It's been great so far. A few things would make it better but nothing major. One suggestion, for those with EV's, instead of charging an upcharge of $80 per month for unlimited charging, have an option to just pay when using it. Not everyone needs $80 of charging each month.

Great location near everything, amazing transportation wonderful restaurant and entertainment
Office Staff lets anyone live here. Office Staff does not coach tenants towards the proper ways to participate in our community and then, does not follow up with discipline action. PLUS, our safety is threatened by the AirBnB and travel people who can stay here. They have NO understanding of our rules, yet we get punished by losing rights to our bbqs and community bathrooms, etc.

I have a hard time with the fact that email alerts are not sent out when something is 'broken', for example, the garage glass door fob (ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS ALERT THE BUILDING WITH AN EMAIL). Plus, a new conference room was built. I was told an email would go out telling everyone the rules... Never happened.
Specific to my apartment, and more a problem from other residents, sometimes my apartment has a slight marijuana stench, which is extremely bothersome to me. I also think this is a very expensive apartment, but, I also think that the office staff is friendly, management staff is very kind and goes out of their way to accommodate, and the dog park amenity is amazing. I also think there are a lot of safety/security features that I appreciate. Overall, yes, I would recommend this apartment to someone, despite my person challenges with the apartment.

If I wanted to continue renting, this apartment was ideal. I commute into Jersey City and take NJ Transit. I had no complaints about the building or apartment.
Many people in this building seem to be ?entitled?...they don?t return the carts back to the garage level when done, often leaving in the elevators, one tennent let their dog poop in elevator and left the waste there, garage area could use a good cleaning, tennents often drop waste without picking up.

Doors doenst have handicap door. Very difficult for folks to hold the door in case they have stroller and if there is an elderly person on wheel chair.
The individual units, community amenities, the location, and the friendly staff all make this apartment community a great place to live. However, the cost is still significant and many people I know could not budget to live in a place like this.
Location isn't ideal. Doors outside not always unlocked during the day. Coffee not always replenished in lobby. Wifi doesn't always work. Even though that was a seeking point for the building business canter was told there was nothing they could be done. To many ppl connected to it. I would expect a building that charges an amenity fee would ensure proper bandwidth
The fixtures seem to pop in and out if place easy and the carpet is way over/past due and just not managable in 2017.
The maintenance staff is excellent. They are prompt and courteous. This is very important when choosing a place to live. This is an attribute that makes a difference.
This apartment community offer a great living lifestyle and affords me a deserve multi-cultural experience in a short walking distance to downtown areas. The location allows for a quick 20 mins NJ Transit commute to NYC.
The convenience of New York and all the great Montclair restaurants make this a superb location to live.

The worst staff I have ever seen. Rude as if they are doing a favor by renting out. This is not the only building in the area. I would definitely not recommend this building to anyone. Stay away from these people!! Much better options are there in the town.
It's a beautiful place to reside
Again, the maintenance team is my second favorite thing about this building, after the proximity to the train station. The location cannot be beat for NYC commuters.
It's convenient & very well maintained. No noise issues (other than the person who parks on the street and their alarm goes off almost every morning before 7am).
location is perfect, the actual apartment might need to be updated, but its my understanding that i have an apartment that hasn't been fully updated....
The commute to Manhattan and amenities are good but the rent is a bit high to consider this a value for money
I moved in to this apartment with my soon to be husband in August of 2015. We were looking for a building that had underground parking, a pool, and a gym ideally. Also we have a small dog so finding something affordable with everything we wanted that takes pets is tough. When we came here we feel in love! The pet fee is very affordable and the building had everything we were looking for including walking distance to downtown Montclair. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. My only complaint would be the carts for helping bring things from the car to your apartment. Although there are 3 carts, there never seems to be one there when you need it. If you are sensitive to sound, you can hear noise when you're in the halls or sometimes through the walls. It's rare and management is up front about that on your tour when you come and look at the apartments. If you are looking for a new and modern building with all the amenities and close proximity to a great cultural environment then this apartment complex you must check out.
