest happened outside a few weeks ago. Fire alarms constantly go off in the middle of the night. Allows aggressive dog breeds. Ceiling are paper thin so you hear everything. Constant smell of curry that seeps into your apartment. Expensive utilities. No parking for guest or if you do not want to pay for parking. MBTA is taking over the Lowe’s parking lot. Abandoned Lowe’s next door. Crackheads hangout outside and around building. Needles and drug paraphernalia found around building. No one follows COVID guidelines. Dog pee is in every stairwell. People do not clean up after dogs. Constant construction outside of building. Bottom line worst place we have ever lived at. I will never live in a large building again. Do not let the nice amenities, good looking lobby, and fake kindness from the management fool you. Every neighbor we talk to hates living at Deco. They all voice the same issues and say how they cannot wait to leave. A lot of people I know have broken their lease this year to get out sooner. I wish we saw a review like this before we decided on Deco so I am writing one now to save you from being constantly annoyed with your living space. Finding living is hard in Mass but Deco is not the place to settle at.
I really enjoyed living at Deco. All the common areas were always clean and well maintained, management was always available and professional and Susan and Brianna went above and beyond when we had a special request before moving out. The location is super convenient both for public transportation and for access to highways. Awesome amenities and friendly neighbors. Also it was very quiet, I did not hear any of the neighbors. Definitely recommend it!

Rent rates are not reflective of the experience. In addition to my believe that there should have been concessions since we could not use amenities (which I understand), I also believe that the building could be better maintained and cleaned as fellow residents are messy.
More than anything else, we've been thrilled by the timely responsiveness of the staff. Amenities are really cool, location is fantastic. Great experience.
The office personnel are wonderful, but overall the residents are not very friendly. Many seem to have trouble following the basic rules of the community re: parking, dog sanitation, and recycling. I'm not sure how you can screen for more polite people, but it is disappointing.
I would absolutely recommend this apartment community to friends and family. The facilities are well maintained, the living space quiet, the kitchen and bathroom well appointed, and the office staff are friendly and helpful.
The convenience of the apartment. The apartments are very nice, close to highway and T.
Some of the apartment features are not of the highest quality or designed properly, for example some of the cabinetry falls off and there is no actual ventilation system in the bathrooms or kitchen. There is also a ton of wear and tear in the hallways from pet urine, etc.

The only issue I have is with the pets and their owners not maintaining the community spaces. The stairways smell so bad and the carpets have spots on them. It is very unhygienic. I wish the pet families lived in certain floor or there were no carpets in the hallways. I warn anyone who is interested in Deco about these two issues.
Facility is gorgeous on pictures. Living there was hell. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Deco will not do anything to alleviate the issue. They label it normal noise and leave it at that. If you try to follow up they will treat your with disrespect. Horrible experience. I had to terminate my lease after 9 months at a hefty FEE. I could hardly sleep or even enjoy a peaceful dinner without my apartment radiating with noise due to neighbors above or next to me walking around. Deco admitted that there facility is poorly built and that noise is a huge issue, complaints from tons of residents.

I did not care for the other people there. Very disrespectful and were not clean at all. Seemed like nobody picked up after themselves and lacked basic manners. Even after constant emails about repetitive violations like cleaning up after their animals or don?t park in the tow zone nothing would ever change.
I would recommend Deco. Deco is elegant, comfortable, great location in front of the Quincy Adams but they should have more parking spaces for visitors.
The carpets in the hallways and stairways are stained and dirty through the building. Parking is terrible and not much has been done about cars not properly parking in the garage spots

I generally like it, the staff is friendly and it's a good location with decent amenities. My hesitations would include potential issues with noise, parking, and construction.
Staff is wonderful. I like the buildilng a great deal. Sometimes fellow residents can be a little inconsiderate, but that is everywhere. I would heartily recommend.
Seems like a great community - the only real downside is the location being right on the highway entrance and the Lowe's parking lot. Also, I have some concerns about ease of guest parking. Otherwise, great facility and high on my list of potential options.
Deco is a great place to live but sometimes other residents aren’t respectful towards fellow residents. Many times there is trash all over the trash room instead of putting it in the chute. Also, I’ve seen many people smoking in the front and back of the building even though there are “no smoking” signs. Overall, the front desk and amenities are great and I am glad to be living at Deco.
This place is excellent on all levels safe being a single woman. Residents all staff fantastic very pleased with everything here.
There are some residents that now live here that are ruining the experience for the greater community. For people that have been here since the Bozzuto days of ownership, it is noticeable that the clientele brought in during the first few months of Lincoln management have brought in more than a few bad lemons. You guys should go follow Bozzuto's application approval criteria - it works.
I have been mostly satisfied with my experience but I would say that the "social" aspects of the building that were heavily marketed when I first came changed drastically with the new management. The other company had lavish buffets and big parties and it was very enticing. I feel like Lincoln spends the minimum when it comes to the parties. Also, most things are either sports or dog themed, neither of which appeals to me. It would be nice to have a "real" event, where the company showed that it valued residents, made a nice spread and didn't focus it on dogs or sports.
